Recently, I went in to this store to get a new car battery. My battery had corrosion and put up a fight as they tried to replace it. This was when the weather was single digits and they worked tirelessly for 2+ hours in the freezing cold. In the end, they were unable to fix it. They paid for me to get it towed to an auto shop so I could get it fixed. These workers went above and beyond for us and I am very grateful!!

Great, easy and fast experience. Michelle and her team helped me out 2 days in a row. I needed a new battery for my car (there s only 1 that will fit mines) and come to find out these guys are the only place in the area that had the battery for an affordable price. They helped me out using my coupons and getting me signed up for the rewards system. From the points I earned from buying my battery the previous day I was even able to buy new wipers for my car for way less than I expected. I ll definitely be back even though I live in West Dayton, this location has great service.

The staff were absolutely amazing. I needed a specific type of brakes for a vehicle which when they looked it up by vehicle type and then VIN were very different. The man went out of his way to look through and research all the different types and we finally located what was needed. The price was very good. Amazing staff at this part store!

Omg best service I ve ever had man like fr Michelle reallyNeeds a raise she came and helped me put on my wheel cover after it not going on and a male helped us that work there is well. They were sooo helpful and the place is very affordable as well.

Went to advance auto parts in fairborn ohio young lady (didn't get her name) waited on me purchased a battery she put it in had a great conversation with her will definitely go back for and car care needs

Very helpful and courteous. Let me use thier small computer tester the first time I was there, then I came back later in the day and an associate came out and administered the test. Which was nice because he was able to give me some insight on the results.

To bad, I gave my husband $5 to add to his $60 for parts, thought he might need for tax. He laid it down to pay and realized it when he came out ,ran back inside ! But funny thing , no one saw it. No other customers there, so it just disappeared. Great honest employees. ....NOT !

Very poor customer service. Went in for tail lamps for my Silverado. The gentleman behind the counter with a beard and glasses said they don't look up or recommend lamps for vehicles. He didn't care and gave no attempt to help. My business will be with OReilly Auto parts for now on. They not only helped they showed me how to find the exact lamps via their website.

Got pads front and back at a discount, if you don't ask, they will not volunteer. Ask for discounts, it's your money.Very satisfied with results

People here have little to no experience and/or simply don't care. I was having an issue starting my car and I knew it was a batter issue. They tried telling me it was a starter issue. Do yourself a favor and just take it to a mechanic that actually knows what they are doing or if you need to buy parts, go to AutoZone.

Never had any problems with the couple of times I was in the area and went here. BTW...auto parts stores and banks don't have public restrooms.Let me make it easy. If a place doesn't have a sign on the wall that says "Restrooms" then they have no obligation to let you use one.Saw a lady at bank freak out about it. What bank has a public restroom?That's not a customer service they nor parts stores provide.

Went in on a Sunday trying to find the correct headlight bulb for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Adam took the time to come out to my car and help me remove the bad bulb - it s not the easiest on jeeps. He even took it back inside and matched it. Great Service!

We have spent a lot of money since 2004 at this store. We had a bad part that caused our breaks and rotors to go bad. We went in because we bought the brake pads and rotors here back in May of 2018. The computer system at Advanced apparently said no history because it kicks out your history after a year, however, they could see the $600 we spent their but no longer the itemized items bought. Sneaky eh?! We don't keep track of our own paper receipts anymore because when we go to auto zone they can see so far back that they honor our warranties as long as they can see it in the computer. We assumed Advanced did the same thing. So we were out of luck having any warranty with Advanced. We went over to Auto zone in Fairborn and they show our receipts all the way back to 2006. They honored our caliper warranty and helped us get a better price on new pads a rotors with lifetime warranties. We will NEVER go back to advanced. This is wrong on so many levels. I can't even tell you the thousands of dollars we have spent here. This is frustrating. Auto zone customer for life!

Advanced Auto in Fairborn Ohio has people working there that don't know what they are doing went to get tool to remove inner tie rod on my mitsubishi gallant and was told that it takes a triangle tool when infact it uses a 1 3/16 removal tool so I took my business and money and went to autoZone where they have employee's that know what they are doing

Staff here is great but God forbid something goes wrong & your car is damaged by an employee do not expect Advanced Corporate to do anything to help you. I have been without a car since the end of September due to the installment of my battery being put in backwards by an Advanced employee. Are realizing my battery was installed backwards I am left with a car that will not go past 30mph. The electric jolt my car took has messed up my alternator & my transmission module. Advanced corporate wants to help me with the alternator but only if I sign a waiver of responsibility on my transmission. My car still had a temporary tag at the time & was driven over 2000 miles in less than 45 days. I also wonder why they feel someone would drop the money for a new battery on a car that doesn't go past 30mph....seems a little silly huh?!

Great selection of auto parts. Oil prices are expensive here so don't buy oil here. Workers are helpful at getting you the correct part for your car.
