Top tier performance! My car was serviced by Don at Victory's Lane; he was very knowledgeable, respectable, and courteous. The prices were unbeatable which made me not mind getting the added services they suggested my vehicle needed, also, I was in and out in less then an hour. I have been using Victory Lanes for years! They never fail to provide me with quick efficient service at a great price! Yesterdays visit was no exception. The assistant manager Andre was extremely welcoming and helpful! He even hand wrote my oil change reminder sticker because my dates are 6mo out instead of the standard 3mo! No excuses just solutions! Courteous and Professional Service. They even went the extra mile and showed me things that I may need to get looked at by a mechanic, which they didn t have to do. The young men were very professional and efficient. They explained each step of the process as well. Last time, another gentleman noticed my tail light was burned out. I had an AMAZING experience at Victory Lane Quick Change! This was my second time going there and the second time exceeded the first. They really take you back to the roots of Customer Service which is Service. And they do it in excellence!I arrived at the location and they had two cars in the bay. One of the staff members came out to see what I I services I needed and then informed me of the potential wait time. While I waited I was in the phone with my Dad talking and maybe about 5-10 minutes later another staff member comes out begins to clean the windshield. He then goes back inside only to come back out with a tablet and oil can. He asks me to pop the hood and checks the battery and the vehicle fluids. Shows me the oil level and color. He shuts the hood and advises me that he is going to open each door to lube the hinges. He advises me that the battery was not keeping a full charge which I was aware and planned on purchasing a new battery anyway. Once one of the other cars pulled out they commenced to do the oil change, fill the fluids, air in the tires, air filter (which was an add-on purchase but worth it), check the headlights, taillights, brake lights and more!In short SERVICE WAS PHENOMENAL! You rarely get Service with this level of excellence today and as an Entrpreneur/Business Owner I can appreciate service at this level of excellence!Thanks Victory Lane and Staff!

I'll never go anywhere else! The manager is the most kind, helpful mechanic and owner I've ever met. The entire staff is professional and kind. They work quickly together and are very thorough. The individual that took care of my car was one of the best, kindest, customer service filled people I've ever encountered at an oil change. He made sure that everything was 100% before my leave. I dont know how else to explain it but these people are so nice and take care of your car. I felt like a person and felt respected unlike other places where you are just another customer. These people take pride in what they do. 100% my new and only spot for oil change and service.

When you first pull up and the bell sounds that you are here, they greet you with water and inform you of your wait time. They are very courteous, professional and value your time. I stopped in 10/01/19 to get an oil change and was very impressed with the service the three gentlemen provided. Royce was great explaining how a power steering flush works (had no clue previously) and jay and Eliseo were very fast and thorough job. I would definitely recommend this place to any whom wants outstanding customer service(not common now and days ) and a good price for service. I will be coming back and telling my peers.

Had a great experience getting my oil changed yesterday. He was very professional and informative. He made sure all of my lights, levels, and tires were working properly and full. I have been coming here once a month for about 7 months now and not once have I experienced any issues. Always very professional, friendly, and efficient. They always do an amazing job on my car no matter what service they are doing on it. I highly recommend.

Went for an oil change and "e-check". I also knew that I needed wiper blades and that my battery was over ten years old. Guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. They checked everything, proposed some services but didn't pressure me to buy anything extra. Very efficient and got everything I wanted in about 30 minutes. They even went outside to attend to the car waiting behind me due to the extra time that they were taking with me. I'll be coming back to Victory Lane for my next change.

Royce was fantastic, very professional, friendly and informative. My experience was great while I was in the shop. Royce goes above and beyond to make customers comfortable and happy. I was thrilled with every aspect of my experience here. The only reason there are 4 stars is when I got home, I noticed quite a bit of oily finger prints on the front of my hood and bumper cover. I feel this could have been easily prevented with the use of nitrile gloves during service and taking them off when handling customer records and painted surfaces. Otherwise, thank you Royce, keep up customer service like that and you will indeed be able to buy your Rolls Royce one day.
