I had a great experience, everyone was very welcoming. Jim did a great job at explaining everything and going over my quote. My car was finished in a timely manner! Definitely will be recommended to family and friends!

Friendly/professional guy. I financed the tires through a website. The delivery and install was coordinated well. I got a wheel alignment. It really is important to do that with the tire install. I swear it feels like I m driving my car brand new. Makes the drive so smooth. It snowed once. I hadn t bought tires on my car at all since I ve had it. I ve had the car for 2 years never bought new tires. It made the drive in the snow so much better, no more sliding. I guess the tires that were on my car were pretty cheap. Thanks again.

I was visiting from out of town when I had a minor accident that made my car unsafe to drive back to NY. The staff at this location went out of their way to diagnose the problem, locate and retrieve the needed part, and get me back on the road the same day. Great team and great service.

This is the worst tire shop in North East Ohio. I had to go to another tire shop to get the service I needed. Been twice fir total dis satisfaction,smh

I went in to have a tire leak repaired. It was supposedly determined on my first visit that it was my TPMS that was leaking. This was replaced but since then I haven't been able to read tire pressure. I've been in three subsequent times trying to get this resolved and they can't seem to figure out how to program the sensor to my car. I know the sensor is working but it just is not working with my car. Further adding to my disappointment is the fact that my car still had a slow leak in that tire. On the fourth visit, the technician thought he was just to check my tire for a leak and he finally found a small nail. It was never the TPMS sensor. They were never able to program the sensor. And it took them four times to realize that there was a nail in my tire. Sadly, this was not a good show for tire choice. But, the people there were pleasant and we're striving to work with me. So I need to compliment him on that part of it.

Terrible experience that mechanic needs to be fired! First they said my car wouldn t start but found it was their jump box that wasn t working. Then when I got my keys as soon as I pulled onto the street my tire flew off my car! ROOKIE MISTAKE! THEN I FOUND MY HEAT ISNT WORKING IN MY CAR AFTER HAVING THEM CHANGE MY FILTER.Update**** the mechanic also didn t put any coolant in my car so it overheated he had to have been on something

I discovered a worn tire with a slow leak in the morning they were able to replace with two new tires which I needed within a couple hours - Managers Tom and Dave are the best!

They were truly a blessing, because they were open on a Sunday morning! I had a flat the night before so I was riding on a donut (hate it). I stopped in on my way to church. I thought I could get it fixed and be on my way. But they explained that the tire would need to be replaced. They didn't have the tire that I needed, but assured me they could get it from another location. So I went to church and came back in the afternoon. It was a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent from the time I walked in, to sitting in the waiting area, to walking out to my vehicle. Shout out to the service tech also who suggested that the lug nuts be replaced.

I noticed a nail about 50 minutes before closing. Hoping they could easily repair my tire, I ran up to the shop only to find out the techs were gone. The owner said let me pull your car in and see if I can repair the tire. Not once did he show anger or frustration. Stayed professional! I've been getting tires from here for years and they haven't let me down yet.

Excellent service as always! Dropped the car off because of a noise near the wheel well which turned out to just be a loose heat shield from the connectors that had fallen out. Tom explained this happens often during the winter months with snow. They fixed me up and didn't charge a thing!!! I will definitely be back with any future car troubles. A friendly neighborhood mechanic, no spider bites needed :)

We had a general inspection done on 5/8/18 and we have been coming here for years and years for everything we need done. Prices are always very reasonable and they do an impeccable job in a timely manner. Tom has always helped us get in as soon as possible when we have issues with our cars and he's always very nice and helpful. Dave has also been great whenever we've worked with him as well. A fantastic place to go!

I showed up without an appointment less than 2 hrs before close (bubble in wall of tire after htting a pothole), they had a matching tire and I was back on the road in under 45min. Very impressed.

This place is why mechanics get a bad name. Mike and Dave specifically.We were quoted over $2200 by Dave for bad suspension & severe tire damage - Told by Mike that we'd have a blowout on the highway. We brought it to a second mechanic who inspected the car and said that not only is the suspension perfectly fine, but the tire wear was perfectly normal light weather-cracking, and wouldn't be a potential issue until after another winter.TireChoice didn't even lift my vehicle. Get a second opinion and then take it, because these people are liars.

It's the only shop I let work on my vehicles! these guys are very intelligent and friendly. I always deal with Dave and he goes out of his way to explain exactly what's wrong and helps me understand the issue and what it will take to correct it without breaking the bank. I trust that I can drop it off and they will take care of the issue quick. Mike is the other guy at the font desk and he is always friendly and helpful. Good shop with good mechanics.

Dave was the one around who would help us when we had a nail in our tire. Even though they were about to close. He was incredibly kind and generous to us when we got there. He fixed the tire no problem and did an amazing job. He was able to tell us the whole story, an excellent mechanic. Totally recommend to go here

I take all my vehicles here to be serviced. Tom, Brett, and Dave and the team are very knowledgeable. And the best part of all my visits to the shop all ways pleasent. You won't leave there broke! They guarantee their work at a fair price.

Tom and Mike provided us excellent emergency service when we were having a significant problem with a wheel bearing. They were efficient and professional. Their kindness is greatly appreciated. We re back safely on the road thanks to there a great service.

I have been going to this Monro for about 10 years now. I'm even when I left to go to California and I came back to visit. I need a oil change and some tires but I came back to visit this is the first place I brought it to.. me and my mother have been longtime customers.They always try to work with me. Even if something is a little too much we always find a way to help us out. They always try and fit in when they can and if they can't they will tell us come back tomorrow or leave the car.We always have excellent customer service. Like I said I highly recommend coming to this Monro. I feel like this is the best one around.

I have been going to this Monro for about 30 years! Its the best, Tom and his crew are awesome. They are fair and honest. They do great work and have never had a problem. Once I got married I got my husband to go there so now he's a regular customer too. I can't say enough good things about this Monro.

Very good customer service and friendly staff. I also felt I received a fair price on a wheel bearing change.However, during the wheel bearing change, an important nut was left off during reassembly, resulting in the wheel falling off my car while driving the next day. Monroe's insurance company footed the bill of my totaled car without much delay.Would recommend for oil changes and minor car maintenance, but nothing more significant than that.

Tom, Dave and the staff are awesome. They are friendly, totally trustworthy and offer great, solid service. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else to get serviced. I've had consistently great service over the last several years of them servicing both of my vehicles. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work!

I've been taking my car here for over 4 years (2008 Toyota Avalon). My experience has always been good. From Strut replacement to Oil changes, they have always done a good job. I just recently took my vehicle in because the heat shield was rattling. They fixed this for no charge. I recommend this repair facility.

Can I leave 0 stars? Because that s how much work I got done.Dropped off for a slow leak. Was told I d have my car back in the evening. Fair enough.7 hours later I get a phone call saying that they don t have any tires for me. What?!

I had to get my car towed in because of a flat. I m new to the area and I happened to choose this location based on distance but also reviews. I spoke with Dave on the phone who was very friendly and kind even over the phone. I got a lift with the tow truck driver and the second I walked in the door, Dave knew who I was just based on our phone conversation. He took my car back and I went and walked around. When I came back, it was repaired. Dave found a screw and he patched it up with no charge. Also, Andre helped too. I have to say, genuine humanity and kindness are not often found easily. Well I can tell you that Dave and Andre are two wonderful people. I am now a loyal customer and I will be taking all of my vehicles here. And I will definitely refer people I know. Who would think that a day starting with a flat tire would end up being so great?! Thanks guys. You are super awesome.
