2/20/2024 10:52Take 5 should be honored to have such an employee as Darion J, He was very kind and professional from my arrival to my departure.I didn't get much time talking to his coworker Raphael, but over heard him with another customer. Take 5 better TAKE care of these two employee's.This has been my go to place for oil changes since I moved to Eastlake.I've had nothing but outstanding service with professional employee's.

I went to get an oil change, I asked to just my drive share account for a discount and my rep failed to add the discount. Then to correct it, he says you can pay again and get a refund for the first charge in 3 days. not happy, probably not coming back. I really needed my discount to count but I guess that was too much to remember.

Love to visit here, friendly young people run it, they gave my pitbull treats and offered bottled water while you wait. Highly recommend! Oh and they check stuff others do not!

I called to ask how much a oil change would be for Mazda 6 year 2013. The lady continued and told me it will be $49.95 plus tax. Then she ask are you calling from your cell phone and I said yes. She said I'm going to send you a $25 coupon. The next day I go to get an oil change. So when the lady tried to upsell me on filters and all of these other things I told her no. Because in my mind I was just going to spend for the oil change because I am on a very tight budget. And the price was so reasonable $49.95 plus tax and then my $25 coupon So then when she told me how much it will be $89 I told her I had a coupon. So she goes to scan the coupon and told me the reason it wouldn't work because I wasn't a new customer. I told her you gave me this coupon yesterday. And with a price of $49.95 . Maybe you should maybe you should ask if customers are new before giving them out. And also misquoting with the actual cost of the oil change

Ladies go with a guy or someone that might know a little about cars. Tried to sell me something else other than an oil change. They are too pricey and it's best you go somewhere else said it was $90 with coupon $65 I found a place a mechanic for only $30 with coupon I will never return here.

The female technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. In all my years of having my oil changed, no one ever told me about the filter inside of the glove compartment that filters through the inside of the car. That blew my mind. Females rule!! Who run the world, Girls!!

At the take5 on dille road, I went to do top off and tire check, The manager so rude, said I cannot and that I can only do oil change. And come to think of it I paid for the high mileage oil change, and I see no reason why I cannot top off. Even though I am not due for another oil change yet

I love coming to this place, the guys are always very helpful and very informative. They do everything they suppose to do before you can even ask them, did they do it. I enjoyed the entire experience:-)!! Buy the economy. Still 80 bucks, but they're all handsome, funny, informative, educational.... Like. It's a happy environment and good crew. They're fast AF and efficient. Overall, great experience and I felt like I was in Go-Kart, about to take off ( they'll remember)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you Team on Euclid

I was not satisfied with the service. I had to wait more than an hour for my oil change because they did not have the right oil filter. They should have checked that before they started the service and repair. This caused me a lot of trouble for the rest of the day. I think they should compensate me for my wasted time. They also did not check my other fluids or tire pressure.Service: Oil change

Guys are super polite and thankful for the business. Helped me with a flat tire once and now have been doing oil changes. Very quick and professional. Manager looks like Everlast ask him what it s like.

Ray kept calling me Lil mama and baby. She is generally confused. I am not. They didn't do windshield...forgot receipt..wernt paying attention when having me pull in so I saidpay attention so I don't harm me car or them...won't be going back.
