I went here because my insurance company recommended it to repair a bumper. The bumper job is fine, so no complaints there. The issue is that I have an after market amp installed like 2 years ago which is now draining my car battery. I have to disconnect the battery every time I park it or else I will have to jump my car every time I come back for more than an hour. I don't know what they did, but they made no effort to give me a solution or look at it. They said "they didn't touch it". I believe they wouldn't have done it on purpose.Is it petty for me to leave a 1 star review because of this? I don't know but would you take your car somewhere that will blame you for something they caused? My car is worse off now than before I went and it's up to me to fix it now because they deny responsibility.

These guys are great! I am new to the area and I'm so relieved to have found a car guy I can trust.A huge tree branch fell on my car and did some damage - dents, scratches - it was a mess. I picked the car up this week and it looks amazing - you can't even tell there was ever damage on the car - they even matched my unusual paint color - it looks perfect.Rick was really friendly and professional. The service was EXCELLENT!! I love the work they did on my car. It actually looks like a new car. This body shop ROCKS!! They are generous with their give aways and I absolutely love and appreciate the phone charger, key chain flashlight and the bag I received when picking up my car!! They have great pens also! This is an honest, professional and highly skilled auto body repair shop. I've used Harden Auto Body twice now and each time they've done an outstanding job and the repair turn around time was very quick. Scott is kind , patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend this shop 100 times over most others. Very satisfied. My car looks great, and they even detailed it for me. Great shop!

I was referred to Harden by my business owner neighbor. They have a fleet of trucks. Being new to town this was helpful. Well, I am so glad I took her advice. Scott took Excellent care of me and my vehicle. The price was fair. He used General Motors parts, not off brand. He even exchanged a part on my car for free that I had saved from my previous vehicle. And they were fast. No one wants to have to deal with mechanics or auto body shops, or dealers. Most don't have the best track record and are always on the take. But when something happens to your carriage, you have to take care of it. As a single woman I try to educate myself to avoid being taken advantage of. Of course I don't want to have to return to Harden except to say Hello, lol, but if you need some body work, give them a try. They are Wonderful!!! Thanks Scott!Service: Body & Trim

Great place to get your car repaired. They do a phenomenal job. They also detail your vehicle after they repair it. So If you get a fender bender take it to Harden Auto Body. You can also get a rental thru Enterprise until they fix your car. Not many auto body shops does this

Unfortunately for me, my car has been to Harden Auto Body way too many times. Each time I have went, the experience exceeded my expectations.Rick is the best technician. He explains what is going on, sets the expectation and always delivers. Any work I have had done remains problem free and in tact. They are a professional and friendly place.They will continue to get my business and I will continue to recommend. Harden to others.

Rick & his team at Harden AutoBody are excellent. I ve utilized their shop twice now for body & paint work on my Chrysler 300. I couldn t be happier with the outcome of the work they did. From start to finish they were professional, answered all of my questions & gave me reasonable pricing with the work done swiftly. They have rental car services available on site at your time of drop off & even clean your personal vehicle before you pick up. Well today I had a very pleasant encounter with Scott at Harden Auto Body. I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and some expert advice for my vehicle. Turns out the vehicle needed more work than what it was worth. Scott took the time to reattach my bumper free or charge. I can't even begin to explain how pleased I am with this level of advice and service. That experience was very refreshing. Thanks Scott! I will be back and I truly look forward to utilizing this establishment in the near future.

Rick and his team do a superb job, from intake to delivery. Very friendly, fair, communicative, professional, and highly skilled. Not only was my car repaired to perfection, on time and within budget, but Harden went the extra mile to wash and vacuum the entire vehicle inside and out, trunk included. My car was really clean going in, but looked like it had been professionally detailed when I picked it up! To boot, I received a nice promo bag with my paperwork, Yeti-style coffee mug, and flashlight keychain. It's the small things that make the biggest difference, and Harden has mastered it all. No wonder this terrific family business has been serving our community for so long!

I had a very bad experience with this auto body shop. From February to August I had to keep taking my vehicle back to Hardens to get the work done correctly and it was still not done correctly. My car had been hit on the passenger side by another vehicle. I gave the job to Hardens to repair it. The first issue was the window trim which they had replaced, but it was coming loose. It took three additional trips before they finally got it right. The next issue was a bad paint job. I noticed this when wiping down the car. I took it back to Hardens and Joe Harden said it just needed to be buffed out. When I picked up the car and took it home I noticed the blotches were still in the paint. We played this game of buffing out the car at least 4 more times. I finally told Joe Harden why don't you repaint it. He refused to do that and had the nerve to tell be I can't expect it to be perfect. After this I got My insurance company involved and a claims adjuster looked at my car and said he would get Hardens to repaint it. I made an appointment with Hardens to repaint it and they had it for a whole week. Well guess what folks they still did not repaint it. Joe harden swore it only needed buffing out. I just about hit the roof. Even with them buffing it out again there was and still is blotches in the paint. On top of that I heard Joe Harden tell his people he did not want to see this F___ING guy again. What kind of business is this?I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone. They do not do good work and their customer service is not up to par.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Harden has repaired the front end of my car twice in the last two years after two accidents and they do awesome work, great follow through and service that covered everything. I'd use them again and again and would recommend them. Thanks Rick....nice to have someone in a service business that knows what service really is. Much Appreciated!

I would give them a 10 star if I could! extremely professional, fast service!... someone hit the back of my truck and they had to replace my tail light and some body work the truck looks brand new! Will be a forever customer thanks again for the great work!!!

Harden provided timely service, getting me in within a week and getting fairly extensive work finished within another week. Enterprise car service will also deliver your rental vehicle to the Body Shop for extra convenience. However, what made this a 5 star rating instead of a 4 star was that, when I went to get my annual inspection, they noticed a couple missing sidemarker lights. I called Harden, got them to confirm with the inspection center, and they refunded me the price of the extra work the inspection center had to do to install the sidemarker lights, etc. I call that honesty and fair service, which is usually difficult to find.Update: 1 year later, black ice got to me and my car. Came to Harden again, service was as fantastic as the first time. So they have consistency! Scott is both professional and accommodating, getting the work on my car done way faster than I expected. And while I hope my car doesn't need any more repairs, this is where I would go if it did.

This review is about a year late, but I'm getting ready to return to them and they definitely deserve the review. When I visited them I had a 9-yr old Rogue that someone had hit and run in a parking lot. The corner of my bumper had a huge dent in it. Being 9 yrs old, I did not want to spend a lot of money but still wanted it fixed. LJI Collision in Beachwood quoted a several-hundred-dollar amount that included a bumper replacement and a lengthy timeline. I did some more research and came to Harden Auto. I was treated with respect and friendliness from the moment I walked in. They pulled out the dent with a heat gun in less than fifteen minutes, and I want to say the price was around $25. Also, the day before the hatchback had gotten jammed. I ask if they had any suggestions for how to fix it. I did not expect him to hop in the back of my car and work on getting it unstuck...BUT he did! My husband and I were new to Ohio; we were floored by just the willingness to help out and to not take advantage. A year later, I just suggested Harden Auto Body to a guy at Heinen's who had a similar hit-and-run. I will continue to refer and return to Harden.

I have been using Harden Auto Body for years. I own an auto repair shop a few miles a way and I will bring vehicles to Harden that need cosmetic repairs which we don't do. They are very professional and the quality of the work is top notch. I have recommended them dozens of times to my customers when unfortunate things happen to their cars and the feedback has always been positive. Mike, Rick, Joe, and the rest of the crew make it super easy. Drop it off, they fix it, pick it up when its done. Have used this company around 4 times in the last 35 years or so. They have always done a great job putting our cars back together. This time was no exception.
