As a young woman who has very minimal knowledge about cars, I was beyond pleased with the service I received from Andy and his team. From the moment I called in to schedule my tire appointment to when I walked out the whole experience was pleasant. I originally went in needing new front tires hoping that it wouldn t take too long because I also wanted to get an oil change that same evening. Well, when I mentioned that to Andy he offered to do the oil change along with replacing my tires. Not only did it make everything easier since it was all done in one place BUT the waiting room was warm and cozy. It was so cozy that my son went to sleep! Andy also gave me a few suggestions on some other things that needed to be done to the car as well and referred me to the right dealership that would take care of me.Overall, I had an outstanding experience! We shared a few laughs and stories during the wait which made the experience ten times better. I enjoyed my time there and I know for sure I ll be back when it's time for routine maintenance. Thank you Andy for your rockstar service!

By far the best experience I ve had when getting my car repaired. Very nice. Very professional and the most honest business owner I ve met. Dropped my car off in the morning. They changed my tires, fixed the ti rod and did an oil change. Had my car back by 3pm. Also loved that the owners grew up in Euclid and are running such an amazing business in our community. If you need auto repairs this is the place to go.

I was in desperate shape with my tire as I had just had a blown out rear tire on the highway. As the fates allowed, I just happened to get off at the exit where this shop is located. I limped my car into the shop and asked if they had any spares.He quickly went out to inspect the damage and went through his inventory seeing if he had a replacement. Unfortunately my car had a weird size that wasn't easily found, but he did have one brand new. However I didn't have much money on me to pay for a brand new tire (which was a reasonable price) but he ended working with me and found a gently used tire that was very near my normal size and way less price.All in all I stopped her by random chance and I plan to be coming her for my needs in the future. He's very honest and doesn't play games or overcharge anyone. I listened to him talk to other people on the phone while waiting for my car to be finished and was really impressed with how he handles all his customers.Highly recommended.

Excellent service even when Vince was busy. He still took the time to help me with my flat tire.. I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone if you need anything of car service or tire issues ..Again thanks so much for the quick and quality work Vince!!!

My grandmother came in yesterday with a tire leak and left so impressed she implored me to write a glowing review of this shop! She was especially impressed with Andy (the automotive professional who reached out to her) by how courteous, friendly and responsive he was. He responded immediately to her voicemail and accommodated her the same day, without having a prior appointment, and provided excellent service with care. She will definitely be a return customer - thank you for the 5-star experience Andy and Euclid Tire team!

I came in for tires and misunderstood what I was getting . There was unfortunately a disconnect between me thinking I was getting used tires and them thinking I wanted new tires. We did get things worked out but honestly I really commend them for treating me with respect and listen to me with understanding as I explained my side of things because to me that s what makes a good business, not when things are perfect but how things are handled when they are not .

Set me up with Sumitomo tires - ordered them, got them In within 2 days and I got them mounted and balanced in less than an hour. Great service, super friendly people. They are now my only go to shop. Pleasure doing business with them.

Excellent mechanic, fair prices. I thought I'd blown a head but he told me it was just a plug. Saved me a ton. Took my wife's car there for tires, asked to check the brakes, he said they were good! An honest mechanic!!! Incredible! Good guy, would recommend.

Clueless mechanic. I thought I came to a tire shop yet mechanic has no knowledge and skill of how to fix tires. I expected to be disappointed when I tried to explain the issue as he stared at me like a deer in a headlight yet, I hoped for the best. However, sure enough he couldn t fulfill his assignment. Called me saying my tires are locked I need the key or come down here fill out paperwork for me to cut them off .PLEASE! This is the first time a mechanic has said that to me. Why? Because the tires aren t locked! If you don t know what you are doing just say that and spare my time. I picked up my car and went to another place in the same day and got it fixed job done goodnight. And oh there was no mention of, Your tires are locked I need a key or fill out paperwork. Ridiculous, unskilled, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Just sprayed my tires put some air in them and called it a day. Grown boy had the audacity to have an attitude with me.

I openly admit that I don't know much about cars besides how to drive them. The man here took care of me and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of or anything. I was expecting to pay over $100 to get my tire issue fixed. I ended up paying less than half of that and they went above and beyond, putting my tire on and filling up the rest of them. I felt like they actually cared about my situation and weren't trying to cash in on my lack of knowledge. I'd give it ten stars if I could. Highly recommend.

I had a place try to force me to buy a new tire, so I went to Euclid Tire hoping they would look at it and try to patch it. They were super helpful and explained what they were doing and ended up saving me a lot of money and frustration. Will definitely be going there from now on.

Called all over the area looking for a specific uncommon tire size... Spoke to the manager (name escapes me) and he went to check. No more than 15 seconds later he told me they had one. I asked when to come in, the man said noon. I show up at noon and im leaving at 12:07. Great customer service friendly techs and awesome prices. Never been so satisfied with a tire shop.

Reliable place to fix your car. I have used this place multiple times and would recomend it. I really liked that they communicate with the customer, explaining what and how they fixed, what parts were used. Also I felt that they really respect the customer. 5 stars.

Excellent, prompt, efficient and competent service! I pulled in with a slow leak and the technician went right to it, and had to wrestle with getting it reamed and plugged, then I was on my way. I was from out of town, in June, and the repair is still holding. Highly recommended.

So i looked around for a place to get my tire fix and I found this place I get there and ask a customer how was there work and service he said it was great and after talking to the owner or employee I have to said I agree it's nice and good customer service and the price our great if you need work done and you can make it here call and they will help

These Guy are hands down the best, I really love the work, its fast, they know what they talking about, and the time they take to explain my problem but even better ways to avoid them. Unlike some places that love to see you keep coming back; their Just awesome!
