I waited to see if Gene was going to do the right thing, giving him the benefit of the doubt- but that answer was NO! this place is a big SCAM! BEWARE!!I had spoke for a couple of weeks with Gene about a vehicle, and was assured it was in "runs like new" condition. no rust. no mechanical problems. -I needed to clarify before coming from half way across the country. When i was at the dealership, he dismissed my concern about how it felt when driving and told me it drives this way because a particular part was put in- supposedly a good thing. All businesses were closing in the area so I could not get someone to look at it. I SHOULD HAVE WAITED!i got it home and dropped it right at the mechanic...NOT A SAFE VEHICLE. unable to even fix!! it needed about $6000 worth of work, but they are not able to fix because the frame is disintegrating. $10,000 in the trash.DO NOT TRUST!! I will be pursuing this matter, further. They should have just agreed to giving me the money back.

Be careful. Ad said no mechanical issues and new brakes . Not true! When I told him about these all I got was one question on the mechanical issue, which we had already had fixed. I heard nothing else from him, after that. The tire pressure light was on when we went to test drive. He was going to fill tires before test drive then suddenly said he d wait until we got back. So after we bought the car, he filled the tires, and then we find the tire pressure light was defective. I have to think he knew this. He had told us a noise we heard was the brakes but it turned out to be a mechanical problem. I knew we d need to do work on the car but being lied to about things with the car made me see I should have taken a mechanic with us.

I ve been shopping for a new suv, doing my research and such. I literally live in walking distance of this place. I greatly appreciate the real people that left a honest review. I also seen the very few that obviously work with this company, and or in close relation. FYI if you re going to get on here and lie for a company to look good please switch it up a bit had I spent my money, and they called their self playing crazy. My people would ve definitely gave epd, and they families something to do. That s a fact. You can t play with just anybody, and seems like elite is going to eventually find out the hard way.

I got a great car at a fair price. Gene and Vitali were very nice, *honest and helpful. Genr even surprised me with a free brand new battery for my car because he was not happy with the one that was in it. They have a large selection of cars in all price ranges. If you want a quality car at a good price, this is the place for you.

He told me the car was perfect and had nothing was wrong with it. Come to find out it had a broken rear light, leaking radiator and the brakes were junk. He claimed his certified mechanic fixed all issues with the car. He refused to fix any issues. He will lie and tell you anything to get you to buy from him. Read the other reviews and his responses, that ll give you enough information to not want to buy there

If I could give a zero I would. Buyers beware. You will be scammed. You will be promised vehicles work and have no issues and the moment you take them home, they break within hours. We learned the hard way and are out of money and a vehicle. The company has refused to return a faulty vehicle. please report this company to the ohio attorney general and better business bureau if you fall into their scams like I did. They operate in an unethical manner.

Used Car Buyers MUST READ!! Gene the Owner is an HONEST Business Man. I purchased two USED vehicles in 1 week & already planning to purchase a THIRD. No problem with test drives. No issue with me bringing my Mechanic along for a thorough evaluation of my vehicle options & he indeed has SEVERAL!! Most AWESOME Wholesale pricing...A listening Ear...Flexible & very upfront. Buyers please understand you are NOT buying a brand new vehicle. Do your homework accordingly. I am a smart shopper and feel convinced I have developed a new resource & hope you do the same. Small Business owners need us to be Fair. Do your own work so you don't have to find blame everywhere else & best of success to you. This Business is a great option to choose

Purchased a car about 6 months ago. Gene was helpful and seemed honest. No the car isn't perfect, but it was worth what I paid for it. I will probably do business with him in the future.

WARNING SCAM ARTISTLife handed him lemons and now he sells them to the public! You can't take his word at all. He told me there is nothing wrong with the van i bought and that he's familiar with PA inspection "it'll pass no problem" wellll i had to get a whole new exhaust just to pass and im currently waiting at a Dodge dealership to have the leaking transmission lines replaced. I left a message to see if he could have his guy do the labor ill get the parts for the exhaust he wouldn't respond. Dont waste your time

Great variety of cars for good prices, and Gene was very nice. However, the mechanic that works for Gene is a fraud! When I took my car home, I noticed it had a gas leak and some issues with the exhaust. Gene was very nice and offered to have his mechanic fix it, even though it was not under warranty. However, the mechanic did such a horrible job fixing the exhaust that weeks later it fell off and was dragging on the street. When I took it in to a new mechanic, they told me the previous mechanic did one of the worst welding jobs they have ever seen, and that the exhaust pipe clamp wasn't even attached to the exhaust! They also said the car was sold to me without a drive shaft! I did not receive a response from Gene after texting him about these issues.

This man sells terrible cars. We bought and escape from him and 2 days later the power steering went. 2000 dollars to fix it after it was reset twice and it kept breaking. He did allow us to return the car and pick a different one. Had to pay 2000 more dollars for an equinox that was worse than the escape. The calipers and brakes had to he replaced within the first week and the mechanic said the car looked like it sat in a swamp. Less than a month the tierod broke whe driving on the highway because the whole frame was rusted out. Had to scrap the car. Do not buy a car from this man

I recently bought an orange beetle here about 5 weeks ago and it has had a myriad of problems. It was my first car that I bought with my own money. I was ensured that the car was inspected properly by Gene, the man that sold the car. About three weeks after I purchased the car, the radiator broke. The car wasn t used much by me, so this was a little concerning. Ten days after I got that fixed, the car stalled while I was driving it due to an issue with the ignition. I assumed the radiator breaking was just bad luck, but I am starting to think otherwise. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product that was sold to me and have lost a great sum of money to fixing the car. Please do not purchase anything from this company unless it is checked from an outside source. Although the car may seem fine on surface level, there may be underlying problems. These people are a bunch of scammers and it is incredibly low of them to tarnish the experience of buying a first car.

My husband and I bought a car from them yesterday, and it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we've ever had. Gene was the most honest dealer I've ever met, when we asked about one particular vehicle he immediately told us that it was going to need a lot of work. So far (granted, it's only been a day) I absolutely love my new car and haven't had any issues! I will absolutely go back there when I need another vehicle.

They sold me a mazdaspeed3 with no issues . The car started showing multiple problems not long after driving off the lot. Thermostat was bad, ac clutch/magnet/bearings were melted which almost caused a fire, the left front end link was severed in half, the front left axle was completely dislocated from itself, the hood prop was broken which caused the hood to fall on our heads. Multiple codes were thrown including misfires, random and specific cylinder, evap leaks, etc. The car did not last 90 days before the engine bit the dust, keep in mind i bought it with 67k miles. Now i have to either replace the engine or sell the body. Terrible experience.

Put simply; huge selection/variety of vehicles, prices honestly can't be beat, and terrific customer service. When I went to look around, Gene was able to pick up on what kind of cars I was in the market for after chatting briefly, and he made some solid suggestions on what to check out while I was there. I liked my options so much that I had a heck of a time picking which one was right for me. I ended up making a "responsible" choice and went with a hybrid rather than a sporty hatchback that I had my eye on. After owning the hybrid for a day, I regretted my decision (not that it was a bad car. It's an excellent car, but I couldn't get my mind off the sporty hatchback). So I called Gene and explained that to him, and he let me come back and exchange for the car I really wanted. Very happy with my purchase now.

Bought a car here recently that ended up needing $600 worth of work 6 days after purchase. Obviously problems were known of and hidden since it only took a few days for us to notice . Should have known better when I said I was interested in buying a car and when I wanted to take it for a test drive I was told not to go far because the gas was on e . I still took a few out and went on freeway . A couple had major problems when you passed 50mph .

I bought a 2007 Kia Optima in June of this year from Gene. Originally he wanted $4,900 for the car and finally made a negotiation for $4,500 tax title, and fees out the door. That whole $4500 was every penny I had saved for a car. I told Gene that I have a little girl and getting the car was very important. I took it for a test drive and the car was fine. When I took it to the echeck they told me they couldn't even register the milage because the car hadn't been driven for a long time and to bring it back in 2 weeks. When I brought it back it passed the echeck. On July 30th I had to pay for plates and registration for the car. Right after that happened and the title transfer was already completed, it rained and everytime I was driving it on the wet road the steering wheel locked up on me and the car was making an awful noise. I didn't think anything of it. On August 20th I was driving with my daughter in the car and the same thing happened again but this time it caused my daughter and I to end up in a car accident and my car was totaled! I was assured that the car had no problems! My daughter and I could have been killed! Just recently I found out t hff at this particular car had 2 recalls on it and I was never notified about it in any way! One complaint describes the exact same thing that happened to me! If the owner reads this review....I am not going to be vindictive or issue threats. But I feel like I was swindled out of every penny I had in my account just to buy a car that malfunctioned on me only 2 months I had owned it! Plus you sold me the car way over the Kelly Blue Book value!Option #1- You contact me by email or my phone number to discuss either giving me either all my money back or at least half of it, or you give me another vehicle that is of equal value to the price I paid for the Kia Optima.Option #2- If option 1 is not done. Then I will obtain an attorney and sue you for the cost of the car, the damage from the accident, and pain and suffering. Plus I will file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This man sold me a broken car. Broke down later in the day that I bought it!!! Told me to take it to expert auto repair and they gave it back to me with the check engine light. I then took it to my own shop and ended up paying 1300 for repair and now he s saying he won t pay for it. Terrible service. Gene gets scared when you talk to him on recorded lines. That should speak volumes to his dealership

My husband and I went to look at several vehicles (4) in Ohio of a certain make and model. We are from Western NY and we were unable to find this vehicle in acceptable condition within a reasonable distance in NY State, so we found 4 within a decent distance of each other in Ohio and took a trip to look at them. We ended up purchasing one from Gene at Elite Automotive and it was a pleasant and professional experience. Carfax was clean, title was clean and the car was in good condition. Just minor things needed replacing like brakes & rotors and a rear license plate light. We traveled 3 1/2 hours from Western NY and we drove it home that day with temporary plates and received the title a week later signed and notarized. Gene answered all of our questions and made our first time buying a vehicle out of our home state a very smooth and easy process. My husband even had a question after returning home and called Elite Automotive and Gene assisted him again and was also very informative and kind on that occasion as well.We would purchase a vehicle from him again, no question. Thank you again Gene!

I am giving this dealership one star because its the minimum on this review scale.Do not trust this dealership. Stay away from it.They sell lemon cars. I purchased a car from this dealership and took it for inspection and the inspector literally told me the car should never have been sold to anyone because of the safety risk. He said the car's frame is so corroded and falling apart and recommended the car be junked. I called the dealer who is an unscrupulous fellow, and narrated to him what the inspector told me and asked if he could swap the car with a different one. he took the VIN number of the car and never called back and since then have been avoiding my calls. Please, buyers be aware and stay away from this dealership.

Buyer beware. They will say that there are no issues with their cars and that their professional team made sure of it. Best not to trust their word, as I did. Take the car to an auto shop to have the car looked over BEFORE ever buying, or else you might be like me ending up spending well over 2000 in repairs after purchase. I knew I would need new tires, but the rest of the issues I was not aware. Thought a man's word meant something when the guy told me the car had zero issues, but obviously these guys are just in it for the money.

I recently bought a car from elite automotive and wanted to share my experience! The car drives really good, the price was the lowest in the area! Gene was very patient, spend a lot of time with us! Would recommend!!

I want to hear looking at their cars cuz they had good prices. I guess the prices are good cuz they don't know what's wrong with them. The guy I was trying to talk with all he knew how to do was hand me a key and take my ID. I would have to say I wasn't too happy with the service.

About a month ago I was interested in a 2012 Chevy Impala they had listed at $7600. I fell in love with it online and went to see the vehicle. It looked GREAT. Clean inside and out with low miles. Took it for a test drive and to a mechanic to get inspected and within the first 10 minutes of them pulling it into the garage and putting it on a lift I was shown that there was frame damage which could only have come from a MAJOR accident. I returned the vehicle to Gene (owner) and showed him the estimate for repairs which was ($1000 to $1400) and his immediate response was that the mechanic was wrong the car was safe to drive. I asked for the carfax which he conveniently didnt have and Upon further questioning revealed that the car had a salvage/rebuilt title He offered to knock $200 off the price and that i could buy the parts and handle the repairs on my own Once he realized I wasnt going for it.. His demeanor switched almost immediately from friendly to fake shocked to impatient annoyance. As if I was the one wasting his time and not the other way around. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Elite automotive at all costs. They're just wholesalers that go to auctions buy up salvaged cars...do enough repair work to make them presentable..and then try to flip them for profit. All At the expense of your hard earned money and safety. Its NOT WORTH IT.

Arthur was absolutely fantastic and made the process of buying a car so easy! He even came in on a Sunday to show me some cars as it was the only day I could get to Euclid. He was helpful and honest and made it so easy to find the perfect car for me within my budget and all other requirements I had.The car is PERFECT and is in great condition. Clean title and He can provide the carfax to you. Thank you for such a seemless and enjoyable transaction! If I could give 6 stars I would!

Gene sells his cars at a rather reasonable price when compared to other major used car dealers. His location is a bit off from the major roads, but the customer service AND the competitive price he offers, make it totally worth it to check out his inventory next time you needed to get a second hand car!

Looked at a car that supposedly had no known mechanical defects. It was leaking fluids, and the A/C belt had been removed (assumedly because the compressor seized and the dealer didn't want to fix it-No A/C). Since he assured me that the car had been thoroughly inspected, he was certainly aware of these defects and chose not to disclose them. Can't trust someone who operates that way.
