Jeff was exceptional. Instead of the normal headache of car buying. Jeff made you feel he really wanted you to take ownership of the vehicle. I like that! I've already referred my nephew to Jeff and informed him to be prepared for a pleasant experience.

I needed a car today and that s exactly what they helped me with ! Amazing, fast experience. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. I was worried about my credit, down payment, and other things that factor in when getting a vehicle but they made the process so simple. Very transparent. I will be referring many more here at the Euclid location

Only real issue I had was at first my car wouldn't show them it had a problem and I did feel like I was not believed but Mario did immediately take care of my problem got the car to act up and now I have a new transmission fingers crossed I have no more car troubles.

Very helpful service center quick friendly and easy. I was 5 minutes early for my oil change and they did not mind got right on it. Only waited 30 minutes and was only $10! I highly recommend getting a vehicle with this JDB as long as you can make your payments on time, it will benefit you and your credit score significantlyUPDATE BUT IM NOT CHANGING MY STARS:I had been making on time and early payments. I missed one payment and the very next day was threatened and treated with such disrespect. I did not take it lying down though and was able to make the payment in full before the end of that morning. Although I have never missed another payment since, it s the whole reason why I will no longer pay over the phone or in person because whether or not the payment is on time or early or late, whoever the gentleman is that threatened me that day and screamed at me over the phone I learned to just use the payment portal. I do not associate CNAC customer service (or lack there of) with Byrider customer service in sales they re two different worlds folks. Learn from our mistakes and move forward and adapt. But that man is the entire reason I won t call in or make payments in person. Understand that during each process of each sale they do say they are legally allowed to take your car back the next day after a missed payment. But, regardless, people should always be spoken to with dignity and respect. Be treated like human beings. Like I said, I didn t take to kindly to it and i let him know I m not the one. Unfortunate that it had to come to that for him to change his tone and give me another deadline.

I had the best experience...again I'm a 3rd time buyer with JD Byrider. Everyone is so nice and helpful and I had the pleasure of working with Avaughn he made this process so easy and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend JD Byrider in Euclid!

Byrider please stop lying saying l had a great experience with you because it wasn't. You sent my wife back after asking for a payment that she makes on time with a gas leak as she rode off wearing a hospital mask. You need to tell Damon to be more professional. He is causing you to lose business as well as your mechanics to suggest us to get the car fixed somewhere else though we are paying a warranty. The account manager stated over the phone that he would test drive the car and give a second opinion. He hid in the back office until we left then he came outside. The radio doesn't work either. You have to play music on your phone . This is not the way to handle business fellas .

Since buying a vehicle from this place 3 years ago we've had to drop about 5k plus into it just to keep running. Also, every time we go to do maintenance like changing headlights we find that someone has completely replaced the types of bulbs as well as the wiring harness so we've wasted about 60 dollars because the manual doesnt match the work that has been done. Buyer beware
