Very professional but also laid back, felt like they were a distance cousin. They are efficient in the work they do. They don t try to swindle you in regards to what work needs to be done and their prices are very reasonable. I needed my brakes done and the dealership I usually go to was going to charge me 600 for the front; they charged me 435. My first but definitely not my last time working with them. They are also mobile so they come to you which is a plus and they are always willing to work with your schedule in order to get things done. I read some of the reviews, one in particular that was a bad review but I m a person that always try to give people a chance before I determine weather or not I want to continue to conduct business with them. Dont listen to the bad reviews, take a chance on them and you won t be disappointed.

I recently had my front brakes done by BrakeTime LTD, and I was completely satisfied from start to finish. I explain to Kenny, the owner, the issue I was having with my brakes and he did a thorough inspection and did an excellent job repairing the issue. He made it convenient by coming to pick up my car, doing the work in a timely manner and brought the car back to my home. Kenny was a gentleman and very polite and professional. I would highly recommend his services, and I would definitely refer his service to others. I will also return in the future as highly satisfied customer. Kenny (the owner) is the best. He got my main work truck back up and running same day. Honest, relaiable, professional, and most importantly a great mechanic. I would give 10/5 stars if I could. I would recommend him to everyone!

Kenny's done most of my auto maintenance for about 5 years. From brakes and tires and a new key fob to struts, control arms and some kind of fuel system flush that I can't name now lol. But I can always trust that he'll explain the problem and explain my options and that he's not trying to sell me anything for his own profit but to really help me keep my(12 year old) car running. Having seen a lot of the shady business a lot of large shops engage in he's always set himself apart from them as an honest and highly qualified mechanic. Highly recommend

My key broke and I was able to call and get a prompt same day service! The owner programmed my key, educated me during the process and made sure I didn t need additional assistance! Fast service, definitely going to be a returning customer for my future vehicle service needs.

Kenny installed four new tires on my car & replaced two of my tire sensors. My tire light went out and my new tires ride very smoothly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Lost original door key. Needed a replacement door key for my late 90's Ford SUV. The only problem was my vehicle had two separate keys 1 for the door and 1 for the ignition. I contacted the folks at BrakeTime. They came out the next day and examined the door lock, and reviewed key information vendor specifications indicated there was only 1 key that operated both the ignition and door. needed to do additional work that included possibly contacting the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. After completing their due diligence BrakeTime returned the following day and completed the replacement key service. The folks at BrakeTime are responsive, very knowledgeable, and extremely detailed oriented. All at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Shady service man came out to service. My car with gas brought the wrong gas still trying to market complete so he will receive payment. Then when I called, he tried to defer the issue and hung up. Not everyone should be business owners, majority need to be flipping burgers.
