After receiving great service and help the first time I came here last summer (2023) for a Honda Civic battery, I came back for a Toyota Corolla battery today. Don took care of me (and further contributed to my education on car batteries always happy to learn more). Bought a new Die Hard battery and had a nice educational conversation while he installed. I recommend this location to anyone within or outside driving distance they re worth it!

Went to the store to buy some studs. Instead of a friendly welcome, i was accused of "doing something" the previous day by one of the employees there. Havent been in the store for like 30 seconds before he went on like this, even threatened to call the police on me "again" for something someone else did. Keep in mind, i never got into any altercation there and have been shopping there for months at a time. Won't be shopping here again.

Gives Military discount and always professional and courteous staff make every time walking through the door a great experience. I've ALWAYS gone to Advanced Auto parts and not Autozone because of the outstanding customer service. Thank you!

They've charged my card weeks after not picking up an order, that is returned to stock after 7 days. I don't know how they wanted to steal some money (when I have never picked up products), but after calling the terrible Corporate Customer Support Line (took 50 minutes to allegedly resolve my issue), the refund never completed. What a shady company thinking that people have short-term memory and don't set reminders on mistakes how companies mistreat them. I'm definitely going to go to AutoZone next time.

My experience today with Darnell was a complete unprofessional negative time All because he just didn t understand what I said and then decided since he didn t understand what I said would take offense to it instead of trying to clear it up. like I said to him commonsense would tell you there s only two belts on the vehicle I m buying this one what other belt goes on the vehicle. Simple right. The other guy had no problem with it he understood what I meant unfortunately this guy must have either poor education or a poor upbringing to have an attitude such as that and then to have another coworker start Backing him up without knowing the situation or the circumstances that was even worse why don t you ask questions as to what happen first before you jumping to conclusions and start talking to a customer the way that you did if you worked for me you would be fired lady

There is an employee, Walt, that was very rude. Not only was he rude, he laughed at my situation when I was asking for help. He was sent home for the day after I registered my complaints with Andy. Everyone else was very attentive and helpful. I was there to purchase AC refrigerant and needed a new cap. I also wanted someone to look and be sure I was using the correct port. If you go to this location, avoid Walt.

Went there today for a oil dipstick and was waiting on almost immediately ! Ken one of the workers there was very helpful and the other people behind the counter were knowledgeable about their products that they sell

The guy helping actually didn't have the hose clamp that I needed;but he did show me a few other options available. Unfortunately the one I needed was only available online. :(

Decent auto parts store. Would like a larger selection of detail option for washing, but its stable for quick jobs.Always priced fairly and the knowledge of the staff is above board.Some days theres not enough staff to get you in and out, so the line can be a bit long, while holding materials.Very convenient and opens at 9 am on sundays so that is a plus!!

Hi everyone... just want you to know how great this particular Advance Auto is......I've been there twice with my car and had to oil changes...They are super awesome there..Very attentive no long wait and make sure that you do not get dehydrated LOL... they always have a bottle of water for you.. great specials also... all the guys there are super friendly genuinely not fake at all ..I recommend this spot..........jac'qulin p Jones

Customer service was great!Employees were inside, answering phones, and outside in the parking lot helping customers.I didn't know what I was doing, but this gentleman really helped me out! Thanks Advanced Auto for hiring people with patience.

Great service the employees are very helpful. They have everything that you need in stock and if it's not in stock they will get it that day our the next day. Also they have good prices. Great location and the store and the grounds are always very clean. The staff is very knowledgeable.

I was thoroughly impressed with Advance Auto Parts South Euclid. My battery died and we went in there late on a Wednesday afternoon and my car was ready at 10am Thursday morning as promised. Staff was friendly, service was excellent. I highly recommend the South Euclid Advance Auto Parts!

Thanks to the associate who replaced my car battery for free. Battery for my 2016 Honda HRV died. Took it to Advanced Auto Part after jump start from a towing company. All I had to do was purchase a battery and everything was taken care of. I also didn't have to pay core charge of $22 since my existing battery was taken in.

great staff, I was greeted at the door and was treated in a respectful and friendly manner throughout. The gentleman changed out my battery quickly and efficiently and even refused my tip. I would definitely recommend this location.

I don't normally use car part franchises but the counter guys you've helped me here have been very helpful and knowledgable. One gentleman recommended brake line I hadn't used before and it was much better than I expected. The same guy went around the store to grab the other items I needed and offered his opinion on what was the better value. I think I've found my auto parts shop in Cleveland. I didn't expect to find that in a chain. (Brake line, ignition switch, horn and electrical relay)

Awesome people. I went there to buy a light bulb for my Civic's transmission. One of the guy there.....came to help and help me from taking off the light to changing. Awesome people are out there. Highly recommended.

The guys in the are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is pretty well stocked and they get you in and out in a timely manner. Well shop there again.

Went in to purchase battery. It says free installation on window. Clerk said they would not install because "it was too much work". Went to Auto Zone and they promptly installed it with no question.
