At first I was skeptical about anyone working on my car since I never had to have anything like this done before but the team here made everything so easy for me to understand and were completely patient with me and all of my questions. My insurance made it difficult, but they put me at ease and assured me I shouldn't have to worry about anything. Laurie, Scott and Ren�e are absolute pros and delivered wonderful customer service. They even got my car done week early which was unexpected and it looks brand new for what they did. I highly recommend them! Very happy customer

Had to wait 8 months to get side airbags. Not Action's fault, it was the General Motors parts availability situation. During this wait time Action kept the car inside covered. Action did a fantastic job on the repair. Car looks great and runs perfect. Would highly recommend Action Collision, the people there really care.

I was on my way to work and someone ran a stop sign and Crashed into my vehicle on May 11th! Action CarStar - I can certainly see why you have earned so many awards. Laurie thank you for keeping me posted on the progress of my vehicle and for providing me with guidance along the way. it was a long process but, I made it with your help! To both ladies in the photo your! Professionalism and calm demeanor was amazing! Thank You all. I am grateful for the service I received! My Bronco is beautiful and new again

Took my car in for a simple dent repair. When I picked up my car there was over spray all over the back window and trunk. Had to take it to another shop to finish it and buff it out. Sloppy job. Advoid this place.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, kind,and detail oriented. My car was done sooner than originally estimated.It looks wonderful and drives as it did prior to the accident. While I hope that I won't need their services going forward, I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

This company was referred to me by my insurance company as highly rated. I explained to them my concerns about my rear wheels making a strange sound, since I was ran off the road onto the curb. They heard the noise as well the tech said they were STUMPED as to what it was, with no further action into fixing it. I was advised to go to a dealership and pay for a diagnostic test to be ran. The two stars are for the immaculate detailing they did inside and out of my vehicle. UNFORTUNATELY.... they failed to return all my belongings back several shopping bags and a brand NEW jug of washer fluid.

The only reason I am giving them a one star is because they had a great receptionist. Now, as far as trusting them with my vehicle again absolutely not. I have progressive insurance and got into a car accident. My back tire was dislocated and I had a small scratch above my tire. They tore my car apart. I came to look at it and there was rips and tears and scratches in places that weren t there so when my Insurance auditor showed up they didn t put much value to my car. Took my whole Bumper off and rip the parks where the inside of my door is. I don t have time or patience to go after this shop so please .be cautious and take videos before going here or if you can get it fixed somewhere else, definitely do that. It was a quick and easy process getting my vehicle repaired scheduling and getting my rental was an easy process as well. I never had to guess what was going on, or call to check on progress. The staff were very friendly, they kept me up to date with everything going on with my car via text, they cleaned/detailed my car inside and out. (I appreciated that) my car was done in a timely fashion. The work done on my car was amazing as well. My bumper looks awesome! Would definitely recommend to any and everyone

They did a fantastic job on my WRX STI and made the best of my bad luck after one of my neighbors dented my car door and didn't admit it. I plan to bring my cars here in the future.

Tried to overcharge me. I had 2 estimates at $735. & $1081. Action came in at $1800.00! Mind you, this was for a deep scratch on the back door. They tried to say they needed to do something with the bumper! Be careful, especially if you're a woman.

From the time I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up was an incredible experience. They kept me informed every step of the way with regard to the estimates and any additional issues they saw or if the estimate was able to go down. I received regular communication when I can expect my car and the experience was by far one of the best I ve ever had. They re very reasonable and easy to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to repair their vehicle from a crash or any other work needed on the body of the car.Service: Body & Trim

Sierra was the best at helping me straightening this whole mess out from the tow truck driver, to the insurance company, to the texts because my Italy vacation was already scheduled right when the accident happened. The insurance process was a little difficult but the finish product of my vehicle was flawless and I had my vehicle back very timely. I have absolutely no complaints on how they handled everything. Great thing about reviews on google you can leave a review at any point.. 20 years ago your company impounded my brand new pick-up truck with a very large fully loaded tool box with 12k in tools, never to be seen again, because your employees stole them, .

10/10 would recommend. Good customer service, plus the guy with the nice beard gave me a snack when i asked if he had any snacks. That bag of fritos made my day as my car had been totaled so, give the nice beard man a raise. You sir went above and beyond. And thanks for the snicky snacky.

Had my whole front end messed up badly and some issues with my wheel. It took 3 weeks to get my car back. First week was for parts to be delivered and the 2 was to fix and paint the car. I was very frustrated, It felt like I would never get my car back. But once I did, it felt like I was buying a new car again. They did an amazing job and I am highly satisfied. I had auto body repair but they left grease and grime on the interior. I immediately noticed it on my cream colored front driver's seat. They took responsibility, and an additional day, to clean. After I finally picked it up, there's grime on visor, sunroof cover at front and back. My cream interior looks awful. I'm glad to have my vehicle back, in my hands! If you have a luxury-type vehicle do not entrust them to take the extra measures to protect the interior from greasy hands and shoes.

This has hands down been the best experience I ve had getting work done on a vehicle. They were super clear with that was going on. Additionally they finished way ahead of time and for a lot less than they estimated. I m not saying to go in there expecting it to be less than the estimate but it was part of my pleasant experience so I figured I write about it.My car is a 2019 and it looks better now than it did when I bought it from the dealership. If you re considering this as a place to get your car worked on, Stop Considering. This is definitely the place you wanna go.

Dropping your car off at any shop is less than a pleasant experience, but the staff at Carstar in Euclid made it painless and actually enjoyable.Their attention to detail, friendliness and punctuality were so appreciated and a breath of fresh air. My car looks amazing and was ready under the estimated time for repair.I dealt primarily with Sierra, who was one of the nicest and most accommodating reps I ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made the process seamless and professional. She s an asset to the front of their house and will be much appreciated by any customer. Thanks again!

It was a pleasure working with everyone at Carstar. Everyone help me understand what to expect from cost to every detail that will be fixed. They would call or email me to keep me updated and they finished the work 4 days earlier than I expected. I have been taken my autos to Action CarStar for the past 14 years. I have also referred quite a few friends and family to them based on the excellent service I have received there. It is not just important to me that they've fixed my vehicles and fix them right the first time but that they also communicated with me during the entire process on the status of the work being done and the projected completion date, which was usually when originally projected. Each and every time they took the initiative to make arrangements to have a rental car set up for me even though this could easily have been established through my insurance company, now that was awesome. Tony and the entire staff have always been extremely pleasant.
