I had an amazing experience at powerhouse auto. Both Sarah and Mark we're extremely helpful and treat you like family. I went to about 15 other dealerships for people with bad credit & every single place wanted to charge at least $2,000 over fair market price because they know you need a car & can't get financed. I got an excellent car for fair market price at powerhouse auto, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. They disclosed two minor issues with the car before purchase and are fixing them for free and supplying me with a loaner. If your looking for a great deal and almost gauranteed approval than go to powerhouse auto.

First off they can finance you which is great. But the Escape I bought was a nightmare. It had been in a roll over, broken body clips and frame damage all undisclosed to me. I found out about the roll over after paying for a Carfax. I was able to pull off the pillar trim panels and sure enough weld marks on all 4 of them. I took pictures, sent them to the finance company and they weren't happy at all. Subsequently they voided my loan and apologized for this dealership selling me pretty much a very dangerous vehicle to even drive. Always look deep into any used vehicle you buy. I would highly recommend to avoid that salvage dealership.

Mark and Sarah provided an over the top experience for me. The two were willing to go over the entire vehicle with me in detail. They even set me up an appointment to see the vehicle at 9pm! This experience was absolutely amazing and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyonein search of a vehicle.

6 lots told me I needed $2,000 down to even talk about getting me into a car. I called Powerhouse and they told me to go online and apply. Honestly, thought like the rest of lots out there, I would never hear back. 2 hours later they called and said I was approved for only $500 bucks down. Got me a Super Duty now and life is good.

Bought 2 cars here in the last 2 years with no major issues. They have a full service department and helped me fix a problem with one of my sons cars (a hybrid) that other shops wanted thousands to fix. They reset the hybrid battery and never charged me anything. Excellent Job!

I would NOT recommend doing business with these people. Their BBB rating is "D". I should have checked closer before doing business with them! I purchased a motor home from PowerHouse Auto in December, 2018. The purchase price agreed to was "Out the Door" , Tax & Clean Title in my name. Also, the Air Conditioner compressor was leaking & needed to be replaced. I didn't receive the title for over a month & it was not in my name & the taxes were not paid. I contacted the salesman via text msg, who said the taxes were "exempt". I knew this was wrong & when I transferred the title to Missouri, I had to pay all the taxes ($1206.91) If the title would have been in my name, I would have had to pay only a "Transfer Fee" for a Missouri title. I also noticed the air conditioning was not working, which the salesman said was fixed, & when I had it checked out, the compressor was leaking & had to be replaced ($972.08). Also, the roof was leaking and the overhead bunk has to be completely repaired. I sent an email to PowerHouse Auto with the details & copies of my invoices requesting to be compensated. To date, I have received no response.

Was looking at a Lexus RX 300 4WD which I think they still have on the lot. Asked the salesman if it had ever been in an accident to which he stated no. Had my insurance company check the car's VIN and not only had it been wrecked but Power House bought it at auction as "a Salvaged" title. Do your homework and don't ever trust these people.

It s only a one because you can t give them a zero. Sure they can finance anyone but don t do it. In the four months we have had our vehicle it has been one problem after another and of course they won t answer any phone calls/texts/ or emails. To top it off finance company doesn t deal with them anymore so we are screwed into paying for something that already has negative equity so it can t be traded in.

Theyir customer service is no great no great all they dint return phone calls I've called and called and got no call back I have a 2015 jeep compass from them that was supposed to be under warranty I've I've trying for months to get ahold of them to get maintenance done and no response. All I have have say is their customer service and returning of calls to clients is absolutely horrible.

I bought a 07 Dodge Ram from this dealership . Iv had nothing but issues out of it. They DO NOT know how to answer there phones. Worst mistake ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!

This place sucks. Beware if you buy a vehicle from here. Junk cars and the owner and employee are liars. I was promised repairs to my truck when I bought it last October and not only are the repairs not done but Mark the owner and Sarah the lady that does the paperwork will not answer or return my phone calls. And to show you how shady they are one day last week Mark answered my call only because he didn't recognize the number, since then I have called approximately 5 or 6 times to no avail.

Have not evrn bought a car yet but keeping my fingers crossed...but these guys have done more for me than any other mom and pop dealer ever would i talked to sara over the phone and these guys are very friendly and helpful!

These are truly great people much respect inconsiderate if your thoughts and feelings along with your decision. I dont feel like I would go anywhere else to get another vehicle!!!

A few months ago I applied for a loan with them a woman called me and she completely lied to me over the phone it was a process of a couple weeks she promised me a car that they never had and then said that the person transporting it had a family emergency and stop answering my calls she even advised me to pay for the car insurance before I even got to see the car and then stopped answering my calls no message or nothing if this is the way they conduct business then I highly discourage people from doing business with them they are liars they will just lead you on until it's inconvenient for them
