I have a family, work full-time, and go to school. I don't have a lot of time to do things outside of that. Looking for and buying a car can be hugely time consuming. I hate the entire typical process so much I kept putting off finally looking. Ed at Etna Auto Sales made this process so easy for me. I found a car on their website, completed the online application, and got approved quickly. The bank Ed got approval through was very close to the lot, and it was a quick trip to complete the financing forms. I've never had such an easy and fast experience buying a car. And I love the Toyota Camry I bought! Ed is very professional and personable. He works with you to get you financing and gets you a great car. Definitely will be coming back when our family car needs replaced! Thank you so much, Ed!!!

Drove 4 hours round trip to look at a truck that obviously would need some work, and priced accordingly, but was marketed as "runs and drives fine." Which was technically true, except for the fist sized rust hole in the frame. When I told the salesman he said, Oh ok. There's zero chance the dealership didn't see that if you looked at it whatsoever. Waste of my time and clearly incompetent, dishonest, or both.

I bought my vehicle here in august of 2020, so why wait to review nearly a year later. Time tells all, other than expected maintenance like oil changes I have had no issues, at all. To top it off when I took it in for a slight rattle (just low transmission fluid from a flush I am assuming my fault for using a quick in and out place) my personal mechanic was highly impressed with the condition and engine care in the truck. I will be buying here again.Update: I have purchased another and again very pleased and secure in my purchase.

TL;DR: There were a few hiccups, but they made up for it, willing to stay late. I would for sure buy a car from them again.The full story:Recently went out car shopping, looking for something older, easier to work on, and most importantly, a manual. I wasn't really worried about the cars history as I'm a pretty capable person and don't mind fixing up vehicles. I started working with Ed on a 2006 Scion TC with 202k miles. I liked the look of the car but, unfortunately the windshield was busted out. We spoke briefly about replacing the windshield and it was mentioned that they should be able to have it replaced that week. I offered that I would buy the car if they did. After about two weeks, the windshield still had not been replaced. Fortunately, though, they were willing to work with me on the price of the car. They knocked enough off the price for me to get the windshield replaced, my time to do so, and I agreed to buy the car. I didn't have my check book with me but Ed was more than willing to stay late, allowing me to go home and retrieve it. I wrote them a check on Sunday, figuring that if they deposited it the next morning, it would clear and I could pick the car up on Tuesday. It didn't but no big deal, the next day I could pick it up on would be Friday. Wednesday I called as I noticed the check still had not cleared and someone else (Sorry, I don't remember the name at the moment) mentioned they had not deposited the check yet. Friday, the check finally clears and I head over to pick the car up. Normally they close at 6 on Friday, however they stayed late so that I could take the car home at 6:35. The car needed a little TLC, but after a new battery and replacing the brakes, it runs like a champ.At first, I was a little frustrated about the delays, I would rather be told something is going to happen on a Thursday and have it happen early, than be told it will happen on a Tuesday and have it happen on Thursday. That being said, they went above and beyond to make up for it and I appreciate that immensely.

If I could give zero stars I would. I personally won't NOT RECOMMEND this place to buy a car. The gentleman that posted the car on Facebook was off the day he said we could come look at the car so he wouldn't even respond to any messages. VERY unprofessional. But I still went and bought a car AND spent over $$$5,000. That is a lot of money to me especially being a new mom. The engine light came on before I even got home (an hour drive). I called and no one could even call me back for 3 days and when they called me back they knew exactly what it was. So that tells me the car WAS NOT sold as is because they did NOT tell me about the issue and just cleared the check engine light. Also promised to replace the covering to the back door that was missing and they would buy it - almost two months later STILL NOTHING. I just personally would not recommend whatsoever.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Etna Auto Sales. They were all kind and professional. Their vehicles are reasonably priced, well within the price of Kelly Blue Book. As well the Carfax reports came up good. Their vehicles are well maintained when I was purchasing my vehicle. There was no hidden fees or sketchy payment deals, they did quite a lot to accompany me and my needs. They made sure I understood what I was signing and walked me through any questions I had. I am happy I chose them.

Bought my wife a 2012 Chevy equinox from here. Great customer service. Ed was our salesman and he was excellent. Even worked through the weekend just to make sure that we can get into a nice car by Monday awesome people would definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

Bought a car off them and have had nothing but issue after issue with it. Whoever they let work on the car i bought busted the clips that hold in my headlight, and stripped out every single screw hold that holds down the lid of the air filter housing. Drove 2 hours to pick up my car and on the drive home the check engine light came on and a rear shock started squeaking and knocking before I even got it home. When contacting them about the issues there was no customer service what so ever. I will make sure never to go to them again.

Awesome people, with great selection and prices! Got my last two cars from Evo with help from Ed, and even had another car in their service center and was given very fair pricing and excellent service! Have a new driver in the household, so I ll be back soon for car #3

My Son Daniel Perry His Wife and I went to Etna Auto Sale, today. Excellent Service, the Sales Persons were awesome. Would suggest if looking for vehicle, to check them out. I purchased a car from them an it broke down in less than 2 weeks! I took it to a shop and there was so many things wrong with it. Things that they knew about before I purchased the car! The repairs were over 3000 I had two leaks, the parts that needed replaced had been needing replacements for a while! I do not recommend them, I wouldn t send anybody there and I would never go there again please be aware!!! I wouldn t want anybody to go through this.

Great guys to work with!!! The vehicle I test drove was VERY CLEAN, LOW MILEAGE, and drove like a BRAND NEW CAR! Very impressed with their selection on the lot. These guys have top notch customer service too. Very friendly, upfront, and a pleasure to speak to. Thank you guys so much for your help.

Good service. I went to the lot thinking I wouldn t find anything within my price range that was suitable for me, yet I did. The cars are very clean and look like they re brand new and have great prices. Good workers and amazing service. I love the car and hopefully it ll be one I keep for a long time.

BEWARE OF BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!! I purchased a 2011 Ford F150 from them 02/07/2022 it is now 05/24/2022. I was told the truck had no mechanical issues . . . LIES, I am now the regretful owner of a half-ton paper weight!!! I was sold a LEMON!!! The engine needs to be replaced($13,000). The radiator hose needs replaced($400). I called Ed to rectify the issue and they refused to do anything. I will be definitely filing a lawsuit and reporting to the BBB. Nobody deserves to be ROBBED of their HARD EARNED MONEY and they need to be STOPPED!!!!

My daughter was in need for a new car. She found what she thought was a great car through these guys and bought it. Fast forward 8 months later and she decided she didn't like driving a standard transmission. We thought no big deal, it was a good deal we will trade it in for something that she wanted more. Surprise!!!!!! The new dealership pulls a Carfax on the car she purchased from Etna and it was in not just one but two accidents & apparently one caused severe frame damage. We were never told!! So now the new dealership or other dealerships for that matter wont even give her half of what she owes on the car purchased from Etna. So definitely buyer beware when purchasing from them!!

I purchased my Bmw from the Etna Auto Sales team sight-unseen in May and was very impressed with the high level of service they provided. I am from Columbus Ohio and Evo went the distance in obtaining specific informations and The car is exactly as described: flawless. Guys at Etna Auto Sales are polite and they look like they are professional, especially the owner Evo was very helpful and helped me to pick up the car. 3 months now car drives perfect without issue beside changing the battery. Will shop with Etna Auto Sales in future thanks guys.

Bought a VW GTI. Great experience price and service. Ed was so k knowledgeable and friendly. Evo bent over backwards to fix a few things that needed fixing. Evo' dad is a master mechanic and we were treated very well. I would recommend them an definitely go back

I brought a truck from them in recently, which they told me new brake lines were put in the truck before buying. needless to say that was a lie! these are dishonest people and should not be trusted not even a month later the brakes started to smoke and almost caught fire took it the dealership to see what is wrong and the said the brake caliber was put in wrong and the brakes were constantly being engaged which caused the brake pads to be completely worn out and also ruined the rotors! the back brakes were rusted and also completely ruined the brake pads and rotors. when I called to let Ed know what happened he blamed me for the problem. and rotors should usually last the lifetime of the vehicle. it would have been a different story if they would have let me know of the situation in the first place because the dealership stated that someone tried to fix it.

SCAM SCAM SCAMDo you want a reliable car? DONT buy from here. I bought a vehicle from these people not even two months ago and now I'm stuck with an over 7,000 bill from the mechanic. All the cars may look nice on the surface but are hiding deep dark secrets, Honestly how do these people sleep at night?

I traveled close to 7 hours for a 2013 Honda FIT that Evo and I had been talking about for close to 2 weeks. I disregarded the fact that they did not want to perform a safety recall on the air bag before the time of sale. Also, the fact that it was in a pretty bad front end collision that I confirmed on the carfax I ran. I really liked the car so we made the trip, and Evo had his "guy" meet us there, who had no clue what was going on with this car. The car needed a battery because it wouldn't start on it's own, which he refused to replace. There were exposed wires in the wheelwell, as well as a wiring nightmare inside of the car due to a sound system removal. The "guy" thought the rear trunk latch was removed, when in reality it was a missing wiper arm. Upon the test drive the vehicle continuously grinded 2nd gear, indicating synchro failure. The only way to repair that is to replace the synchros, or replace the transmission. After discovering this, the "guy" insisted the car runs and drives well, which it does not. Needless to say, I was lied to, and I hope no one has to go through what I did.
