While the tire warranty is the best around! Good at any Walmart. I have a 4 x4 and have bought tires from them for this car in the past. I always buy 2 and then put 2 on the next month. They took my car and the tech called me and told I had to buy 4 at the same time. This is not right, even their front desk employee told them that was wrong. This store is horrible and I do not recommend!

If you don't want to come out of thousands in repair cost then I strongly advise you to stay away from them. I was stupid and continued to go to them after I got an oil change and got home and all the oil leaked out my car. They said it was a "manufacturer defect" on the seal or ring or whatever it is. So I said ok and gave them another chance. I had been going to then for years. Well just here again recently it happened AGAIN. They gave me the same reason. This time the oil didn't stop leaking after the changes the so called manufacturer defect ring. I took it to the dealership and it was a deformity in the oil filter housing. Well in them years I was going to them for oil changes, they were over tightening the oil filter housing which finally caused it to crack . With that it causes oil to leak out. It cost me $1699 to get it repaired. I filed a claim with their insurance company but of course the didn't take blame for it. So please do yourself a favor and not go through what I had to. Yes they are cheaper then most places but in this case you get what you pay for.

Got a nail in the side of my tire so it couldn't be plugged. I had a very important event to attend far away that wouldn't be an appropriate drive on just a spare tire. They got me in right away that morning, connected with with all the options, and my car was completely ready to go with a brand new tire in less than half an hour! I had concerns about some horrible reviews on tires purchased from Walmart, but I've been driving on it for a few days and it's been great . All the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Came in around 4:45pm on a Wednesday to ask about the possibility of getting 4 new tires. Was told yes, and "not too long" for the wait as there were two customers Ifront of me. It was close to closing by the time I got the car back. There is no waiting room. And no sense of urgency. I waited with a few others who were experiencing the same. A guy with an appointment before I came in (only 2 tire installation), came in about 10 minutes before I did and cashed out at 6:30.Most reviews I've read so far while waiting mention that time management is a real issue here, especially considering the work that is being done. DONT come in a hurry.On that note, I got a very reasonable price for all four tires. But at the cost of over 2 hours of my life. However, I did have a very pleasant experience with Taylor, as she seemed to do a decent job of getting me checked in and helping me with the request. She even went back for the other customer a few times to check on his vehicle for him. Taylor is the reason I didn't give one star.

They were able to repair my tire in a few hours, but their lack of employees made it take longer than necessary.

The in store staff was quick and professional. However, they charged my card twice and I still haven't received my money back! I will tell the whole world, PAY WITH CASH WALMART STEALS YOUR MONEY AND YOU PLAY HELL GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!! THIEFS!!

MOST LOW RATED SERVICE AT A WALMART AUTOCARE EVER RECEIVED. Had an email & app appointment confirmation, but was dismissed saying it s not in the system. Will never choose this location for auto care needs. Was kept waiting in line for 30 minutes just to know there is no appointment. Been a part of Walmart family for long, very disappointing to see UNPROFESSIONAL service at this location.The workers at the bay completely disregarded and ignorant of the rules that the Walmart app lays down very clearly. UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE BEHAVIOR

The wait was extremely long just to request service. The 2 individuals working the counter were very slow. Posted prices were very reasonable. I gave up and left after waiting in line for 30 minutes.

Had them install new tires on my vehicle. Had an appointment at 9 and wasn t seen until 9:30. Service didn t take very long but the paint was chipped on all 4 of my wheels.Service: TiresService: Tires

Was seeing as how they're online hours are posted at 7:00 a.m. and I got to the building and there's a sign that says from 9:00 a.m. to whenever they close I called a couple of the other Walmarts to see if this was just a thing for this location and none of the Walmarts anywhere will answer me when they are already supposed to

Bunch of incompetent workers. Bought tires from them and they went bad I'm 3 weeks. They tried to tell me they were old tires. So idiotic.So went there this morning 10-23 and the counter worker was more concerned with making sure her door couldn t work so she could go home. She was like let s just shut it down and go home. All over the door. Ended up going to a different Walmart

I came by at 6:15 to copy a key. The website says open until 7, and despite helping one customer literally seconds before speaking to me, they refused service because they were understaffed and closing early. There were clearly 2 people still working right then also.Update: I showed up a week later and they said they only cut their own keys. Not keys brought in. So much for customer is always right.

It took over 2 1/2 hours just to get a tire patched. When I first dropped it off, they wouldn't even give me an estimate of how long the wait might be. When they finally brought my vehicle out (a good 25 minutes after I had stopped by the desk to get an update and was told "less than 10 minutes to go"), the guy left the plastic sheet cover on the ground by my driver's side door to just blow away...I picked it up and threw it out. Then when I checked the trunk space, they'd just thrown the spare tire, jack, and everything back in willy-nilly rather than putting it back where it belongs and securing it. The only good thing was the somewhat low cost... under $21 to patch the tire and put it back on, after tax.

Will never bring another vehicle to this place again. Took my vehicle to have 1 tire replaced, already had old tire off the car and new tire with me as well. Still waited 3 hours to have 1 tire changed! Absolutely ridiculous! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.Service: TiresService: Tires

I only stay there waiting for my car for 3 hours. That was very quick due to what all they had to do to my car. They were very professional. I would definitely be going back to this Walmart to get things done for the car

They refused to do a oil change on my jeep wrangler because it had a small "coolant leak" from one of the hoses. The guy told me, "we have to rev the engine for 10 seconds to do an oil pressure check. Since it has a coolant leak. It could overheat and catch on fire in the shop."Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Others have mentioned the difficulty of getting service done here. Wal-Mart is the cheapest, so they're the busiest and this one is clearly understaffed. If you want to go there get there early in the day to get in line. I don't qualify that by itself as worthy of a poor review.We recently had them patch a tire and they gave us the car back with the tire under inflated. It turned out that the patch hadn't properly vulcanized around the edge. They used a good post and flat style patch from the inside but it wasn't put on correctly (yes, I removed the tire and found the leak on the outside edges of the patch). My guess is that the mechanics have the skills but they just have to do too much for too many cars in a day. If you work like that it's easy for anyone to make mistakes.

Always a longer wait than you are told. Be warned. Also, call first. Wait times run to 2-3 hours fairly often, call and check before you go or it will be a wasted trip. Unless you enjoy spending 3 hours in Wal-Mart. I refuse to believe that such a person exists.

They were pretty good and quick the store shopper accidentally picked up the wrong tires and they were put on my car and I came back to get my car at almost close noticed they were the wrong tires and the gentleman immediately put the correct tires on even though he was off

Got ripped off and lied to. I would recommend ANYWHERE else to take your business. They also damaged my car, but deny Any Involvement.

TERRIBLE! I am from out of town and needed to get my oil changed. I dropped it here and decided to walk around Walmart with my one year old until it was done. They told me it'd be about 30 to 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I come to see if my car is done. The girl behind the counter hands me my keys and says "We didn't do the oil change." I said "Why not?" Her reply, "The oil cap was on too tight. You are gonna have to take it to the last place that changed your oil." Then she turned and walked away from me.UNBELIEVABLE! They are IDIOTS! And they couldn't even call or page me to tell me they werent gonna do it. Never again will I waste my time on worthless people that don't even know how to take off an oil cap!! Ridiculous.

Tried to get oil change they told me an hour to a hour and a half wait. So at an hour and fifteen mins, they had not even touched my car, I had to leave, and they really didn't care. They told me there was still 3 ahead of me. They are really going down hill

omg. worst place ever. wouldnt help me. refused me when i ahowed up at 4 oclock for oil change. they closed at seven. said they were booked. you can tell they dnt work off commision

Exemplary service!!! I'm from out of town and needed a flat tire replaced. Excellent and friendly service and they gave me a good deal on the tire. I highly recommend them.
