All right. I took my wife's car into this place just to see what type of oil they had, and to see if they had the uncommon oil filter needed for my wife's vehicle. The vehicle is a 2018 Toyota that's been a garage queen since the date of purchase. In other words it's flawless, nothing special, but it's flawless. I pull in and was greeted by a couple young men who were very nice. I see they carry mobile 1, perfect. The first thing I ask is do you have the oil filter. They say they do, and proceed to pop the hood, remove the oil cap, and unbolt the skid plate. The tech working the pit couldn't find the filter, so he went to a back room. He emerges from the back room without the filter, so he and the other gentleman both start looking everywhere for this filter. Both men tell me their inventory system must be incorrect, and that I need to go buy one, and come back. They close my hood, and bolt my skid plate back on. I leave, and begin driving to the auto parts store. While on the way I start to smell oil, but don't think anything of it because this car is flawless, it must be someone in traffic. After leaving the auto parts store, I get in the car, start it up, and the engine is knocking. I immediately turn off the car, pop the hood, and take a look. What I found was the oil cap sitting off to the side of the hood latch, and oil EVERYWHERE! I call Take 5 three times with no answer, so now my wife has to come pick me up and drive me to Take 5. We arrive, I show the guy the pictures of the engine bay. He starts laughing as he tells the manager what happened. I get attitude from the manager, but eventually a call is made to the owner. They arrange to tow the car to Take 5 for evaluation. Take 5 does the oil change, and the manager wipes down the engine. The manager calls me when she's finished, and the first thing I do is pop the plastic cover off the top of the engine. There's oil residue everywhere, it's all over my hands, it's even dripping off the edge of the plastic engine cover I'm holding. I tell the manager this is not ok. The manager tells me this is all we can do at the store level, and that I should call corporate. I call corporate, and leave a detailed message. I email corporate, and attach pictures. No response. I'm currently driving around a stinking, smoking car that was FLAWLESS Saturday morning. No response from anyone. DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE. All we want is to have the engine bay professionally cleaned. I don't think that's asking too much. Also, their prices are ridiculously high, and they are not trained properly. Oil change 101 is when you remove the oil cap, you put it on the hood latch so you can't close the hood without reinstalling the cap. Can you really afford a new vehicle with 8% interest if they blow your engine? Are you willing to have some random used engine thrown in your car as a replacement if they blow your engine? Don't come here, it's not worth the risk. I want a response from the owner. I deserve a response from the owner. MAKE THIS RIGHT!

If I could give zero I would.I ll never go back and caution anyone from going.We did a standard oil change.Long story short, ended up at a mechanic about 4 days later from grinding and ticking noise. Now to be fair the noise had nothing to do with the oil change, our timing was ironically bad. BUT the mechanic FOR FREE offered to check and change oil to make sure it wasn t contributing to any of the noise either. I explained that I just had it changed .He was shocked and showed me that my oil was very low and very dirty and that it had not been changed.This mechanic had nothing to gain because it was complimentary as I had also just replaced a steering pump. We seriously have never had engine or oil issues with our car and still do not after fixing it.I really just would not recommend

FANTASTIC customer service. I won't take my car anywhere else now. Tyler and Zach came in clutch. Took great care of me and my Mini. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Keep being awesome.

10/10 first time going to get a oil change, they were super helpful even gave me some advice about my moped at home, they gave us some water and I accidentally distracted them with my dog And I put them over their bay time. Great hospitality.Tyler and Zach are amazing.

This place should be called Take 4-ever! There were 3 people in front of me, 2 employees, & by the time my oil was changed it was over an hour later. And to top it off, they are extremely expensive. The two employees were nice though. It just took so long for so few people.

I had such a great experience. My best friend and I came at the same time in the same car and we all had a great laugh about it. They were quick and very informative. The assistant manager Tyler talked to us the whole time. Overall amazing experience!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I haven't been able to hit up my regular place that does my maintenance because of my work hours for the last few months so I stopped at Take 5 after leaving The grocery store. It literally only took about 5 minutes. The price was more than I'm use to but it was very convenient and pleasant. Justin and the crew are very professional and explained every step as they went along. I highly recommend Take 5 especially if your short on time. I have had service at this location twice. The staff is always very kind and informative. I was most thankful when I didn't remember a coupon and Tyler asked before checking out.When choosing Take 5, it isn't for price. It is convenient and super fast.

Top notch service!! From the customer service to the complimentary bottled water. This was a great and unexpected experience. Not only was the staff courteous and accommodating to customers, they were the same way with each other as they called out safety and quality checks to each other. Everything was explained to me every step of the way. I was in and out fast and left feeling confident that not a step was missed! Honestly, I only stopped here today because my car maintenance lamp popped up that my oil was low and the dealership was already closed but for service like this I d definitely come here again!!!

Awesome experience. You don't have to get out of the car. Oil change, air filter, and new wiper blades. Supper friendly and through. First off they are open on Sunday at 3pm... i work an off shift schedule during the week and can't do very much during the week.Secondly, i had questions. The last place i got an oil change (that wasnt the dealership) my engine went out a few weeks later. So the time these people took to talk to me and help me was nice, good customer service.I'll definitely update if there are any problems, but so far I've found my new oil change placeService: Oil change

Knowledgeable expert oil changers, not mechanics. Was offered water. The water was cold and crisp. Did not have a dog but they have dog treats on deck. 10/10 would absolutely return and recommend.

I had a good experience at the new Englwood Take 5. The place was clean and there was no wait. Only issue I had was o. The building they have banners hanging offering $20 off all oil changes for a limited time. This discount was not applied to my bill. WORST!!!! It was close to home, so I tried it out. Oil change Monday night for my 2011 Prius which is around $100+ and it took from the time I pulled up to the time I drove away, over an hour went by. They never checked my lights, turn signals or told me what was going on during the whole thing. The guy in the pit, you couldn't hear or see what he was doing and the guy up top spent a while under the front of my car near the passenger tire (assuming theres some fluid over there he was topping off). Another guy (maybe new) was basically kinda standing around.Yesterday morning I drove it to work and it was pouring rain. I could hear a hollow noise like amplified when I was driving down the highway of the water in the wheel well. When I left work, I pulled out of my parking spot and it was even louder as I drove 3 mph. I pulled into a parking spot to see part of my fender panel hanging down, bent backwards and dragging on the ground. I bent it back forward so it wasn't hanging. 1 mile down the highway, the panel got lodged under my wheel and ripped off my car. I had to go turn around and go back on the highway and retrieve it. Im livid that they didn't attach the panel back on. Ive never had problems with Valvoline so Ill be going back to them.

Great experience. The opening day! The manager, Kaitlyn was very professional and made sure the crew covered everything. I have a diesel dually pickup. Most places struggle with diesels but this place was well stocked with the filter and diesel grade oil and the knowledge. Went to the new Take 5 because it was close to home and figured I would try it out. It s wicked expensive and their prices aren t what you actually pay. They have several extra shop fees and price gauging tactics. Their workers behaved as if they didn t want to be there (one literally said as much) and because most of them are new to the company they didn t know how to answer questions. I doubt I ll be back.Service: Oil change

2 months and still no response from the owner or corporate. Forgetting an oil cap and refusing to clean up your mess ...What happened to my car is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and follow up is worse. I will continue to post on every local site and social media to inform people of the terrible practices of this company.

Surpassed expectations. Had no wait time, stayed comfy in my car, service was fast & friendly. If you can't wait for a full-service garage visit, this is a good option to have.

I had my my wiper blades changed. The staff was very courteous and efficient. I was happy when it rained in the same evening, which put the blades to the test. Every thing was very satisfactory.

I would have given 5 stars. $80+ for a $4 filter and 4.5 quarts of full synthetic oil is very pricey. Dealership is about half that.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
