Brian Jr and his team are PHENOMENAL. Extremely personable, very knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. I never worry about my vehicles and I drive knowing Brian Jr and his team are keeping my car in tip-top shape and safe. I am treated with the utmost respect and everything is very fairly priced. Brian Jr and his team have saved me so much money and time, I absolutely love working with Seibert Automotive. I have worked with them for years and am so grateful for all their hard work. Do you want a place that will provide great service at a reasonable price? Go here. Do you want to be treated with respect and integrity, regardless of your prior knowledge about cars? GO HERE. After many years of aggravation with different auto repair shops, the guys at Seibert have been just awesome! Every single guy we've come into contact with at this establishment has just been so friendly and informative. Cody is a gem and Brian Jr the owner is very down to earth and informative. I didn't catch the gentleman's name that did my oil change today but also super friendly and down to earth. I was even able to bring my big puppy along with me today. Sullivan the wolfhound loves Seibert Automotive. A place you can trust.

I have been to this establishment several times. Brian Seibert Jr. owner and his staff are great people, knowledgeable and professional. They strive for and deliver excellent service. The customer is their main priority. I would recommend Seibert Automotive to anyone wanting honest and reliable auto service.

It is difficult to point to just one item that makes Siebert Automotive a 5 star rating. Basically, it starts with the owner, Brian. He loves what he does and he easily communicates his passion for automotive repair of the car (any car, I have found) so well that it helps me understand the issues with my car. On top of that, Brian makes me feel as though I am very important to him. I have watched him interact with his employees and he treats them with respect.The bottom line is, I know that I am paying for the very best service possible for my vehicle. The cost of service is worth they peace I have knowing they will is done well.I will continue to use Siebert Automotive for all my automotive repairs in thy future.

When I first bought my car, I was recommended Seibert to inspect it before buying. Since then, I ve gone to Seibert with any concerns I ve had with my vehicle. They re always honest, respectful and they take any opportunity they have to educate me on affordable options and ways to better take care of my vehicle. I'm sure it was very frustrating for the crew. They ordered parts and my old 2005 Kia Amanti just wasn't going to accept the parts. They kept trying to figure it out. They searched untill they found the right part. They didn't charge me for all the parts, just the one that fit. They also found a pinhole in my muffler and fixed it for free. Cody says that was on them for keeping my car so long because of all the parts they had to try. My old car sure gave them havoc. Sorry guys. You were great!They were extremely nice. Very informative and honest. I felt I could trust them. Kept me updated to the status of their work. I was very pleased. Could have charged more but didn't. I will go back!! I recommend them to everyone. Good job guys.

Awesome shop! Came in for an oil change and a stripped oil plug. Both were fixed in 30 minutes easy under 100 bucks. I think I finally found a good mechanic!

Simply the best. Fast, courteous, helpful service. They only recommend the work that needs to be done. Honest guys. Service with integrity. That values the customer. Doesn't get any better than that. Good work. Good price. Highly recommended shop.

Want to thank the staff for great service took in for one major problem found out that problem could be fixed at a low cost. But they found something going on with my truck I had no idea was going on and was able to get fixed thank you all very much for great service

I have been going to seiberts automotive for many years. They have always explained everything they need to do before they do it with a phone call if it is something they discover other then what I take it in for. They are always friendly and really care about their customers. I was referred to Seibert Automotive by a family member, and I was very impressed by their service. It is apparent that the company is operated with high degree of professionalism and moral standards. I experienced this first-hand when I took my vehicle in to have it investigating for an unusual sound it was making. When I left, the sound improved but wasn t completely gone (it was an occasional sound). I worked with Brian, and he got me back into the shop quickly and at no additional cost. They were able to fully correct the culprit of sound and get me back out the door within a half an hour. I would certainly recommend Seibert s!

These guys do great work at a very reasonable price... I was there to get my A/C fixed...they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a respectable time frame.. plus they are very informative about what's going on with your vehicle and prompt with when they say it's done. I was in town visiting from Texas with my wife and kids when our van suddenly was in need of help. We limped into Seibert Automotive and met Brian. The shop was booked for two solid weeks, but Brian and his team somehow fit us in that same day and got me back up and running in a few hours. He even offered to give me a ride to Enterprise to rent a car. Outstanding service.Service: Electrical

I went back AGAIN! My 2018 Honda Accord was making weird noises and I was sure it had to be a bad bearing in the front. I had them replaced at a different location three months prior. However, the noise came back within a couple weeks. Problem was that I was working in Maine and could not get my vehicle back to Seiberts. Well, I took it to a local place in Maine and was told only one bearing was bad and had it replaced. When I got back to Ohio, I ran over to Discount Tire and had a rotation/balance done. They assured me my tires were ok. The noise was still there. I took it to Seiberts! I wont bore you with anymore details except to say this, Commitment, due diligence, persistence, and honesty is what Seiberts brings to the table. My car had both front bearings replaced and an alignment. The noise was decreased significantly I then took it back to Discount Tire and had all four tires replaced. My Honda is as quiet as the day I bought it.Seiberts troubleshot and said replace both bearings, get an alignment, and replace the tires because the tires were badly worn.I hope I am not the only one leaving reviews or feedback. If I am pay attention, stop in and see this shop for your mechanical car needs. You might be impressed as well

Seibert Automotive's service technicians did a thorough general high mileage service to our 2013 Ford Escape! Flushed the coolant and replaced it. They also flushed and replaced the transmission fluid, helping everything keep functioning properly!Over all, Seibert Automotive technicians have done a completeinspection of systems that keep our vehicle operating at top efficiency by replacing and servicing at the recommended mileage!We have found that they are a very reputable and friendly place to have our vehicles serviced!Gary WoodardServices: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I have been a customer of Seibert Automotive going on 3yrs each time I have needed any work done it was done Right and for a fair price. Their customer service can not be beat. But the best thing about Seibert Automotive is TRUST.
