They made me feel like I was family. Great service, and I will definitely go there for my truck being fixed, looked at. Great job fixing my front end, and completing my oil change, also for taking me out to were the truck was and showing me what was needed before even repairing it. They explained everything. I know a lot about cars and they were great at explaining to me what the problem was. I will be returning for sure. Keep up the great work you guys.

Paid over $400, told the mechanic it wasn t just a battery, so they did all this other stuff and the car isn t fixed at all. Now they are too busy to look at it for days. They just run a $130 diagnostic and do what it tells them, no thought at all.

Staff was very helpful at the Englewood location. Please note that a warranty repair company might tell you that your appointment is confirmed.This location is first come first serve and you could find yourself not only waiting in line to check in but also not having your car looked at for several days.While we would have preferred to know this up front, it did work out well. An appointment at a location that would have looked at soon after drop off was weeks away. We dropped it off on a Friday morning and on Monday afternoon they were done.When I asked questions, the staff was very helpful and gave me information that I really needed.

SO FAR SO GOOD! THEY B FIX MY OIL PRESSURE SWITCH IN A TIMILY MANNER AND THE PRICE FOR WHAT I NEEDED DONE IS GOLDEN, BETTER THAN WHAT THE DEALER QUOTED ME! COMMING BACK FOR ANYTHING ELECTRICAL OR BIG FIX

This business left me disappointed. I went in after reading decent reviews. The employees were very rude from the time I came in, until the time I left. I went in for a brake replacement. My brakes were replaced but after driving home I found that my hubcap on my tire was missing. I called the establishment and they told me that they had broke my hubcap during servicing my vehicle which they didn t tell me when I picked up my vehicle. I don t recommend this business because they are not honest and don t like working with people.

My husband and I have been going here for two years. Mostly understaffed. It's first come first serve so anywhere from a half hour to a few hours. Get a time estimate and a price estimate and have a ride waiting if it's busy. I've been stuck spending just over four hours here. There's usually deals on their website. You can always walk over to the donut shop, Wendy's, or Domino's if you don't feel like waiting inside.

Took my truck in to have the vavle cover gaskets replaced. Upon completion I inspected the work. 1 bolt was LOOSE. so that prompted me to inspect all the bolts. 2 were COMPLETELY MISSING. So I went back and talked to the manager. He seemed embarrassed and promised that he would talk to the employee. I don't want a refund. I want that mechanics job. HE SHOULD BE FIRED! If this was a working parents only vehicle they might have to go without. I don't think he counted on me knowing what to look for. I only took it to them because I did not feel like doing it myself. I live in an apartment complex and it's difficult to work on a vehicle. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I took pictures and if my attorney feels like it then we might move forward. Like I said. I don't want money. I want him fired. He is dangerous to the general public. He might do something to someone's vehicle that could get them hurt.

Dirty most things; Sealed Batteries Dated Jan 2018; Waiting Area while large, Flat Screen TV dropping LINES of local broadcasts; Full Alignment booked over a month in advance.

This shop WILL tamper with your vehicle so you will keep bringing it back! I wouldn t even trust them to check tire pressure after the bs they spew. Don t do it unless you want them to scam you, there s too many other shops that won t mysteriously return your car more broken than it was before.

Never an issue always kind and reliable. Upset they don't offer coffee anymore but we all know why. Easy to schedule, easy drop off, confident and competent workers. Affordable compared to the competition around. They also picked up their phone when you call them which is rare nowadays.

My wife and I got into an accident while traveling across country. No shop in the area would take my truck in for service as they were too busy. When I called Precision Tune Auto Care and told him my situation they immediately agreed to help me and were able to assess the damage to my truck. The service I received was second to none and we are extremely grateful for the manager John s kindness and professionalism. 10/10 would recommend!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Big Scam. Stranded and had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. It cranked over but wouldn't start. When the battery died they told me the engine was seized up, needed a whole new engine. 3 thousand dollars plus labor. I knew this was false, since it was fine the day before. had it towed to a different shop, they charged the battery and changed my fuel pump relay, car started up and has been fine ever since.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Was looking for an oil change an wanted to support local business. Called precision tune individualthat answered the phone was extremely rude. I hung up so much for supporting local business (precision tune). No wonder therereview rating is 4 of 5!

Had the place work on my vehicle and had nothing but problems after the repairs.I no longer own the Cadillac Escalade that I had them work on. They would try and fix one problem and ended up creating another problem that needed fixed. At one point, the car completely died and they couldn't figure out how to get it restarted. They eventually did but with all the compounded repairs, one after the other, because they continued causing problems, I ended up paying around $3000 when it was all said and done and I continued to have issues until I took the vehicle to Grismer Auto in Troy Ohio. They ended up fixing what needed to be fixed.

I went in for an oil change. The first time I went they were closed when it said they would be open for another hour and a half. The second time I went in I said I m here for an oil change and the guy was very rude and was like can you just come back tomorrow morning. So I said ok and walked out. I went back and he was so much nicer and was like ok cool he must have just had a bad day that day. So I m waiting for my car to get done and he comes back out and tries to tell me I need all this work done on my car and I was like no that s ok and he said are you sure we can do it today blah blah I said no thank you. I thought it was funny because the things he was saying needed done definitely didn t as my dad had just fixed my car ( he s been working on cars his whole life) and everything that he was saying needed done was brand new. So I will never be returning here . I m sure they don t care but it s just awful to lie like that because I m a woman I m assuming.

Where to start...the employees are friendly but...I've went here hoping that they knew what they are talking about since it is called "Precision " Auto Care! So far, I was told my "whining" sound in the engine area was a bad power steering unit and I was told to buy on from Auto Zone which I did. I paid them to replace this part only to be told my power steering unit wasn't the problem after I paid for the part and service. I was then told it was my tensioner pulley and idler pullies, so I spent even more money (approx. $110 an hour) about 2 hours plus paid for the pullies, and guess what I STILL have the whining noise!The name says Precision but the only thing precise is taking your money.I had a rack and pinion, front struts, and 4 pulled put in and it took less than 5 hours ($110/hr)hrs, I got charged $997.43. At that prices, I paid $199.48 an hour. No other automotive service charges almost $200/hrs but they did.

Please. Stay away!! The other one star reviews are 100% correct. My story is a bit worse. Took my car to get it looked at because I needed a blower motor. I drove the car to the shop in Englewood and a few days later , I had to tow it to another shop because they claimed that it wouldn't start? After they charged a 200 dollar diagnostic fee, the conclusion was a dirty fuse box? Which was all lies. There are several questions that surround me. Why would you preform a diagnostic test and then say you can't fix it? When I called on the phone, and told you what I needed, why did you tell me to bring the car in so you can fix it? You should have said that you couldn't fix it instead of charging me money to have another shop fix it. I believe in my heart that one of the mechanics messed up my vehicle but of course , there is no proof. They can say anything and they are liars and they will. Trust me, I am an individual that is very intelligent and I know for a fact that they destroyed my vehicle. The only weapon that I have is the power of the internet to let future, hard working Americans, save time and thier hard earned money. Don't waste your money on this place or you will end up like me with a negative story to tell because you will more than likely have a negative experience. My reviews are read by hundreds of thousands of people. Hopefully I can stop a bunch of them from ending up like me and the others. Stay away if you know what's good for you. I think they are franchised so good luck bleeding juice from a turnip. If you need brakes or your windshield cleaned, maybe they can handle that. But if you need something that may require thinking, take it to the dealer. These mom and pop shops just take your money. Stay away from this place!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

John was great. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got our tire repaired before they closed. No other place would do that for us. He had the tire repaired and did not charge us since we were going to purchase a new tire from them. I would highly recommend Precision Tune because of John and how great he is to his customers.

These guys are awesome. My husband drives for a living and is in every two weeks having his oil changes as well as other scheduled maintenance. Rob and Chris are fantastic. The entire staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. We always leave knowing that our vehicle is in the best working order possible without being overcharged for parts or labor. We also really appreciate the amenities offered in the shop. Thanks so much guys- The Paris Family

Don't waste your time at this location if you just need an oil change. The manager has told me to come back tomorrow despite the fact that I've been to the location three times in a week. This is not the place to go.

I seriously question the professionalism and honesty of Precision Tune Englewood. I Usually take my vehicles there for oil changes, as they are typically nice and cheap. On one occurrence, they gave my car key to another customer, and I had to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room waiting on an employee to go to the other customer s house to get my keys. Took a different vehicle there I just bought for an oil change and noticed A/C was not working. Had them investigate, they said compressor wasn t working. I said alright, do the compressor. They put the new compressor in and said they filled it with Freon and tested for leaks. Brought it home, and in the following days I noticed that A/C was not blowing cold. Brought it back, they said one of the lines was blown. How could they have tested for leaks when it all leaked out immediately. Then when I asked if there was going to be a discount on the work they said Nope, no discount . When I came to pick the car up, guess what? They lost my keys again. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, with no luck, I had to leave and pray that they would fine them eventually, as it was the only key to the car. Had to come back 3 different times to get the same issue fixed. I fear that Precision Tune is exactly the place that people fear when they picture a shady mechanic. After years and years of business, I will not be coming back.

I had stopped in a few different places before meeting John, and he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied and I very much appreciated it. I went in for an oil change and was out in about 30 mins. John recommend a tire rotation for me to make sure I got full life out of my tire. In addition, the waiting are was clean and comfortable and my experience was overall pleasant and I will be returning for future services to come!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Was passing through the area and had some car trouble. Decided to go here and they seemed super nice and willing to help. Then I signed the quote for about 450 dollars for what they said needed to be done to fix my car. They told me the car was done, then when I went to pay they said I needed to get what they "fixed" fixed. I paid hundards of dollars for my car to breakdown later that day.

Great experience. Needed someone to check the brake job WE did on my car because one was running hot. Said it would be 19.95 to do a brake inspection which was fine. Checked out car, fixed issue with brake pad and said no charge since it was a quick fix for them. Will definitely use them in the future.

I stopped in looking for where to drop off my oil at. Phil Came out and spoke to me, very nice and respectful. Did not feel rushed asked about where to drop off the oil. he said they don't normally do that but they would be happy to take care of me. Overall good impression and a nice place. If you need something talk to Phil he's a good guy

My very first time as a Precision Tune customer. It actually happened by default. That's where I was when my car broke down.In 1969 I broke the N.HR.A. D-Stock Record drag racing. I used to know just about everything cars. Today, that's just about impossible unless You own a hundred thousand dollars worth of electronic equipment, not withstanding, all the mechanical equipment necessary to run an auto shop.Precision Tune has all of that, plus a clean waiting room with a wide screen television as well as a clean shop. The service was equal. I am pleased.
