Me and my mother are both disabled. Our window came off the track while out running our monthly errands. The assistant manager was so very nice and kind. He got us in right away. We couldn't afford the repair at that time. He noticed a low tire and checked them all. Gave us a great estimate and was able to do the work right then, we just couldn't afford it. This store went above and beyond with helping us. It was amazing to see such kindness still around at this day/age.

I had a car issue a couple of weeks ago. The usual place I go to just didn t work out so my next call was to Midas. The gentleman I talked to was so nice and was willing to work with me on short notice. Long story short, I ended up not needing to bring my car in. When I called back to inform Midas, I got the same gentleman and he was happy to hear that it was a simple issue. Definitely bringing my car in for services next time it s needed instead of my previous mechanic.

Went in to get a tire looked at as I have had a slow leak for a couple weeks. Devin was helping another customer who was having a terrible time getting his card to go through. Devin was super friendly and helpful during the whole interaction with the other customer. The guys got my car in fast and all I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Thanks for making this a fast, friendly, and painless transaction.

This is our go-to place for car repair! Always friendly, patient, and will not overcharge! They take pictures and write up a full report on issues with the vehicle so it s way easier to understand when explaining the details.

Took my car in a few weeks ago to have pads and rotors replaced and they lost one of my hubcaps and then tried to blame it on me and the car doesn't feel the same now driving. I've tried contacting them through their customer relations multiple times to no response. Don't trust them enough to take it back to have them check it after the experience I had. I recommend avoiding this place and company.

They brought me right in, inspected my vehicle and told me the issue with brakes and rollers. I was able to get this issue fixed right away, no hassle and no long wait. Will visit again.

Was traveling out of state. Got a flat.Had a piece of metal in my tire. They were able to remove it and patch my tire. All for free. Thank you so much

Came in with a gas problem for my truck and we thought it was one code but after it was fixed the problem was still there. I took my truck back and they described what the problem was and fixed it for me at no charge. Im truly thankful thank you Devin and the whole crew yall are the best

They keep texting the wrong person to let them know that the repairs are done. I ve never been to Midas in my life and they keep texting me telling my vehicles ready for pick up lol

Can I add a 6th star? I often look at how employees treat other customers as well as assessing how I am being treated. The people at this Midas are honest, respectful and kind to absolutely every one who comes in. Their work is very good and their prices are fair. You can probably get some things done cheaper elsewhere, but the employees at this location have been there for years and they know their clients. I am very confident that I will be back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

They advertise free tire repair so I went to get mine looked at. Was told two of my tires were not repairable and quoted me a price of almost 700 for two tires. Turns out one they were repairable and got them fixed somewhere else. He didn't take the time to actually look at the tires. He either wanted me to spend unnecessary money and or just didn't feel like doing it. I had a feeling once I got there , they were going to try to get me to spend more since it's free.I would always get a 2nd opinion when using their service.

This was my first time using Midas and I was as beyond impressed. Bret in the front was great! Excellent customer service and great prices and coupons offered on their website as well as the ability to make an appointment. I will be using Midas from now on! Me and wife went here for 4 years off and on.wife uses car a lot for work and mileage.. they would badger all the time about the mileage that she puts on the car. Then they tried to sell us something we did not need bc we told them no immediately went home and had my expert mechanic look at car and told us there tried to get money out of us . If somethings really wrong with your car, go get a second opinion by a professional. They use the all your car is already up in the air they show u a part tell it bad or tire rotation that got me a couple times. This method to get you.$$$$$ bottom line you scam us out of $250 that s fine you can keep the $250 that you scammed and probably pocketed but you will never have our business again in life P.S and the part they told us we needed the car still running 7 months later and would have gave out had it been bad totally lied to us for $$$

My car got a nasty flat, tire fell off the rim completely, had it towed to Midas to fix. I got an appointment no problem, and they got it in and fixed very quickly. The service was great and priced reasonably. 10/10 would trust the Midas touch.

I arrived earlier than my appointment (maybe 30mins early ) and was given excellent customer service. They were honest about the turn around and the condition of my vehicle. I had an oil change done and I am satisfied with my service!

Extremely rude and disgruntled staff. The technician lied to my face and claimed to have rotated my tires all while myself and the manager knew he did not. Absolutely unacceptable for a place of business in customer service. I would not ever bring a car to midas again. Beware

They did all the work ! !! Brakes,tires rotation and oil change in 2hrs and for the cheapest prices I ever paid for all 3!!! Come here there quick but can get busy!! Now my new auto shop, thx guys!

Will charge you an arm and a leg and then two weeks later your check engine light comes back on indicating the exact issue they claimed to fix. Don t go here. Total con artists.Oh I almost forgot they put on my invoice that they replaced my windshield wiper fluid and that light just came on. If they re willing to lie about little things I wouldn t trust them with anything.
