Took vehicle in to have all new brake pads and rotors and to get park brake working. While doing this, they found a rear axle seal leaking and fixed right away. Also, they found a broken engine mount and were able to get me on the schedule within a couple of days. Fair prices , great work, and friendly staff.

I have been so pleased with the services they have done for me so far. The owner Bob is a great guy to communicate with. They have got the problems solved in a good timely manner. Everything they have fixed for me has worked great afterwards. So happy to find a good, honest mechanic. Thank for all the hard work and very reasonable cost.

Last Sunday Aug 20, 2023 I was driving back to Indy when I was having tire issues. I stopped at several places that could not take off a tire to either plug or change it. They sent me to this business. The brother of the owner was there doing personal work for himself. He helped me the best he could on his day off and I made it home safely thanks to his kindness.

Quality and professional service. I received 4 estimates from muffler shops they wanted to replace the whole unit, price ranging from $700-1,500. The crew at Maverick fix car much cheaper, and it's comes with a warranty. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The staff takes pride in their work.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

My ac was broken and I took it to another shop and was quoted $2,200. I called maverick and told them what the first shop claimed was wrong and than was given a quote way smaller at $1,100. They did an amazing job and checked it out themselves and realized than only 1 of the 3 things the first shop claimed was broken was broken. They saved me a lot of money with the total being way less than than I was expecting

Honesty!My truck suddenly went into "reduced power mode" though it ran ok on the way there.They did a full diagnostic to find the problem.. computer showed a possible problem but without a positive solution they didn't try to sell me anything. Truck is still running fineThank you!

I needed a 2 ft. piece of pipe and a muffler and was charged just over $400.00 the work was satisfactory, but $400. for a muffler? I askedthe employees inside, they told me to take it up with the boss, who wasn't there. Let me repeat... $400. for a muffler!I will not got back and cannot recommend them.Too bad.

This past Saturday I had an early morning appointment scheduled at Midas to have my exhaust/muffler fixed on my car. When we dropped it off we were told to give them 20 minutes and they would call us with a price. When we received that call we were told by Brett? that the total would be $1725 or $2,300 if they fixed another part that was causing horribly uneven wear on my tires.( Tires were fine and that "part" I needed was replaced just a few months ago) Seeing as how my car is not very new I decided that I would call around and check other prices. Muffler Brothers was AMAZING! They said they could repair my car at a FRACTION of the cost!! See... what Midas does not do is "fix" your car. They rip everything off and want you to replace it all. Which BTW... when I called them and said we no longer needed their services and were going to another business this BRETT? not only called the place I said I was going to secretly asking for pricing, he tried to hold my car hostage by saying the exhaust feel off during examination and I would have to pay for a tow to leave. Oh and when we said we were driving it that way his price suddenly dropped to $1,200. SHADY<<< SHADY<<<< SHADY!!!!Go to Muffler Brothers!! Run from Midas ! Ask for JASON because this team treats you right!!

Great Service and Mechanic...! Very satisfied, just didn't like the 3% charge for using my credit card. All they had to do was let me know about it before I came to pay, and I would have brought CASH...!

Helpful staff, good auto service, and reasonably priced. They tend to be busydue to the aforementioned, so it's probably best to make the effort to get repairs scheduled for early morning appointments.

I've always had great experiences with this place. I've been going for as long as I've been driving, which is over 20 years now. Even through different management, they still provide honest, straightforward work and pricing.

Took my car there cause i bought a new battery and the bolts were so rounded and corroded i couldnt get the old one out.Figured while it was there i needed an oil change and coolant flush....and my hood wouldnt pop without me prying it open.They fixed the hood for free. 9 out 10 shops would add a ridiculous amount for labor on that....free. put the new battery in and even put on the clamp down bar on top that i didnt have...oil and coolant change for a great price. So hard to find mechanics that will do a job like they just did for a fair price. Today was my first time using you guys but you have a new customer for life. Thanks!

Super disappointed in the service that I received from Muffler Bros. Scheduled an installation of a radiator in my grandson's car. When I arrived to drop off car and told technician I was there for a Saturday radiator install, he advised me that my repair was for the following Saturday. I advised him no, I was told to bring it in for repair for this Saturday. He very loudly yelled and proceeded to tell me that he spoke to me on the phone and that he told me next Saturday and that he wrote it down on his schedule. He then said you are here for the Mazda right. I stated no, (he never gave me the chance to tell him what my car was) I am here for my car. He said "Oh". No I am sorry or I made a mistake. At this point, I should have left, but I didn't. My big mistake. I checked back on Saturday around 11:30 to check on status of car (they close at 12) and was advised they were working on it. I got a call at 11:58 saying that I need to make my way up there to pick up the car. Upon arriving around 12:03, the technician was putting in radiator fluid. When I went inside to make a payment, I presented a gift card to the worker I had dealt with the previous day and he said to me, very nastily, you are supposed to pay cash because you brought your own radiator in here, now I have to incur a credit charge (mind you, no one told me that I couldn't use a card and if they had, I would of made sure to bring cash). I responded, well, do you need me to go and get cash and he responded, NO, I REALLY DON'T CARE AT THIS POINT!!! He then made some comment about someone messing with the car before we brought it in and that he had to tie something up. The car was brought out to us and then we left. On the way home, my grandson said the car was still running hot and something was bumping around in the front of the car. Upon arriving home, pulled up the hood and one side of the radiator was attached by a plastic lock tie, which was broken!!! There were no screws affixed to the radiator anywhere on the top. It was just loose. They did not attach the brackets to the bottom of the radiator and you could see the radiator through the bottom of the bumper. The radiator was just sitting on the bottom of the car with no support. The technician did not you transfer the old brackets from the old radiator to the new one or let me know that I needed new brackets. You could just touch the radiator assembly and push it back and forth. Nothing was securing it. I advised my husband about the situation and he ended up taking the car to another shop (before he took it back to Muffler Bros) and they ended up putting in antifreeze because Muffler Bros did not take the time to put in enough (only put in 1/4 to 1/2 of a gallon bottle, but told me to bring in two which I did and they did not use what was needed because they were in a hurry or just didn't care). The other technician advised that we could have messed up our engine driving with that little amount of antifreeze. My husband took the car back to Muffler Bros and talked to them about the missing brackets, missing screws, etc. and there was no offer to secure the radiator or to fix the missing brackets. I feel very disrespected and hurt by the lack of customer service that I received. I am not sure as to why I was treated this way, was it because I am a woman, or something else . . . No one deserves to spend their money at an establishment and be treated so poorly. I feel like I was told, I took your money, sorry about your luck, now just deal with it. BOO MUFFLER BROS (Englewood) SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Midas up the road quoted over $600. These guys less than a hundred on an old beater that needed exhaust repair. Up front, straight forward and easy to work with.

They got two Rusty License Plate Bolts off for me,they are honest and Freindly!!! Go see them!!!
