Its Con artists at this one,I called Dixies store an they quoted me $179 starting for the basic tune up. I had my lady call this one right after i was hanging up an the guy tried to tell my girl $800-$1000 for only spark plugs an wires on a 14 malibu!! lol i said bruh i called the other store right b4 you an he said they might get parts cheaper... the same business tho smh its ppl who probably been getting ripped off by them a while

I am about to explode on jiffy lube in Englewood right now. Dropped my car off for an oil change 3 weeks ago. Drive it a few times after and notice smoke coming from the oil pan area undeneath the car. Check it out and find oil sprayed all over everything underneath my engine. None on top. Took the car back last Saturday and they say "ope! We forgot to screw the filter in all the way. We'll go ahead and clean it up, too." Well not only did they NOT clean it up, they got oil foot prints all over the carpet of my car and now I see a plastic cover over or near where the oil pan is. That wasn't there before. On top of all this, today I was thinking to myself, "surely they would have topped off the oil after it obviously leaked out everywhere due to their negligence" when a service light that looked like a wrench and my oil light both came on. Trust me when I say that I would have never taken my car to jiffy lube for any maintenance, let alone an oil change that cost me $70. This was someone else's doing, just trying to help me out. But I am beyond livid at jiffy lube right now. Service: Oil change

I went to jiffy live to get an oil change and I absolutely enjoyed my experience. The employees were respectful and great gentlemen s. The customer service team was extremely friendly and helpful.

Had an issue with the price of the oil change, but it was resolved. My concern is if I were a meek person or a person that doesn't know about cars, they would have gouged me without hesitation. Not a good way to do business with a person that's been a customer for years.

They were professional and quick. I felt comfortable in the shop as I awaited for them to complete the oil change. Will return to the Englewood facility when I need service again.

I go to this place for them to do the things to my car that I have neither the chest hair for, nor the desire to grow the chest hair to do.At one point I was having my oil changed and I mentioned my car occasionally makes a sound like Grandma's last gasp as we pull the plug and not only did they inspect what they could but the owner (I think?) guy even offered to drive my vehicle for a few minutes to see if he could detect the terminal Grandma noise.I'm in, I'm out, they are honest and quick.Excellent place.Cons? I wish they had more inspirational posters in their small waiting area. Something that says, "You probably could have done some of this yourself, but being the busy working chap you are we are here to help!" Let's see...maybe something like this!

I went in today to get an oil change and a tire rotation. All of the employees greeted me right away and were very friendly!! Taylor, the assistant manager, took the time to throughly explain everything to me and I appreciated that so much. They took the time to sweep the inside of my car and clean all of my windows.I can t say how awesome my experience was today! I know this location got new management recently and you can really tell!I most definitely will be back!!

Worst decision I made was coming to Jiffy Lube ,621 S Main St, Englewood, Oh 45322. Had them do an oil change and tire rotation, and when doing so they broke the caliper sensor on my 2023 KIA Telluride with 23,400 miles on it. I was inconvenienced for over 4 1/2 hours because they couldn t figure out how the emergency brake was stuck on and tires locked up. So they had me drive it back around the store with the tires locked up so they could put the tires back where they were and in doing so there s no way they could not see the broken plug because of the brightness of it so they not only took the wheel back off but back on and still didn t say anything about the broken plug and at that time I didn t know what was wrong. So they made me pull my truck back out of the shop with the tires still locked up and it sat there overnight. I came back the next morning to see if I could figure out if it was something to do with the settings but nothing worked so I decided to take a look at the tires and see if I could see anything and of course I did. So I got the manager to show him and of course he tried to deny any wrongdoing. So he called his boss and said that they might have been the one who did it and that it was a good possibility because it was not broken when I brought it. I asked him for his manager phone number and was told that they were not allowed to do that so I called every shop in the Dayton area and they all said they were not aloud to give me their manager number so I asked him how was I supposed to get in touch with them about getting my truck fixed and he gave me the runaround and still asked me to pay for the oil change after everything I went through. So yeah worse experience ever.

The inside of this facility has fallen into disarray. I ve been using this facility since 2009 and the inside is falling apart. Customer seats have holes and tears in them. Walls have mismatched paint. Tv used to have regular local or cable channels, now your services are the only display on tv, bathroom didn t have paper towels, pot holes where vehicles pull out of bays, used to have coffee but now a water frig. Etc. need to spend some money on this facility or I won t be back. Wondering if the service is good if the interior looks so bad. The inside is so bad, I left and walked over to Wendy s to wait on my car to get done. However, service techs were nice and professional. Condition of building shouldn t affect their performance.Service: Oil change

They took care of me at 6:30pm and everyone had a positive attitude and were very helpful even after a long hard Monday work day. Zach Taylor and I didn't get the other guy's name but all of you were very nice kind of professional and very quick my experience was great myself and my son came on a very urgent old change and you finish the job very quickly and efficiently we were in and out and all three of you were very pleasant and professional great experience for me thank you very much

I ve always had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The guys were very professional and I had a quick oil change with them, which was nice. The only thing I d say is that my steering wheel was really gross after they worked in my car just from their hands. Fixed by a quick wipe down though.

Was very Pleasent. But could not service my car because it's a Manual. Umm you should be able to have someone there that can or tell me when someone will be there that can. I've been using for my other 2 cars, but I will not be back to Englewood.

These guys have really stepped it up. I ve been coming here for years. Never have I received such great service. A simple oil change turned into new wipers, they vacuumed out my car, rotated & filled my tires.Apparently they have a new manager who is taking this place seriously & you can tell. Great business guy. Get your work done here if you need it. Apparently the prices for an oil change are about to drop!Service: Oil change

I pulled up and it took the guys way to long yo acknowledge me. One of the guys was just standing there. I will never come back to this one again, was very disappointed because the one in Beavercreek always comes out to great me. And they didn't have the oil that I normally put in my car.

Edited to 1. Forget recovery service. These guys flat out LIED! They showed me "my" air filter and it was completely disgusting and almost black. I had heard some places show bogus filters and told them don't change it. I need to go to the dealership anyway. Today, I went to the dealership and opened the hood and asked them to remove my air filter. It was really really clean. Like not dirty at all. There is no way in hell that the air filter that Jiffy Lube showed me was actually from my car. They are liars and cheats and just untrustworthy overall.Original post:The only reason they are getting a 3 is because the guy that rang me up for some great recovery service. It took them forever to get my car in. The reason why was because they lost the keys to another customer's car. I was there about an hour and the situation happened before I got there and still wasn't resolved when I left. The oil change price was $108. Way too high and when I questioned it, he asked what type of oil did I ask for? I said I didn't. They took the car back and never communicated with me. The guy at the register was great. He let the guys know they messed up and then they told him they used what was on my profile. As he walked in the door, you could see the look change on his face as he realized that was a lie because I was a NEW customer and he created my profile. He immediately turned around and called them out on that lie. He gave me a discount. He was very nice and apologetic. I sure hope they found the other customer's keys.

Well I have to admit it's be awhile since I've been to the location. Maybe a year or so.I was the first customer at 9am I was finished at 10:11 am. I had an oil change and tire rotation. I also leather change the cabin filter. My bad for not asking the price it was ridiculous high. The fellow working did take off 25 dallors. The workers were very polite and nice. The inside however was nasty. The trash was overflowing no coffee was made it was so nasty looking I wouldn't have drank it if it was full. The bathroom was as pleasant as an outhouse! It smelled like pee. It wasn't clean at all. The chairs in the waiting area were tattered and torn. I could see trash in the floor behind the cashier desk. The shop didn't look much better. Plus I have never been at a jiffy lube that took that long to change oil and rotate tires.

The Jiffy Lube at 621 S. Main St. Englewood Ohio, is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. Their employees are very courteous and knowledgeable and they got straight to servicing my Ford Explorer with the oil change.I will be back to continue to get my vehicles serviced there.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went there about a month ago for an oil change. My battery died for the first time while they working on it. Might be a coincidence but I had to buy a completely new battery afterwards. They did not top off anything but the washer fluid, and overfilled my oil tank by about a quart. On top of that, when I got back into my car, there was oil EVERYWHERE. The mats, the steering wheel, the handle, my trunk. Horrible attitudes as well. Making sure neither my friends nor my family ever go here again. I recommend you and yours go up the street to Union Tire and Auto.Service: Oil change
