Went in for an oil change, tires rotated and general maintenance. My car was taken in on time. I had an issue with the tire pressure sensor and they checked it out and explained the problem to me and my options. Work was all completed in a timely manner. Charge was reasonable. Staff very courteous. Will return next time my car needs service.

Had appointment for removal of object from tire and plug tire. . Nice waiting area although not interested in car racing on tv. Available cellphone charging tower. Took about an hour. Timing clock for length of time worked on must not match cellphones as I had not yet arrived at 13:23. Reliable!

Went there to see what was wrong with my car. They told me I needed a new engine and it was going to cost me 8 grand to fix it approximately. When I asked for a print out of what was actually wrong with my car they wouldn't give me one. I thought that was strange because usually mechanics will give you a print out that way you can get different quotes for the repairs or get a second opinion in general. Well I went and got a second opinion from a different mechanic that told me it was my timing chain that needed to be replaced. The new mechanic said he understood why they told me I needed a new engine but also said that they think I was trying to be taken advantage of because if they would have actually looked into it they would have seen it was just the timing chain. Needless to say I got my car fixed at the new mechanic and saved more than 6 grand on getting my car fixed. I won't be going back to grismers for anything!!!

Employees are always courteous and friendly. As a widow and someone who knows nothing about maintenance on a car I depend on Grismer to let me know when something needs to be done on my car to keep it in good condition. So far they ve done just that. At 152000 miles me, Grismer and my 2012 CRV hopefully will go another 152000 miles.

Spent 25 years in the military and always looked for the people who would be trustworthy with my wife and boys while deployed...this is one of those businesses. After a few tries elsewhere, now my only auto repair shop since moving here less than a year ago. V/r,Bill R.

They were flexible in changing my appointment from Tue to Wed due to the possibility of bad weather. I was in and out in under an hour for an oil change. I saved $25 with my birthday card

I had put my car in the shop here due to critters eating my wires on my Ford fusion... The electrician there was fast and very good he did a good job! And it was way cheaper than I expected! Very satisfied

I came for an oil change and tire rotation. They were completed within an hour. I was very pleased with the service.I'm a senior citizen and I inquired about being able to bring my car in when the tires need inflated. I was told that was available and given instructions on how to get it done.

Used very pushy sales tactics, added on services that were not needed under the guise of being for my safety. I was sick and needed to get services done quickly, so I asked my mother to handle it. I came in for breaks and rotors and they convinced my mother to pay for nearly $2000 in services. My brother, a mechanic (who couldn't do the work for me because they just had a baby) came in to check the parts they pulled from my truck to find some were missing, and the others were completely fine and didn't need to be changed. The mechanic seemed shocked to be called on this, and even said as much. Steer clear of this location. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Great service, average to above average service charges but their deals on new sets of tires are unbeatable and come with 4 free oil changes and free tire repair on your new tires! Awesome staff, very friendly. Nice size waiting area, complimentary beverage and a TV.

We showed up on a Saturday morning with a flat tire, driving on the donut spare. We were in town for a funeral that afternoon and headed back home (out of state) after the funeral service later that same day. Store manager David and his team took great care of us, and worked us in on a day that was already booked up for them. I highly recommend them.

My Daughter and my wife dropped off my daughter's truck for last minute brake work. My daughter was sick with the flu and I guess the technician took the two women as easy touches. After looking at the truck they determined that the pads, rotors, calipers, and tie rods were bad. My wife, paying the bill, was given an $1,800 bill. I asked my wife to call and have them save the parts before they began. My son, a diesel mechanic, came by and I asked him to go with my wife to pick up the truck. My son evaluated the calipers to be completely functional and when confronted, they offered to remove the cost. When asked for the rotors to inspect, they could/would not produce them...same thing with the tie rods! This happened 20 years ago at the same shop and I swore I'd never use them again, then this! This is what crooked shops do when they think they have ignorant women bringing them work...they pad the bill with bogus problems! Customers beware! I will never use GRISMER AGAIN! Crooks!

Thinking I would have to make an appointment for tires on my truck the staff took care of me right then and I left in great shape with 4 new tires and an alignment. Great team, great service.

First time here good experience. I didn't have an appointment just needed tire replaced for me in and out. And I had to walk 3 miles with my tire there when it was done they was nice enough to give me a ride home so I didn't have to walk back.

I hit a rake on the highway just starting second day of long business road trip. The staff was friendly, tried to repair it to save me some cash. I ended up buying 4 new Michelin tires from them. They had it done fast and I was back on the road. Thanks y'all.

While visiting family from out of town,� our 15+ year old minivan spiked a fever!� The engine temp pegged, and we limped into Grismer tire spewing fluid and feeling panicked. This fabulous Englewood team graciously understood our situation, quickly diagnosed our problem, fit us into their already full workload, treated us fairly,� and got us on our way next day! These folks know their business, bring order to chaos, and treat customers right!� Thanks Englewood Grismer Tire team.

We bought new tires 3 years (~32k miles) ago.Went with their recommended tire. (Firestone rated to go 75k miles) Got a flat today and when we went to get it fixed the guy tells us these tires are shot and we need new ones and by the way, they were the wrong type for our van. Ummm, you sold them to us. Basically, "too bad" was the reply. I ask him, are they safe to drive on? He tells me, "not in snow." It's October in Ohio, snow is coming soon. He says he wouldn't let his wife or kids drive on them. But they won't back the tires because "that's a Firestone issue". He won't back the bad advice from one of his employees because "he wasn't there that day." What? They'll sell you tires but they won't back their advice or the tire.After years of other issues with this Grismer, we're done.

I just moved here from out of state and I thought Grismer Tire would be a good place but I was wrong. I felt like they profiled me right as soon as I said I just moved here. It was the worst experience I've ever had in a tire shop. I spent 1,100 dollars on tires and they made me feel so out of place I told them to just put my tires in the back of my truck and I would take them somewhere else and have them put on. And when he handed me my keys the way he said "have a nice rest of ur day Sir" I felt like he was laughing about the whole ordeal. I will never go back to Grismer "Grimmie" tires ever again. I give them no stars

I always receive professional service and have friendly contact with the staff advisors. They are knowledgeable, caring and listen to any concerns I have about my vehicle. A great service center for me and my vehicle!

Went in with a wrench code told me I needed a tune up kit charged me 817.00 Then two hrs later my check engine light came on.Not impressed with this experience at all.

Instead of always trying to upsell customers on things try, fixing things that I brought my vehicle in for. (i.e I asked 3 times to have my wheels rotated with my oil change and they still didn t rotate them). Mind you. This has happened a time before. The manager tried to rectify the situation by having me wait for them to do it. I dropped my vehicle off early that morning. Had plenty of time to get it right. I m not waiting any longer. Manager need to stay on his crew so this will not happen again. Also, I m now wondering what else they don t do. Please double check your vehicles LADIES and make sure the work have been done. I will start taking my vehicle to the dealership.

I had gotten my tires replaced and they inspected my car to ensure if it needed additional repairs and their price and warranty were very reasonable and they were professional and courteous and it only took a little over an hour to complete the job. Very satisfied with the results.

Brought my vehicle in for a wheel balance. While they balanced the wheels and there's no issue with them there was an issue with the tech. He got grease all over the white leather and the door. When I brought it back he wiped it once and just walked off. HORRIBLE. Definitely will not be back. Bearer...especially if you just had your car detailed!!!
