I happen too lost a $500 camera headset, and $400 set of bose neck speakers. And when I called the general manager, says they're none there. I said I'm not looking to purchase I left them. I said, is there anything in the loss found? And he said I'm the general manager. I know better. It' not here. I arsed if he could call if found. Rude saying what'sthe number just with a bad attitude from start. To finish just asking a question if I happen to leave my equipment there. I have spent thousands of dollars there and only go there for my shop. And for the manager to treat me this way on this level of rude poor aggressive of customer service. I think my money and time will go else where. I did nothing but ask a question and bam. No more from Jerks like that.

It's an auto parts store. But, they provide great customer service, and their prices are very competitive, even less than O'Reilly for many of the items I normally purchase. They also have some really nice high-quality items.

Absolutely excellent service. Got stranded by a bad ignition coil, and Dale and Tom were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with my persistent requests to borrow more tools and repeatedly lookup another part. Helped me get exactly what I needed.

Never have had a bad experience here until today. I specifically walked in and asked the guy if he could test my battery. He asked if I needed to be jumped to get here. I said no, but it took about 3 tries and just seems weak. He didn't even try. He ignored my request, didn't even come outside to look and told me it's not the battery. Imagine my "surprise" when I went to a mechanic and didn't say a word what I thought was wrong and it was the battery. I'm going to go back to that store and ask the name of the guy and just let everyone know the name( his name is Daniel) of the fat lazy greasy looking man who didn't have the time, probably energy, to actually look before making a BS diagnosis.Edit of my edit: I think I'll increase my rating because this lazy fat greasy man actually saved me money by his horrible behaviour causing me to go to the dealership. The battery for my car had I bought it here was over $200. Going to my dealership was significantly less. Nah, 3 is gracious.

Greg really helped me out today. Have a car with an older ford engine in it ( not the original motor) and needed an ignition module. Greg took one look at it, and knew exactly what I needed - even had it in stock! Thank you so much Greg - really appreciate when someone knows their business like you do.

I have a vehicle that has a special battery. It was giving me problems. Dan, the assistant manager helped me by unhooking everything, then rehooking it and adding an extra part that helped solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It took longer than the usual battery would, but he stuck with it and made sure everything worked properly before I left. 5 star service for sure!!

What a joke. They can t order parts unless you go to the store and pay first. Gas is high as hell and if you have the part number of what you need there is no reason why they shouldn t. What about commercial accounts? Do they have to drive to the store multiple times a day to order parts??? Will never buy parts there again

I've always had good straight forward help when I go to advance auto parts. The staff is always willing to take time to listen to my weird car issues, and offer good solid advice that doesn't necessarily push a sale. Much appreciated!

Jack Nicholson works there. I ask him, "What are the best brake pads, tell me the truth" He said ""You can't handle the truth".Guy that works there looks just like him, comes across a little harsh and rude.He's actually very knowledgeable and a good guy.I like this store, mainly because of the harsh, rude, knowledgeable guy!

Old guy was lying to me saying that to check my battery he needs two people to use the battery check tool. And when I asked to borrow the tool for 1 minute so I can check it myself, she told me that they don't borrow tools.

Great layout. Great store. Great service from clerks. Clean floors even in the snowy mess. Parking lot and sidewalks clear and salted. Well stocked. Had what I needed in stock. A great experience.

I needed to replace my battery, but due to the type of battery and the electronic components on top of the battery they said they weren't allowed to replace it. On top of that I had some serious acid corrosion. The employees had a spray to help get rid of the acid, and let me borrow their tools to replace the battery. They also let us borrow a wire brush to clean the cables. They stayed with me while I replaced the battery and answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I asked for help installing wiper blades after buying was told no then he stared at me trying to figure it out I asked because I didn't know how why else would I spend almost $50?

Had my parts in stock and even helped me to save an extra 25 % off of my total by ordering online and picking up my parts about 20 minutes later. Fast, friendly, and very helpful service.

Will not do business here anymore. Greg refuses to bring a part to my shop because as he said " I have worked here for 18 years and have never heard of your shop, come and get it". My shop has been here since 1983. He is very arrogant and should not be in retail anything.

Staff was quick and helpful. Clerk at front desk tested removed and replaced my car battery when it was 4 degrees outside.

I stopped in advance to have my battery tested it was bad which I kind of suspected they sold me one for my vehicle at a much lower price than I had expected to pay great job guys
