I enjoyed a very smooth experience at the Sunnyside Chevy in Elyria. I ended up buying a new vehicle from Ashley. I dreaded the idea of purchasing a new car; actually buying my first car (I was married for 21 years and never bought a new car on my own), but Ashley really made the experience simple and enjoyable. And I love my brand new car!

We stopped in to test drive a Trailblazer after seeing it at the Cleveland Auto Show. Ashley Uszak was our product specialist, and she was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable! She made the process extremely easy and didn t pressure us at all, while still leaving a lasting impression. We will definitely consider Sunnyside when we are ready to buy!

From despair to a happy new beginning, I first came here with my car in terrible condition with an oil leak. Turned out to be the rear main seal. Repair cost more than cars value with the repair done so I had to cut my losses. Justin in the service department was phenomenal in assisting myself throughout that process. Rick first showed me the vehicle and Chris and John were amazing with their great customer service and ease of assistance with my new purchase and trade in. These guys do a great job, be sure to check them out.

It s always a pleasure to come in for service. You get us in and out. On my last visit you found a few issues on our express van and gave me a loaner vehicle to use for the night. I really Appreciated that more than you would ever know. I didn t get to tell Tammi the next day thank you because she was busy with a customer. I truly appreciate you guys and all your efforts.

Purchased a Tahoe from Quentin and couldn t be happier with my experience. Did most of my negotiation over the web and phone. Came in to sign the paperwork and it couldn t have been easier. No games. Everything ready and as promised. I ve purchased a bunch of cars and this was by far my best experience. I had some issues registering my car out of state a few months later (not the dealerships fault). Quentin continued to provide excellent service. Followed up every time as promised and was able to help me resolve the issue. Would absolutely buy another vehicle from him and Sunnyside again.

Went through the buying process, put a down payment down (deposit). Was going to buy the car same day, was told hours later after the down payment was taken from my account that the car was sold to someone who came to the dealership. Car was sold with no honoring a deposit on the car. I was refunded. Immoral, unethical, dishonest, and the least bit of transparent. Snake oil salesmen to the T. Manager of the used sales car division one of the sneakiest salesman I have ever delt with. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone who wants a seamless, honest, straightforward buying journey. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I was charged $160 for a diagnostic test then was told the mechanic went underneath to check the exhaust in the flex pipe had a hole in it. I took it to my muffler shop and was told that the flex pipe is good. there s nothing wrong with itthink $160 is outrageous for a diagnostic test and it didn t even show what was wrong with the car

Sales manager didn't listen to what I said through text messages(was looking at multiple vehicles and he focused on trying to sell me the only one he shown me). He even told me my reasoning for not wanting that car wasn't a good reason for not wanting it so I walked away and bought 2 cars elsewhere. Only positive part of my experience was the sales lady I talked to, I believe her name was Samantha and a mechanic there who both did their best to show me everything I wanted to see with a vehicle(she listened atleast to me when I said I was interested in multiple vehicles and shown me all I was interested in on prior visit to dealing with sales manager). I will never be back.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I did not feel any of the hard sale pressures I was worried about. I felt my salesman, David Wrice was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He was informative without being pushy. All of the staff we encountered at Sunnyside were very easy going. This made the overall experience enjoyable. I am very sad to say goodbye to my old car, but I am very happy with my brand new one

I started out looking for a new vehicle and specifically chose the Trailblazer because the front passenger seat folds flat - the primary feature I need in a vehicle. When I arrived at Sunnyside Chevy on 7/20/2023, after much research I ended up ordering the vehicle I wanted with all the features I require and some I never expected. It was easy to keep track of my order and I was well-informed of its arrival date by Samantha Behringer, who kept me posted every time there was an update. My vehicle arrived on 11/20/2023 and I picked it up on 11/21/2023 and have already enjoyed it immensely and hope to do so for a long time to come. I am VERY happy with Sunnyside Chevy!

David Wrice was a pleasure to deal with and help me get the deal done on my 2024 Trax. Bob closed the loan and presented all extended warranties without pressure or hassle, while i chose not to buy extended warranties at this time, he did say I could add in the future if I choose to do so. The sales team was very helpful and at pickup, the repesentative (forgot her name) showed me all the features the vehicle has and set it up to my preferences. Great Team, very friendly and a pleasure to have them help me with this purchase.

Samantha is an OUTSTANDING worker with GREAT customer service. She actually treated my Traverse like it was her truck and test drove it after the mechanic told her that it wasn't anything wrong with it. Thank you Samantha for taking the time out to test drive my truck and bring the problem to the mechanic attention that he should have heard. Makes me question the mechanics that work at Sunnyside.

First off, I was just there as a co signer. They ran my credit 7 times! I am not happy about that. Then I m rejected from GM financial (which I know has nothing to do with you) with a 795 credit score. What a joke. The only thing that I appreciated was Denise.(salesperson) she was very friendly and explained things very well to my fiends whom I was co-signing for.

My car was there for over a week. I had to pay for a rental because they did not have a vehicle for me to use until my car was fixed. While my car was there I received 1 phone call the whole entire time communication was terrible I didn t receive a call to update me on what was wrong with my car or how much it would be. I had to call them at least 10 times was told I would get a call back never did. I still don t know what day my car was looked at. Then I got charged $100 more than what I was quoted on the phone when I went too pick up the car!

I had a Great customer service experience here. Their sales/service department here really cares about the customer, which you don t see very often these days. This place definitely has the best pricing around lorain county for used vehicles. I d like to give a Big thank you to the sales department, Justin and his Manager Sam for the helping hand. I will be a repeat customer in the future, and advise anyone looking for a car dealership with great customer care and finding a vehicle at a fair price. This is the place.

My family has always bought from Sunnyside and continue to do so. I know a few of the mechanics and they have decades of experience. Everyone I've interacted there is friendly and the office makes maintenance hassle free.6 years later (2023) and Sunnyside is still great. Bought a used truck from the and had a great experience with Rick. They communicated very well, didn't pressure at all, we're straight forward, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was buying up after the deal was made.Highly recommended if you want to go somewhere you can trust.
