Hi Tech was fantastic! We used their services after a car accident the week of Christmas. They were professional, fast and transparent with cost. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. I've had our 2008 Chevy work van serviced at Hi Tech for over 10 years. It's got 207,000 miles on it now. Over the years I've had these experiences there: I took it in for new pads and rotors and got a call from Dan saying all it really needed was to have the rotors turned. I called about new tires and Dan recommended Kelly Springfield. He installed and balanced them and they have performed great for years. I took it in for A/C service and the bill was a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. The list goes on and on. In my opinion Dan is a stand up guy and runs an honest repair shop. If you expect something for nothing, stay away, the guy needs to make a living. I was in town for work and my check engine light came on so I needed help fast. I found Hi Tech in a google search and I hit the jackpot!! They were able to diagnose my problem and repair the issue the same day! A part was not available until the following morning so I but I brought the car back in at 9am and I was done with all repairs complete by 10. One of the best car repair experiences I have ever had. Being in a crunch for time, I was concerned that I would have to settle for whatever was available, but I ended up with the best service I could have imagined.

I took my car to the them very nice people, but seems to be very short staffed. I then found out a month later that they replaced O2 sensor that was not compatible to my car. So when I tried to tell them they threw back in my face that I should have brought back to them b/c it was under their warranty. To me you should know what is compatible when someone is spending money at your shop; other wise, it is an inconvenience to the owner to have to drop their car off without having a loaner car.Service: Electrical

My husband took our truck in because it would randomly stop as he was driving. These guys gave us an estimation, drove our truck around for a bit and said it was fine. Then they charged us more than double the estimation! Does not make sense to me! They didn t do anything! Do not come here if you need to find out what is wrong with your vehicle. Personally I wish we would have just gone to the Ford dealer. They are good.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my Avalanche in 4 check engine light flashing. They took the time to explain possibilities and then let me know what they found. Repair was done in no time. Prices were very reasonable, very honest service. I would recommend for anyone and they will be my future mechanics for my vehicles.
