Another AWESOME experience at Heredos today! I dropped off my BMW before work with a 'drivetrain malfunction'. I called the shop after it opened to explain why my vehicle was there. I was asked if I have another car to drive (I do not). I was impressed that they cared enough to ask. My car was running very rough and I was afraid it would cost thousands of dollars and take several days to fix. I was pleasantly surprised with the estimate, and got an oil change on top of the necessary repairs. With the school employee discount, my bill was only $600. I was even offered a ride back to pick up my car, which was finished in just a matter of hours. Brian continues to go out of his way to help whenever I'm in a bind. A friend recommended Heredos to me, and I HIGHLY recommend them as well. They are extremely busy, but take time to listen and are always cordial and caring.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service and prices. Worth the wait if you can for service. Pay attention to hours as they are not available on weekends. I was thrilled that they changed the blinking time on my dash!! It's attention to detail.

My 2000 Chevy Blazer developed a problem where the 2WD/4WD dashboard selector keypad had all buttons illuminated at the same time. The vehicle could not be driven with this issue, so I contacted Heredos and they said they could take care of it. The vehicle was towed to their location the day before the appointment.They were able to diagnose the problem in less than an hour and called me with a repair quote. The cost of the repair was actually hundreds less than I was expecting. I gave approval for the repair and they had the vehicle ready to go by early afternoon.I also called Heredos another time for a 4WD issue on a different vehicle. They got it fixed in a timely manner as well and there have been no problems since.In closing, I highly recommend Heredos Auto Service for any repairs you may need. Their staff was pleasant to deal with and I found them to be very honest in both cases.Service: Electrical repair

Had rebuilt Transmission put in My 08 Yukon and a then a Repair on Engine on 08 Yukon and an exhaust repair on 05 Cobalt. Great Price, Great Work and Great service. This place is Grrreat!!!!

Took my BMW in for a basic wheel alignment a little bit back. First was charged $150 for a $30 ball joint, was told it was "needed" in order to align the car (wasn't the most knowledgeable with cars at the time). Ended up paying a pretty penny but I was ready to live with all that, until my car was picked up by my father only to start overheating in no time! Turns out my thermostat as well as my electric cooling fan were disconnected! Certainly wasn't by me or my father, seems they tried to get me to come back in for the notorious water pump failure on my generation of BMW. Didn't feel like I got much honesty or integrity, even when confronted on the issues. A shame since they're right down the road from meService: Wheel alignment

Excellent and professional service. Check engine light came on, tried to diagnose the problem and repair using the internet, after replacing multiple parts and spending about $350 and my time, I was unable to fix the problem. Long story short, took it in, had it back the next day. When it comes to your vehicle repairs, just take it to Heredos. It will save you time, money and piece of mind.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The staff at Heredos is always willing to do whatever they can to go above and beyond to help out their customers. I would not take my car anywhere else. Every time I take my car to Heredos, I know my car is in good hands. I would highly recommend reaching out to them next time you need help with your vehicle.

I would like to say that I'm very pleased with the work Brian and his team has done on my vehicle! They were fast friendly and courteous! My family has been going there since my dad was 18 and my dad still talks highly about this garage! Affordable, dependable work! Anyone looking for a great team go here! Support your local mechanic and spread the word!

I broke down Sunday night 120 miles from home.I called and spoke to Brian at 7:30 am Monday morning and explained my situation and he said he was extremely busy but if I could get right there he would do his best to get me home today.I arrived at 7:50 and by 8:35 he had already diagnosed the problem,ordered the part,fixed up and cashed out. Went here to find out what was wrong with my transmission since they were local and within walking distance of my house. Scheduled an appointment and took my car in a couple of days later. They told me that day it would need a transmission. They had found a used one and quoted me a very fair price to put it in. A couple of days later I got my car back and it is actually a pleasure to drive again. I would highly recommend this shop for any and all car repairs.

I brought my car to Heredos for a second estimate after I'd been to the dealer, who'd told me I needed two repairs. Not only did Heredos tell me one of the repairs was not needed at all, but the quote they gave me on the second repair was HALF of what the dealer was going to charge. I am so appreciative of their honestly and integrity. Especially for a person like me, who is not knowledgeable about cars and car repairs, knowing there is a local business that isn't going to try to take advantage of their customers is very important.

Brian and his team get you in and out with fair prices for parts and services, sometimes doing extra for no charge. They will also let you know what needs work on, that they saw, while fixing whatever you took your vehicle in for. I have a cruddy car and they have done excellent work on it.

They did an awesome job on our Subaru's last minute transmission problem. Much cheaper than using the dealership. We will start using Heredos for our regular maintenance and future repairs.

They are equipped to deal with big problems as well as small ones, and at a very good price too! They're putting a new engine in my car for a thousand less than anyone else would do it! Great shop, very knowledgeable and friendly people! If you have a problem with your car and you think it's too big or too costly, before you decide to junk your vehicle, call Heredos! They can save your car and your mind! Lol thanks Heredos!

This place is wonderful! I had a low tire and showed up with only a few minutes notice. The shop was very busy. Cars were everywhere and customers kept coming in the office. They took my car in and plugged my tire within minutes. And there was NO charge!

Wife broke down at this exit and they were awesome and super responsive. Even drove her to a hotel once she found one. Extreamly happy.
