Over a maybe 10 year span I've brought 3 vehicles in and all 3 time the customer service and over all service was great and the prices are fair. The wait is not bad either, this last time I waited maybe an hr/half. Thank you guys for the great service. I'll be back in the future if needed.

I have went here twice so far not because I want to but out of necessity amazing service low-cost especially for the work that they do high quality and work! If you have them call you back they keep you updated on what's going on with your car and approximately how long it would take I dropped off the car in the morning around 9:00 a.m. they had it ready around 1:00 p.m. which was excellent especially since they were pretty busy that day as well I recommend to call ahead but their work is worth everything penny.

I came for a minor quote. I thought the place was closed it was so dark. The older gentleman at the counter was pleasant. I was pleased with his customer relations. My vehicle was taken care of. Happy driver.

Never again, for starters there was a shirtless toddler running around the shop, then they almost crushed my feet with the lift. I had my trunk opened and showing one worker the exhaust I wanted to put on my car and apparently someone without saying anything started lowering the lift that I didn t know was 6 inches in the air or so. Luckily got my feet out very quickly once I started feeling the touch on my feet. Then scraped the living hell out of the button of my front bumper when backing it off of the ramp to the lift. Like didn t even care or apologize about it either. Then the same associate that backed my car off the lift started revving the piss out of my car. I didn t even know what to say about the whole experience I was blown away honestly. Scary to think what they do with your car when you aren t around.

Body shop is on point. Johnny is hands down the best body man around. A classic car restorer. Muffler shop is excellent. Welding is on point. Don't use them as MECHANICS. They were supposed to replace my tensioner pulley. Busted my radiator. Didn't tell me. I drove it home with antifreeze pouring all over my engine compartment and a huge puddle in my driveway. After calling a real ASE certified mechanic I found out that they busted a pressure hose. It's vital for my car. They replaced the radiator. But tried to charge me $500 for labor on the pulley! The mechanic didn't know how to fix it, so he literally watched YouTube videos to do it. Now, Johnny and his daughter are beautiful people, but they really need to close the mechanic side down.

Done two muffler jobs for me 1 on my Audi and 2 on my F150 very good work . Priceing was reasonable anywhere else would of been much more costly. Looks awesome

Took my car here many years ago as a broke college student and returned a few weeks ago with my mother s car. Each time they treated me very well and do good honest work in a timely manner! Front desk lady was great too. Will return in the future if needed.

Left my car at 830 in the morning to check front end. There was no discussions that couldn t look at. Called twice during the day with no results Poor customer service. Should have called to update me during the day.Picked it up at closing with no apology. If your dropping your car for an estimate, be ware.If the owner reads this your staff needs training in customer service. Shocked they can run a business like this. Why no response from the owner on negative reviews?Service: General repairs & maintenance

My neighbor told me about AOK and I am so happy he did. Had a new muffler system put on today, it it is no ordinary muffler system. It is a van with a wheel chair ramp and it had to be custom. I went there Monday and they were so busy (which is good to see if they are busy, they are good). So I went back this morning. I saw a lot of TEAMWORK among all the employees...everyone was busy and working hard. They have excellent customer service starting with Karissa at the service desk, she is very pleasant and knows the business as well as her counterparts. I couldn t believe the excellent price and how quickly it was done. I would recommend AOK to everyone who has been unhappy with the other popular shops around town. AOK is the BEST kept secret in Lorain Co. Try them out next time you need any repairs...they do most anything! I am one HAPPY NEW customer. I will definitely go back!

Great find! They checked my car for what I thought was a leak in the exhaust pipe and discovered the noise problem was something entirely different. Made a quick adjustment and the problem was fixed! Only charged me a $10.00 lift fee for the whole thing! Unbelievable! Very rare to find a shop like this anymore! I feel like I owe them money! I will definitely be back for other service!

I've been getting my exhaust work done here for years on multiple cars and referred lots of friends and family and they never had any issues or complaints. Prices are more then fair for the quality of work. You wont be disappointed.

We had a simple weld job on our muffler done today. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and efficient, the job was done in under 30 minutes and the price was beyond reasonable. Could not ask for a better experience, I would highly recommend AOK!

I had to go in to have a complete replacement of my exhaust. My guy (who's name is also Carlos) got right on it. He gave me a price that was reasonable and took great care of me. My car went from sounding like a Mack truck to being as quiet as a new car. I would recommend them to anyone. Get Ortiz to when you go!!

Had my exhaust repaired today on my 2005 Dodge Ram truck . They ran me home and picked up when the work was done. Excellent work and customer service. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

They have the greatest collection of old school cars! Whatever your looking for and absolutely beautiful too! 64 chevys...mustangs...whatever! If your looking for a classic car this is the place to hit up or if you need really great body and paint work done go see them!

After calling and scheduling a appointment, I arrived early and got told to go find the short white guy on the property. Say what? Yea we don t do muffler repairs up front it s out back. After 10 min of looking for any other human I opened a employee only door and had a guy tell me he didn t know where the guy was but that I should walk around outside and look for him. So I did. Finally I found the guy and he said stay right there and I ll be back. I waited. And waited. Then he comes back and says sit tight they are pulling a truck out of the bay and you can pull in for your estimate. 40 minutes later still waiting outside the bay door I just left. Tuffy in Elyria got the simple sleeve and weld done for under $100. Put simply, the place seems skeezy and definitely lacks any form of professionalism.

Johnny is good dude. Best price on exhaust and quick service. They save you money on repairs. A friend told me about them. Happy to have found them. Now they are selling tires. I bet they beat the price of competition.
