Amazing group of techs! Quickly diagnosed clogged fuel filters, in which they stocked, and quickly got them replaced. And these filters weren t easy to reach, since the water separator has a sensor on the drain bowl. Price was extremely fair and very competitive in this market.

Stopped for a flat. Turned out it was not a flat but something different. Their service is amazing. Other than any other Loves. Waiting time is normal or below national average and you will never get bored because of a guy named Tree. He has so many stories to tell. Thumbs up.

Don't stop here for repairs. They might have pro-canabis work ethic. (IF) you do anyway, ask for the "shower cleaning crew" to work on your truck. Thumbs down.

Very slow working guys service zero I m coming for oil change 2:26 pm leaving 7:38 pmThey opened engine cap but they didn t close. When I was traveling 5 gallon oil is splits to the road. Fifth wheel didn t grease. The service was really 0. They don t have any responsibility. I never recommend to the drivers to come here. You will lose your truck very fast.

Very bad experienceThey just need pay checkMaking jokes talking a lot and the behavior depends if they like you or not . Surprised honestly . better to avoid if you can and if google can add zero level so the rate could be fair enough

Staff are nice...They found 5k worth of work needed to be done to my truck.. My company didn't like that so I brought the truck to our mechanic who found 7k worth of damage smh...

Spent 4.5 days here waiting on a socket so they could put a new wheel seal in. Had to order a socket, Matt Cox ordered on Thursday then was out Friday-Monday, did not inform his staff where socket had been ordered, or that I was waiting, my paperwork was buried so techs didn t even know I was there until I checked in on Friday morning. Long story short socket wasn t delivered until Monday afternoon, thanks to Cody for keeping me informed on Monday as to the progress.

Came in at 6:00pm. Need a tire repair. Says they're are 3 trucks in front of me. Nothing in any of the the bays, service truck on the side of the building, three kids in the office telling me it will be several hours before they can change three tires and get to me. Pulled in one truck and changed a coolant hose, changed two drive tires, one guy did a road call. Three empty bays again. 9:00 pm other truck dropped out but they aren't going to pull me in. Have to go do the trash. Night guy will be here in an hour. 10:00 pm night guy says he has to go do the trash. Also has to change an air filter, (building maintenance), 12:00pm says the other truck came back, but if he doesn't show he will fix my tire. 12:48am. Lights are off and the door is locked. Thanks a lot Love's.

Got there in the morning around 9am nobody was in the shop was told they were busy when I called the store and I had to wait as soon as I walked in and told them I heard some grinding on my truck instantly it was oh we can help you I said of course not it's loves and went to a TA where they at least looked at my truck instead of turning me away y'all need to work on your people skills here

Slow Service...Pulled in for a trailer tire and flashing marker light that was out. Took 5 hours just before they touched our truck. Then another 2 to fix those.If you need to load out quick, go to Toledo instead.

I came in to have 2 nuts and bolts removed truck, just sits in the shop and Nobody working on it! I went to the counter to ask how much longer and totally ignored! Matt desk clerk just ignored me! This place and it's staff are a complete waste of space!! I can't believe they even have a job! Next step is I am calling he corporate office! Avoid this place if at all possible!!

Good place to stop instead of Loves. Loves suck mechanic's don't want to do nothing. This place is fast nice quick as long as it's easy service way better than Loves service centers they suck!

Shop did a bad job on my repairs. Had to stop and get truck fixed again. The manager Matt, also refused to do a retorque on a new rim that I had installed unless I waited till the middle of the night, gave up my parking spot and pulled the truck in a bay. On my following visit I witnessed their shop use a garden hose to wash about 20 gallons of diesel that spilled when a truck was damaged down the storm drain.

I got my tire changed and spent 1700 at a different location and came here for a retorque and the employees were so rude and refused to the retorque i spend 1000s of dollars every month in Loves and this is how they treat me.Service: TiresService: Tires

Not speedco, Love's repair even says Speedco on top of building, mechanic sad it's Love's not Speedco as wellWaste 4,5 hours for oil change , end up cancelling and pulling out truck from shopthey told me it's line, I been sitting and watching no one pulled in on empty bays 3,5 hours till get in to shop , another 45 min after checked in no one even touch my truck after they opened hoodThey were sitting in office and walking aroundI don't know maybe other shift better but that's were my worst experience, never come back.

Absolutely the best repair shop at a truck stop I've ever been to. Very quick, very efficient, very professional. I love these guys. And I will be back each and every time I come this way from now on

I came at shop arround 5 am to ask for PM service and the guy told me not open for oil change before 7am. Then he wrote my phone number and told me I ll be first in the morning and they will give me a call.They call me at 12:30 to check if I am still here.Truckers avoid this shop

This place is the worst and the mechanics are terrible I have done oil change there many times and every time I ve a problem in my truck after it, the last oil change I did there I had an oil leaking 1 hour later so had to stop in TA to fix it and lost 1000$ because of that loves store, any way I m gonna sue them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil changeServices: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
