They helped me greatly. I was looking for headlights for my 2002 Airstream Class A motorhome, Amazon had them listed (vintage F-150 headlights) at $185/pair, but no longer in stock and unknown when they would get them. Mr Tailight not only had them in stock but theirs included the halogen headlamp bulbs where Amazon's did not! The price was only about $5 more. Owners very friendly and helpful. I had lived in Morrow county for over 30 years but never had opportunity or need to visit Mr Tailight but will highly recommend them to anyone I know needing lights, grills, body panels and more! Pix below of the old and then the new. I had tried buffing them out but it only lasted about a month or so. The old headlights have 100,000 miles on them so I guess it's ok the plastic is worn out from all the road debris hitting them, eh?

Two days after placing an order for parts, I got an email that the item price was raised to 119.99 more than the advertised price at the time of my order. They refused to honor the price that was listed at the time of my order, and canceled the order. This was my first, and will be my last time dealing with this company. Poor way to do business.

Stopped by to pickup up 2 taillights got home and took off the old ones. Replaced the left one first the open the other box and it was another left one had to put the old one back on now I have 2 different taillights,! Went back to exchange and now there closed for 5 more days . I'm stuck driving around with 2 different taillights til then,! Not very happy

Purchased parts that we thought were correct based on the description . They weren't correct. I asked for a return label and received the rudest email in return..this is a direct C&P: *******We are VERY clear in the listings that show what these parts fit, we can t help it you bought the incorrect parts by mistake. All you had to do was read what you were buying******* This is NOT how you treat a customer.I would argue their description wasn't clear but regardless. A customer shouldn't be told they are illiterate because they need to return an item..this is NOT positive customer service. we spent nearly 400.00 to be insulted.

I spoke with Austin about some bed sides i needed from them before i made a cross border trek to get them. They weren t able to help me due to supply issues like everyone else. They strived to search for parts for me from other sources and were very friendly. Thank you for the great service!

Buying parts for my beloved truck is a serious issue. Its older, not as flashy but its mine and its paid off. I was surfing the normal truck parts sites and found this company. They had a complete kit, for my truck, for under $100. Anything about my hobby my wife just shakes her head at but when this kit showed, in 3 days mind you, she was impressed and so am I. In this buyer beware internet age its nice to see true quality shine through. Thank you for the service you provide. I will be back. Regards Lonnie Beatty

Terrible service, took 4 weeks to get parts, had to go through ebay to get a refund, they requested the parts back once they finally got to me, (even though ebay was the ones that fronted the refund) I agreed and had to pay for postage to return to them, that they did not reimburse me for. Actually tried to tell me that I was trying to scam them out of postage, even though I sent a full screenshot of the USPS receipt directly to them. Terrible customer service. Will never do business here again.

Descriptions on site are not very clear and when confronted with this fact because incorrect parts were ordered was treated like absolute garbage. If I could give zero stars, I would. In such a precarious economy, good customer service is what makes repeat customers. There is zero excuse for poor behavior. Shame on you.
