Couldn't have had a more positive experience. My wife and I totaled our car hitting a deer late at night on the highway and A-Rays was there shortly to assist. We were traveling through from out of state and they were so helpful to us. When we went to the lot the next day the guys there helped unload all our things from the wrecked vehicle and helped us pack them into our rental. Friendly with above and beyond customer service! Thank you A-Rays!

I needed my lowered sports car towed out of a tricky spot. He was able to get it on his truck with no damage! Definitely would recommend this guy for all your towing needs.

We had a top-tier experience with Randy and A-Rays towing. We had to contact Randy on one of the worst weather days of the year at one of the worst times of the night (3am). We got stuck in snow twice in one drive; in a snow drift and in a ditch. We called over 20 different towing companies, and all of them said they wouldn t be able to help. The only person willing and able to help us was Randy. He was communicative, timely, responsive, efficient, and an incredible human being. He went above and beyond to make sure we were unstuck, safe, and warm. We weren t the only people he helped that night, and I just can t say enough how much of a blessing Randy was to everyone that he helped that night. He was like Superman! Next time I need a tow, I will definitely be calling A-Rays again. Thank you, Randy!P.S. Never go out in a level 3 snowstorm, ever, unless absolutely crucial.Service: Car towing

My daughter and her boyfriend were traveling in for Christmas on 12/23/22, during the blizzard (yes, not their smartest decision). We called numerous tow places and they all had tapped out for the night. But not Randy at A-Rays! Without hesitation, he said, I have 2 in front of her, but I ll be there. My panic turned to calm just hearing the surety in his voice. He was our Christmas miracle, with an awesome rig and no fear. At the risk of being dramatic, I feel he saved my daughters life in those negative temps. I am forever grateful and in awe of Randy s awesomeness and profession! It s a humbling experience to be towed, but Randy made it the best it could be.

Well I will say this. I didn't use this company by choice. Please don't take this the wrong way. But I spoke with the man because I let a friend of mine's son use my van while I was gone Over The Road Trucking. This guy seems to be a good man. He has gone above and beyond to help me. My friend's son got my van impounded. This gentleman has gone above and beyond to make life easier for me. I highly recommend him.

Saved me and my friends from being stranded on the side of the road at 3am. He rolled out of bed, got dressed, and found us in quicker time than Progressive was willing to call us back, and for cheaper too. Incredible service, great guy.

Car broke at 2am. My insurance company took 90 minutes to respond and not give me anyone. I called this service and this nice worker got up from bed at 3 and was over and towing me back home in 30 minutes. Amazing service, nice truck and holds 4Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Even though they had to tow truck n trailer separate do to columbus ohio statutes. They were quite reasonable and efficient. I will use them again if ever needed. Plus they allowed me to keep my trailer on there lot as my truck is getting fixed. Great job guys keep up the good work you provide
