When you think of why used car salesmen have the reputation they do you can thank Rollerena for that. We bought a truck for our business and the VIN checked out perfectly and we were told it ran great with no major issues in the past. After putting about 300 miles on it to drive it back to our location the truck stopped working. Took it to auto body shop and they said it looks like someone tampered with the engine and was trying to put a bandaid on it to hide some major issues. Well its been 3 months now and the truck still hasn't been fixed and its issue after issue after issue. This has effected our business tremendously and the GM at Rollerena denies any wrong doing.. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE they are shady used car salesman that sold us some hot garbage of a truck and deny any wrong doing.

Truly remarkable how awful this place is. The GM has no problem sleeping at night knowing he sold our business a vehicle he knew had problems and did everything he could to hide them. He was defensive when called out about it and told me to "stop calling him a crook" I never used that word but simply pointed out how as soon as we drove the truck back to our location it stopped working and has never worked. Clearly this guy has been called a crook before if he jumps right to that word when calling him out about his unethical business practices.

My daughter bought her first car from a dealer here today. The staff were friendly and willing to work with our budget. Thank you for a fairly smooth transaction!

I'm very glad I found the team at Rollerena when searching for a new work truck. We had to drive a long distance to get there, but it was worth the effort. Billy had everything set up and ready to test drive. Dave was flexible and made sure we got a good deal. And Rick kept us entertained while we waited for the paperwork and keys. It was the easiest and most down to earth dealer experience I've ever had... and our new trucks are great!

Great customer service, answered all my questions and I got a great vehicle out of it. It's the place to go for a used vehicle

This place is unethical and should be shut down. Sold us a vehicle they knew never worked. Do not make the same mistake I did and do business with them.

I would definitely buy from again. Very nice people to deal with. I told them after test driving the cargo van I would buy it but I had to be in Pittsburgh at a certain time. Meaning they didn't have a whole lot of time to mess around with paperwork. They got on it and got me out the door. Everything worked out perfectly. I traded my jeep in and got a good price on it. Bill was the salesman. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The family that owns Rollerena Auto has a couple of businesses they own and I've always been treated fairly at any of them.

We bought a large truck sight-unseen from Rollerena. I've had the truck for a week now and everything is as it should be. Nice truck at a fair price. I would have liked a little more communication/ urgency with the shipping once the money was received, but I'm happy with the experience and would recommend to others.

I am from Nebraska and spent several months searching for a truck that I finally found at Rollerena Auto. When I made the initial phone call to find out further details I was pleased with the high level of customer service that I received from Dave. When placing many other phone calls to other dealers across the country it seemed as if I was a nuisance when making inquiries. Dave was straight forward about the vehicle and told me everything he knew in regard to the past history and its current condition and also sent me several other pictures that I requested promptly. I then made several other calls to Dave about the truck asking information in which he was able to answer. Purchasing a vehicle 950 miles away is not the easiest situation but Dave and the staff at Rollerena made it as seamless as possible. After I put down a deposit on the truck, I then purchased my ticket and flew in to Pittsburgh meeting Kenny who was my ride to the dealership, 45 minutes away. After arriving at the dealership, I met Dave and was taken to the truck which was freshly detailed, I then looked it over and found a few small issues that were taken care of very quickly. During my drive back, I noticed the truck was leaking hydraulic fluid from the PTO for the dump body hoist. When I made it home I called Dave informing him of the issue and he said no problem take it to a repair shop. He took care of the costs with no issues and the leak was fixed but another issue came up shortly after involving the hydraulic pump for the hoist. I then called Dave again and advised him of the situation, he told me that he would help out not to worry. The repair involved installing a new pump in which he split the difference with me and I was very grateful for that. My experience with Rollerena Auto has been exceptional, if you have any skepticism of purchasing from a non-local dealer no worries this is the place to buy from. He never made me feel uneasy about anything and stood behind the truck all the way, being it was used says something about the integrity of this dealership. If anyone puts the customer first it is this truck dealer, hands down an honest and genuine place to purchase vehicles from.

I bought a used Verizon service truck from Rollerena and I had a couple of concerns before my purchase, so Billy, my salesman, went out of his way to address the issues for me and even sent it to get inspected for me since I am a Pennsylvania resident. After the sale, Billy noticed a problem with the antenna and we made an appointment for the truck to come back in and the service department fixed the problem free of cost and gave the truck a once over just to ensure all was right, they even installed a new radio without me even asking. They are very concerned about customer satisfaction, and they got a 100% score from me! Billy is a great guy and so helpful and so is the service manager. I will always check them first when buying a vehicle. Great guys, great service, great inventory! Make sure they are on top of your list when looking for a used vehicle of any kind.

Bill was excellent to work with. Truck had an issue and bill went over the top to make sure it was resolved prior to purchase. One of the best buying experiences we have ever had, and we have had many.

I recently started a new business and needed a step van or box truck. I decided to visit rollerena on a rainy Saturday after seeing there ad in motor mart every week. Dave, the general manager met me after I looked at a few vehicles, and asked me what my budget was. I had picked a box truck that I thought would work, and he gave me a terrific price, to get me in business. I returned days later and was still interested in another box truck that had more of the features I needed, but was several thousands of dollars more. He asked me if he could get it down to my price would I buy it. He did, and so did I. It's the exact truck I need. The truck looks new, and co-workers and people tell me I stole it from them. Thanks Dave and employees for giving me such a great truck.

Purchased a Van here and it has given me nothing but trouble and a headache the whole time. Was a lemon from the day I got it. Sold the car to me with a dead battery that was jumped. Got 5 miles down the road to grab some food for my long drive home and had to call them to bring me a new battery because it wouldn't start. Got home and it had to go to the shop within a week. Less than 1k miles into it and it needed the transmission rebuilt. I specifically remember the salesman saying "this will last you 6 months before you even have to drop a dime into it"... Anything to sell a car I guess. Shame on me for not educating myself before hand. Shame on them for knowingly selling garbage.

Stay away I purchased a Volkswagen jetta here. He knew the car wouldn't pass my states inspection process ( Pennsylvania requires annual inspection ) , the Volkswagen is completely rust through on the underside couldn't see it because the carpet hide it on the inside I called him up and ask him to buy the car back for the same price figure he wouldn't of sold a car that he knew was bad. He told me that's it's my tough luck , he said he disclosed what was wrong with the car when I purchased it . That's not true the only he disclosed to me that the odometer was not correct. I figure I would have to spend some money on the car to get it to pass inspection, I didn't mind that but getting a car that my mechanics wouldn't pass is a totally different story

went and look at one van drove a mile down the road for test drive and it over heated. return with the van and sales men got a little bitchy about it. Open hood and all the air conditioning lines are all rusted to the point of breaking at any moment. told salesman not interested and if he gets any thing else let me know.He called a few min. later and says he has another one for me to look at. I returned 3/30/17 to check it out, as soon as i open the door a strong smell of mildew hit me in the face. i ask about the smell and his reply was they closed it up to soon after cleaning it. My wife found a pool of water on the wheel well inside the van and mildew stain on the seat belt. On all the seats there was a straight line from the front seat to the back seat of mildew stain from the height of the water. I said that this van was in a flood or something and the sales man got all mad. He said that car fax did not show that, Isaid car fax does not show everything . It only says what is reported to them.If I was you I would not buy or trust any thing is said about thier vehicles and the sales man has a very bad attitude and is very ignorant.

I bought a 1997 Chevrolet work van on FEBRUARY 11th 2016 from Rollerena! I took the van to my local service man on MAY 5th 2016 for what I thought I needed brakes! He had asked me who and how did someone put on Pennsylvania inspection stickers because it should of never passed for these reason: all 4 shocks were bad, front rotor break pads, front wheel bearings, front bumper support, right rear frame rotted, rear leaf was on wrong, and 4 dry rotted tires. Which would all cost 2,200.00 I paid for the auto pro plus warranty they sold me for 1,400.00 which does not cover any of the said above! I called Rollerena to explain everything and they said they could not go off of some guys word and to drive the van to Ohio, I then explained it was to unsafe to drive there so he said he would have a guy come that was not a mechanic but he trusted his word which ended up being a retired west Mifflin police officer the officer said to drive safely the wheel bearings must be changed so we did that and drove the van out to Ohio! Rollerena did fix the rear leaf that was on wrong, also had to jump the van when we picked it up, and will not pay for the wheel bearings or anything else! They are so rude! I am calling PA state police to turn in who ever Rollerena made throw those stickers on that should of never passed! Also they did say the final price included plates which it did not that was a additional 400.00 but that was my fault for not reading into there lies! I need this place to get looked into before someone else buys a vehicle that wont pass inspection and is a death trap, and robbed for a lot of money! I wasted 9,500.00! Down the drain! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME!

I purchased a car from here a year ago and the salesmen were very helpful in helping me find the right car. My car runs great, I purchased a 3 year warranty and have yet to use it! I will be returning soon to find a winter car to purchase. All around great staff!

Dont waste your time! Very rude and they sell junk. The salesman even cussed at us because we decided not to take the truck that was junk after we sat for 4 hours waiting to test drive it. Buyer beware. I have never did a review before but this was the most craziest experience that I have ever had and thought I should warn others!

I bought a car from here and it looked to be in great condition... After a few months the transmission blew and I was offered zero help. Pure garbage. Spent over $8000 and now only get $150 to junk it. Such a disappointment.

AWFUL... AWFUL... they will rook you for that additional plan which covers nothing and when you leave... (at least in my case) a lemon that you can't even make lemonade out of ---UGGH. A BIG FAT NO! We have power windows that don't work, a transmission that needs replaced, air conditioner that does not work and yes... its "summer".. I am very disappointed by this purchase.

Did you ever see Pat Paulsen do the "Two-Faced Politician" bit? It was hilarious.Things at this car lot aren't funny at all. Be careful. You'll learn ... I did. Lying skunks, ...Hey Rollerena, glad I could help, guys, ... you asked for it.

Bought a truck with a service body. Within two months the bottom of all the box doors had rusted out and the rear end went out. Their mechanic put a new caliper on the rear break witch lost the mounting bolts an locked up the rear tire.
