Bob and his team were absolutely amazing. This was my first time having my suspension set up by them but I was treated as if I had been a long time customer. I dropped my suspension off on a Wednesday afternoon and I got a call on Friday that it was ready for pickup. The quality of work and customer service is top notch, I will absolutely be back and I would recommend them to anyone.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Don't let the old good reviews fool you... Most likely friends or family who helped build their good reviews on Google because this company is ran by scam artists. If you try to inquire on YOUR property you trusted them with, they will just treat you like garbage...also try and keep your parts or gaslight you that you're "just not being patient" after close to 6 months when anyone else getting parts and services back within 2-4 weeks... Do NOT recommend this nightmare company. Whoever Justin is that works there,I'd fire him for treating customers so poorly!

Got my shocks done here and they kept my old springs(which I stated I wanted all my old parts back). They threw random springs back in the box and pretty sure just re-used a set of my fronts.(They did put 2 of my original springs on the box that were junk and kept the rest,throwing other random springs in)( I have photo evidence of this and my reasoning to believe they reused my fronts.Either way if they werent mine they were used). I paid for a full shock revalve and respring and paid cash with no issue. However when I got the shocks back the spring rates were off and I was supposed to bring the whole machine 3 different times,but he would reschedule or ghost me at the last minute. One time he said he would come to my house and bring springs and a compressor,and ghosted me at the last min again. I had months of cancelled plans because of him. I finally swapped out some springs my buddy had and figured out what I needed on my own,then ordered the correct stuff. Then I messaged a few times stating I would just return the springs for a refund and crickets. I wouldn't think returning money for the wrong product I paid for would be an issue. I wonder since he did all the shady stuff I can see,did he even revalve them? I'll let my atty decide my next steps. Word sure is spreading fast in the local riding community,save your money folks!!!!! (Like others have said,he likes to say anyone who complains doesn't have any money anyhow,Lol.) Returning $950 for his screw up shouldn't be an issue for such a "baller" then. This issue has been going on for months and I remained patient and gave him every opportunity to make it right. Now it's time I make the legal steps to make it right.

Reached out to the guys at FCR to get my suspension done and they were very helpful. They were honest and did awesome work. The suspension was super smooth and handled amazing. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Awful company, do not expect to ever get the suspension back. The owners are completely unprofessional and will take your money and never do the job. Hopefully this will save someone else the loss of thousands of dollars. It is scary this company is still in business. These guys will steal from you at any chance they get.

If you have even had a thought of maybe I do need a re-valve or just want some factory suspension for a rebuild your working on, hit up FCR they will get you DIALED plush suspension, BRAKING BUMPS??? Never felt sooo smooth. G Outs? Not a response just like that girl you Dmd, OJs psshhhh like landing a plane with wiz Khalifa I ve never been able to send it sooo high and land flat, headshake? Shoot Michael J Fox could hold this baby wide open down the Chatttahoochi and not get any headshake. GO FCR SUSPENSION

I contacted FCR about taking there Suspension school. I talked with the owner Bob Luketic several times on the phone prior to arriving. He was very considerate of my time and scheduled a date and time that best suited me. I traveled from Virginia which was a 6 an a half hour ride to his Ohio shop for the schooling.Upon arrival I was kinda nervous and anxious he came outside to greet me and was very friendly and made me feel right at home just like I was an old friend.We talked awhile and made conversation and he showed me around the shop. Then we just dove right into Suspension servicing and he showed me things I never knew about and in a way that I couldnt forget. He was very knowledgeable and and showed me the right ways to do stuff.When he was busy he had his boys to help teach me until he could get back with me. All of them worked as a team as that is what it takes to make things happen and they proved that by taking me under there wings guiding me in the right direction.He later introduced me to his lovely family and I was surprised how thoughtful and caring they were. They were very good people and treated you like part of the family. Time flew by while I was there and seemed like it was there only a few hours.Bob even let me bring my suspension with me to revalve it and of all the YZ's I have owned from 2003 to 2021 this 2021 has been the best setup of any I have had Hands down. Why in the world any of the other tuners in my area couldnt ever get mine set up like this is a mystery to me. They were either so soft you could bottom them out in the pits or they were so stiff that Eli Tomac would have had to been in 5th gear pinned through a turn in order for the forks to reach the bottom of the stroke.All I can say is that Bob and his boys know how to set a Bike the right way.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I made the switch to FCR this year and it is the best suspension I ve had. Amazing price and top of the line parts. Bob is a great guy who actually cares about how you like the product. Service is very fast and well done. I m glad I found a suspension company that actually cares about their customers. AWESOME WORK! Everyone at FCR has a really great positive attitude! They are very professional and knew exactly what it took to get my bike set up exactly for me and the type of riding that I do! Was able to take the bike in drop it off and they had it done and done right very quick! Since I got the bike back I ve noticed a huge difference in how the bike handles in all the best ways! Smoothest ride I ve ever had on a motocross track! Can t thank FCR enough for the great work and setting my bike up so it performs the best it can for me! suspension really goes a long way when it comes to racing! FCR is hands down the best suspension out there. I have been using FCR for over 15 years and will never have anyone else work on our stuff. Bob is on of the most knowledgeable guys in the suspension world. They make most of their own parts right here in the USA as well. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a business . Terrible communication. Lied to repeatedly about my shocks shipping back to me. Got my suspension done in 3 days as requested. And was all setup perfectly. Threw it on and took it to the track and it was fantastic. People told me it looked like it handled very good out there and it sure did. Definitely will be going to FCR for all my suspension needs from now on. Well currently still waiting for our shocks to be returned to us which they haven't though we paid December 22nd for them and repairs. Concerned this is a scam and not out 3000 plus our shocks. Originally I got my entire suspension valved for my KTM from a local dirt bike shop in Georgia. After riding a season on that I knew there had to be a better option. I contacted FCR and had such a good conversation with the owner. Prices were the best I could find anywhere so I sent my rear shock to them for a re-valve and service. The entire process was super fast, easy, and transparent. They are very friendly and it s refreshing to talk with people who are truly passionate about their craft. Within a week I had my rear shock back and on the bike. After riding with the new suspension I can tell you the setup is top level and couldn t be more satisfied. I will be continuing the relationship with FCR for all my suspension work from now on. Thanks for the support and all the work.-Ben

Owners hold parts hostage and expect an apology when you publicly out them for shady practices. (Which is illegal). Bad mouth customers, possible customers, future customers. Gladly brag that customers that have problem are broke Disgusting company in the Moto Community. STEER CLEAR.

Bob over at FCR did an amazing job on our suspension. He tells you straight up and won t screw you over. He s also willing to work with you to help get you dialed in. When you give Bob shocks to repair on a Razor, expect him to NOT call you or email you to keep you updated on the progress! He does NOT correspond with his customers well! He made my son pay up front for the repairs and has had his shocks for 3 months..almost 4!! He emailed my son 2 months ago askingfor his shipping address and then NEVER shipped his shocks! I thinkLegal action will be the only way to resolve this work unfortunately. Go to another reputable business as you will NOT want to do business with FCR. If anyone has suggestions of how to get your shocks back that rightfully belong to you, please advise!! Waiting to hear from the OH BBB currently!

The guys down at FCR are extremely professional and take a lot of pride in the work they do. Bob took the time to explain to me the work he performed on my suspension and all the little details he did to make sure my suspension performs the very best it possibly could. I ve been running bobs suspension for 5 years now starting with C class B class and now moving to A class I wouldn t trust anyone else racing GNCCs and local woods races hands down best suspension around!Bob is hands on and real personal when it comes to helping you set your stuff up for a race! Can call at anytime of the day or night and get settings! A great friend also! Highly recommend these guys!

Bob at FCR has always done a fantastic job on al my suspension needs. From my SXS to all my dirt bikes the quality and performance is top notch. After years of using the competitions suspension And not being happy I gave FCR a try and have no need to look else where now. He has quick customer service, and top quality products that are mostly made in house. I ve never rode suspension as responsive and confident as FCR!

Bob was very helpful with everything I needed done, he worked around my schedule so I was able to make my races on time. Its a shame that zero stars isnt an option because thats what these guys deserve.This company is a joke and ran by a bunch of clowns and keyboard warriors.Theft by deception??.......Would not waste your time with this company. Search them on facebook and see how they treat people.

I made the switch to FCR after many people referred me to bob . After dealing with a very well known suspension company that is supposed to be the best suspension period. It was far from that and was top dollar for something that I hated and they didn t care to make it right. FCR suspension was far more affordable, turn around time was faster and cares if your happy with the job he did. 10/10Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had a ground clearance issue on my 2019 Honda Talon R after adding a lot of aftermarket things the springs could not handle the weight. After reaching out to FCR they guided me through the process of getting weights and suggested a spring upgrade. After receiving the springs they help answer all my questions and now I have just completed a trip to Hatfield & McCoys Rock House trails and was completely amazed how my ground clearance, ride comfort and handling was improved. Bob the owner did an awesome job on my Ford raptor shocks. They needed a full rebuild and he made sure they were functioning like they were brand new. Had my shocks revalued and sprung on my yxz1000r the first time after had some troubles with them took 2 years to get back told me to give him good reviews to get his numbers up blocked me from social media got shocks back and there completely different then the tier 4 that I had. Not worth the headache to deal with fcr most of there's 5 star comments are his buddy's that he "helps" but talks behind there backs. Deal with a better shock company this one's trash. Oh and don't expect a good dead line unless you stay on him if you don't get ignored

So I bought eibach stage 2 off a guy an he ended up (to no fault of anyones)forgetting to send 2 parts for the rear suspension. Called fcr an told him what I needed at 430 Friday. Now keep in mind it's memorial weekend, he shipped the parts I needed at 5 an I woke up sat morning at 9 to have them here an be the correct parts!.
