Deer clipped my windshield with a hoof and I didn t feel safe driving it home with the glass in that condition. I ve never called for a tow before and my insurance set it up through this company so I am a first time customer. My tow guy was amazing.. knew exactly what he was doing plus super kind and helpful!! I will definitely use always towing again whenever we need a tow!!Service: Car towing

Had flat tire on my 22 X5 at 6:30 pm Thursday, called the company, the lady that answered had a flat bed truck for me in under an hour, they updated me to the progress, the driver was courteous & professional, handled the car with a lot of care, drove it to the dealership 12 miles away, unloaded & parked it as if it was his own vehicle. Very professional & honest company, reasonable rates. I highly recommend them.Service: Car towing

Had to wait 1.5 hours for the tire change. Driver did not have a tool with him to unlock the tire. Had to call for a tow waited another 1.5 hours once the tow guy got there he was fantastic! Total wait was 3 hours.Services: Car towing, Tire changeServices: Car towing, Tire change

I expected my tow in the morning about 10am but the tow came at 3:45pm. My car needed a tire I had a flat. That was fixed by 5pm so the day was gone. The driver was courteous and efficient in spite of the delay.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I called the phone number because I needed a tow and always towing was right outside of unity according to google and their address, but no. They are located in Cleveland. So why does it say east Palestine Ohio
