Very timely warranty repair. Mike and Rocco had excellent customer service, Matt needs to work on his communication, and technicians need to put paper down before dragging shop dust into vehicle. Kyle was extremely understanding and cleaned up my floor mat in the pouring rain.

Had recall work done to our f-350. Called us when the parts came in and while their tech was doing the work, he found other parts that needed attention. So had that done too. Morgan in the service department was very nice and helpful in getting our truck fixed.

Scheduled an appointment for 8:30 on a Friday; they called me at 8:10, said they were on their way, picked up my truck, did the works package, and delivered my truck back to me. Incredible response time and service. Simple, just as it should be.

Very pleasant people.With rewards points, it didn't cost anything for tire rotation, multi points inspection and oil change. Bought car a couple of years ago. Grand Ford has always been nice to work with.I will continue to go there.

I had an appointment for a safety recall at 8am, was told it would take 3 hours, when I called at 2pm it still wasn t started and was told they might not get to it that day. When they finally got started after 3 pm they called with a list of major things that also needed repaired, the man was irritated when I told him that I just had the car at another mechanic and they didn t say anything about those things, to just fix the recall and I would pick up the car. Took the car to a 3rd garage and, surprise, surprise, none of what they wanted me to pay for repair was actually wrong!

I have been using Tri-State for all my vehicle needs. They've always done a great job with my SUV. James is a great service rep and I only like dealing with him. Took my car in for a recall. Was told I wouldn't have to pay for anything. I go to pick up my car and they wanted me to pay $163. Stated because the recall wasn't the issue they did a diagnostic eval to figure out what my issue was. No call to tell me they were doing this. And I didn't ask for it. After 15 mins of arguing I didn't have to pay. 2nd time they did this. I took my car in for a free 90 point inspection in the fall. Again asked if it would cost me anything. Was told no. My dad picked up my car guess what $163. Why? Because they did a diagnostic eval. Again didn't ask me nor tell me. Never going back there again. Their a rip off.

I am very disappointed. I took my truck there under warranty to have my running board looked at. They washed the hinges with out the courtesy of a phone call to tell me that isn't covered by warranty. Then charged me $162.00 for cleaning the hinges. They are deceitful and just out to make money.I was just looking for a good old fashioned Ford dealer.but this ain't it.

I was there for brakes and tires they said would get me right in after waiting 4 and a half hours I finally asked they said it was just finished because they sent wrong rotors and they had to wait for correct ones. Wish they would have told me that I could have left and came back. They did give me a free oil change for next time.

I had my 2020 ford fusion hybrid in the shop to replace the 12V battery that was discharging. The work was done in a timely manner and the car is back to normal now

1st off, I'd like to say that the two stars does not reflect on all the people at TriState. My visit was actually the 3rd attempt at getting in. The first two scheduled appointments were botched by new employees (so I wasn't really angry.. we all mess up at times- so no worries). I had made it in to get my back ul camera replaced. The customer servers fair, though there was one salesman that went out of his way to make friendly conversation; so I liked that. The low stars are from thw small gouges in my paint around the plastic shroud that contains the rear backup camera. I was not happy about that. If you are curious, no, I did not go reporti it to the managers.Service: Electrical repair

Service department is fantastic. James and Robert are very intelligent in their field and was able to explain everything in detail so I understood. They don t jerk you around like most dealerships! They are also very funny and always making me laugh. My experience so far with tri-state Ford service is not very good. I brought my car over for air-conditioning repair. They fixed it once said it was done picked it up. Turned on the air conditioner drove around didn t work. They had it for three days. Brought it back to him on Monday night August 14 call Friday the 18th from what I understand they never even ordered the part. I need it so the car still sitting there don t know how long it ll be there. I guess I just got a wait on it to be fixed. The people who work there are very nice very friendly and courteous but I m sorry as far as the service goes I think there s a lot to be worked on there. I recently brought my car to Tri-State Ford for a TCM issue, and I have to say that James from the service department was a true lifesaver. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed as quickly and efficiently as possible. I went in there to their service basically with no choice I had a whining noise and my battery light came on, and then the vehicle quit as I was pulling in their lot . Told him what it did and they said it was the battery and I said OK but I don t think so. The batteries brand new and the way it happened don t seem like it s a battery to me but they said it was so high. I tried to leave a lot didn t make it out of the parking lot. Had a friend come down and took the battery out. Went to Napa exchanged it come down and put the battery in myself left and drove 25 minutes and it did it again so here I am putting a battery on an alternator and by by myself that s my great experience with them. Of course if the alternator was not working the batteries going to go dead, no wonder the battery was dead, correct thank you .Service: Electrical
