Napa is just not your usual Box Store they carry Quality Parts sometimes prices are not as cheap as the box stores but the quality usually is better than average. The oil filters they sell are some of the best available they put their name on them but I believe they're made by wix I have been using Wix filters for 30 years in automotive and heavy machinery applications

Always do their best to assist you. Friendly, courteous service. They also are able to get those hard to find parts that the other stores cannot find.

Seems like when I call the customer service rep on the phone doesn t have the knowledge needed for the job !I even had the parts numbers and had received the wrong item upon arrival after calling to make sure they were in stock!
