Monroe was great! We got 2 new tires on the back of our SUV. They took our car in just about 5 minutes after we got there! They were super fast and did a great job! The Manager was extremely nice and personable!

Originally in for an alignment, turned into a repair in order to be done. Staff were attentive, respectful and understanding. They even did as much of an assessment that was agreeable in many areas. Will be returning to location for more service in coming months.

New management, the manager Jessie was wonderful. Kind person and great service I arrived with a nail in my tire right before closing and Jessie and the service guy , Preston, stuck around to get me road safe again ahead of a long drive I had that evening. They were both A + very thankful for the service !

I usually always have a great experience that is until Brian left, I took my car in the other day to get it checked to see if the alternator was bad and get my wheel well area inspected for damages. I believe a possible tie rod, sway bar, wheel bearing, something suspension related is wrong, I asked they look it over, I would leave the car there as long as they needed and to get back to me. I received a call later that day saying that my battery was just low, and that they forgot to look at the problem in my wheel well to go ahead and head down and they would do it before I even get there. He advised me that he didn't think anything was wrong with it beforegettingoff the phone and never lookingat it yet, I know for a fact there is something wrong with it, many things wrong with it, every year I come into you guys to get work done and it's usually the same parts that need replaced. I was trying to get a quote so I knew how much it was going to cost me whenever I need to get it done. I go in they told me I just need an alignment which is wrong and that my battery was low which was also wrong I came to find out after going and purchasing a brand new battery and not even making it home before the light came on because the alternator was bad and they never tested it. I changed the alternator and its running fine. I will never be coming back here again.

Needed new struts sway bar and balancing. Got inline appt for next AM and they got it done that day for a reasonable price. Definitely be back next time I need auto repairs

Never again. Terrible customer service by the manger, and service on my car by technicians who have seemingly never touched a car before in their lives, but treated me like I was clueless. Came in for an oil change and somehow my tires ended up being rotated, but were out of sync with the car s TPSM, and two of them were inflated to 55 and 56 PSI when they should ve only been inflated to 33. Treated like an inconvenience, when nobody could give me a straight answer as to why the tires were all jacked up in the first place when I was there for an oil change. Very frustrating.

Don't go there... worst customer service. They put my brake pads on wrong and I had to have it towed back to the shop. Out of my pocket bc they refused to pay for the tow so I had to use my AAA.

Had my oil changed. A few days later, I had oil all over my driveway. I took it back . They redid the oil change. Hopefully the oil filter was put on correctly this time

Horrible experience and was my last one . My car was scheduled to be there at 8 I got there to be told only was one person there and nobody would be there until 9 I left my car there I get a call at 1030 they wanted to do more work on my car that didn t need to be done and wasn t going to do the work that was supposed to be done unless the other mechanical work was getting done too I was furious . So I go to the shop at 1230 when I get there my car was on the lift they wasn t working on it a worker was standing against the lift I asked what was going on why is nobody working on my car and just standing around , man repeated things from before it was unnecessary . I told them do the regular work and that s it s . After I asked how long it will be now 30 mins it what I was told . Lied to again they broke a bolt guys was gone for a bit of time . Comes back still procrastinating on my car they got done and hour later . Labor more than the car part and horrible experience when all the other times they have been great I still won t be back

Brian, the manager no less, was on the job for my Sunday afternoon appointment. He gave me a good price and did the change himself. My fiance and I felt like we were barely spent any time there before he had us taken care of and everything done and paid for. I really appreciate the quick, excellent service.

Courteous and professional. Although I haven't used Monro often, the few times that I have been there I've been pleased with their service.One of the most important things to me is that they don't seem to overbook. Every time I have shown up for an appointment they've taken my car in quickly.

It is a busy Friday and I was on 3% oil life I'm going out of town tomorrow for a trip and needed an oil change done today. Instead of turning me away Brian fit me in his schedule so I can go on my trip tomorrow! Excellent customer service!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

I have experienced professional service from Brian and the terrific mechanics. From basic oil changes to major issues that occasionally occur. This is the place to go. I highly recommend Calcutta Monro Muffler if you want to get the job done right the first time.

I went to the Calcutta location on 9/25/21 without an appt. Ed B. had spoken to my husband earlier over the phone and said he would try to work us in. After running a diagnostics test on my car, Ed B. and technician able to determine I needed a battery.Ed B. had a battery delivered and put in. He was welcoming, knowledgeable and provided good customer service. I will not hesitate to return in the future, or to recommend Monro in Calcutta.

I have been bringing my car over and the service was great. They were done in a timely manner and they worked with me to get my car back to the way it should be. I will keep bringing my vehicles back. The staff was great and I thank them for all there work and Bryan for all the great work.

One of the best places to get your car fixed. The people working there are nice and polite. And they also help you if you don't know what you're doing to the car or if you have a problem. They will help you out. Best place and my future to take my car if I need anything. Great place! I highly recommend them!!
