Approx. 3 weeks ago I purchased 4 hydraulic lines that had to be made to the tune of $334.11. Original purchase date was 10-7-23. Three of the lines was made with incorrect fittings and had to be re-made (2 more trips to O.S.Hill). I installed these lines on my commercial grade zero turn mower and used it twice. While cutting a very steep hillside(have done numerous times before) one new line come apart at the crimped end and caused loss of control of the mower. i manage to jump clear but couldn't reach the e-brake. long story short the mower was destroyed.After calling today 11-6-23 I was told they can"t stand behind there work, but would be glad to replace the line no charge. I'm not asking for anything more than i had, but I do think they should stand behind there products which was a direct result of my loss of a perfectly low hour machine.I doubt this will do any good for me, but maybe it will save some else a lot expense.

Our truck needed an alignment and they were kind enough to get us in right away and show us all the data. Excellent customer service and very competent staff. I would definitely use them again.

Their compensation package that they advertise to get potential employees is not even close to what the real pay is , don't waste your time.

The Parts Dept. @ East Liverpool, Ohio location for Hill International Trucks is a First Class Operation. O.J. (a Guy who works in the Parts Dept) will go out of his way to help you and make sure you have the Parts you need and that they are the Correct Parts.I almost wasted a 6 hour round trip until here tonight, but he saved the day for me, did the Research, and found the Correct Part for me.Eric is another Good Guy that works here.This where I come when St. Clairsville screws up my Orders.Great Group of Guys here East Liverpool

Very professional, friendly staff. Had my truck repaired and ready to roll very fast. They knew exactly what the problem was as soon as I told them the symptoms. Wish the dealership in Kansas City was half as good as these guys. Would give 10 stars if I could.

One of the better international dealerships they try to give realistic time frame for completion of work ...personality always goes a long way with customers service and write up staff is top notch....

Easy location to get to. I bought some parts here for my truck. The parts dept. staff was friendly & knowledgeable. They looked at the old part I brought in to compare it with the new part. They checked measurements & realized the new part was slightly off. No worries, they got the right one for me & saved me the headache of coming back! Thank you very much! I definitely recommend doing business here!

Great shop!! Eric and his team are awesome!! Anytime I have ever been there wether for parts or service,every staff member has been very courteous,helpful and professional!!! Great parts dept. also !! Fair prices too !!

I have been with o s hill about 4 5 years I have had trouble a few times but if you get a part's person who knows what your talking about and knows how to look parts up you are in and out. The body shop does good work they will help you getting it paid for if it is insurance job

Do NOT waste your time going there for an interview for Diesel Mechanic!!! They go through a hiring management company, Bessom Management, advertise hiring rate at $18-$45 hr. You are asked what starting pay you are looking to start at so they know and can tell the Certs Manager (hiring manager). When you are called back and scheduled for an interview, what a waste of time when he ignorantly informs you he can't even come close to paying you what you want. I'm a Master Tech with CAT Certs that people cannot even get anymore. SAVE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

Awesome Company and staff! They go beyond the company to help. My parents lived across the street and they, from Mr. Hill (R. I.P.) the Owner himself to Salesman, Office Staff, and Mechanics would check on them and make sure they were always alright.

My company takes there trucks here for services and repair. Lounge chair can use replacing. Speed could be faster but they are though and seem to fix it right the first time.

Unfortunately this place is just convenient due to distance but no comment on troubleshooting issues, seem to just put a bandaid on an amputation and sends it on its way without actually knowing what the issue is

They get the job done, yes it s hard to find mechanics that want to work but the guys they have hustle hard to get you out trucking

We dropped a work truck off to have some issues worked out . Will give a better review when job has been completed . The place is nice and clean and people are friendly

Needed a tire fixed on my trailer but the shop thathad about 6-7 mechanics didn't have one qualified to take a wheel off. If you can't change a tire then you shouldn't work in a shop.
