Dave, Doug, Ryan, Lilly and definitely Bill Amazing, awesome customer service!We were stranded on our way home from Pittsburgh and a single phone call, just asking about my warranty service led to a driver (Bill) coming to pick us up to drive us home. Arrangements were made for our car to be safely picked up and brought to the garage. It was such a wonderful feeling to feel that we mattered and that they were genuinely caring and concerned for our situation.We made the decision to trade in our car and they weren t even concerned about a possible mechanical issue, the attention was entirely about our safety and what could they do to put us at ease and behind the wheel of a new vehicle. Thanks and hugs to each of you. We have been a part of what I like to say is the good wheels family now for 5 years and we are looking forward to continuing our relationship with them.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new to them vehicle!

Would not recommend, the treatment my son has dealt with over the last 3 days has been horrible. He purchased a vehicle and a defective tire blew out. When I contacted them after I had the car towed to their dealership, I was told he must've hit something(he didn't) and he would be responsible for the replacement, I Said that was unacceptable. Towing the vehicle was mandatory because there's no spare, when asked they told him it was his responsibility to purchase a spare... Completely unprofessional, and negligent

Dave B, Ryan and Doug were absolutely the best! Very professional, easy to have conversations with, and a great group of people to buy a vehicle from! I will definitely be back in the future to purchase more vehicles! They work with you and make sure their customers leave happy! Five stars!!

Dave Brown is a TRASH sales rep. He has really pushed a person away that was trying to get a car. He s a rude rep and needs help. As a customer I was trying to get information on vehicles that I am approved for. He knew what the lender approved me for but he kept giving me the run around and wouldn t help or suggest a vehicle that would suit what the lender was going to pay. As long as Dave Brown is out there he won t get any service or recommendations.

kristin helped me here at good wheels today and was absolutely amazing, so nice and very helpful and patient, i enjoyed being here and would 100% reccomend especially to first time car buyers! ryan also helped me out with insurance questions. amazing place

David and Ryan were an outstanding help for us with getting our car as a younger couple we were so nervous but these two are one of the best car sales reps I have had the pleasure of doing a transaction with they both made sure we understood everything and we re very upfront we will be back again in the future for cars absolutely!

I ve been searching for a the perfect Toyota Camry for a while. I found one here in Pittsburgh but unfortunately it ended up getting sold. I searched high and low for a Camry with red interior and a sunroof and I found one on carfax that was at Good Wheels. I immediately inquired about it. I was invited out to come take a look at the vehicle. I drove a little over an hour to Ohio to come see this vehicle. David has been so helpful this whole process from start to finish. Once I test drove the vehicle I knew I had to have it. With a little work, David was able to get me approved and even drove to meet me in Pittsburgh with the vehicle and the paperwork to sign. This has been a great experience and I appreciate David and the Good Wheels team for everything! Thank you so much from me and my new Camry, Raiden!

I've bought 3 vehicles from them. I highly recommend them. My last was a motorcycle. I told them what I was looking for and less than two hours later they found me a beautiful 2014 Street Glide with extremely low miles. And they made me a great deal on it. Ask for Dave or Kristen. They will do what it takes to get you rolling.

They treat you like family.(the good wholesome family treatment.not the always bickering and arguing family)they walk you through the steps of buying a vehicle.they're there every step of the way.from the "on line shopping"if you like to browser there or to browse their lot in person.then the financing part.then the warranties and the paper work for the loan and then the registration for the vehicle.they even call to see how everything is working.they have great communication between departments also.they had called me to let me know my registration papers came in and I had just casually mentioned maybe making an appointment later on,when I had the time,for a check up.just to make sure all the new parts and work they had done before I bought it didn't maybe need a "snug job". not long after that conversation someone from another department called me to see if I was needing their assistance. they are great!so considerate and patient. no matter what question I asked they didn't act like it was a stupid question. there are other things too but I've taken up a lot of space already.

My husband and I bought an SUV today at GoodWheels! Dave took care of us, he's a super nice guy, helps you with anything you need, he is very knowledgeable and professional!! Everyone we encountered working there was so nice! It's a wonderful place to get a car!!! Everyone was great!!! Look no further than GoodWheels!!! We both highly recommend them!!!!

Well I m gonna start off by saying I couldn t be more impressed with the service I ve personally experienced at this dealership! I HATE car shopping, LOVE getting a new vehicle but hate dealing with dealership b.s. This was the first time I ve ever been to a dealership that didn t do that, they were very kind, like genuinely, and very helpful, especially for someone who had not great credit. They were able to get me into a vehicle, & they were a pleasure to work with every step! Even the finance agency they use was great to work with, never any issues with or from them. But that s not where this ends I totaled my vehicle I was financing from them during a bad snow storm, thankfully between all the coverages they offer & insurance I didn t really lose a lot, but that was a process. But working with them all to get everything straightened out was such a smooth process, dealership was able to get me into a vehicle quickly after that as well, I couldn t be more pleased with my new car, it s literally a brand new car! It was the same for my first vehicle I got with them to, it was just a little older of a vehicle but it was a champion! It was one of the nicest cars I had ever had before the accident. Bottom line I highly, HIGHLY recommend at least checking them out, you won t be disappointed!

if you need anything, forget it they will not get back to you for anything unless you're 5 seconds late making a payment. I wish i would have done research first because I totally regret getting a vehicle there it has been a nightmare.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Good Wheels! From my 1st inquiry through purchasing my vehicle, Ryan & Dave were very attentive and extremely helpful. My credit is not the greatest and they never made me feel bad about my credit situation. They were able to work with me to get me into an affordable vehicle all while helping me rebuild my credit. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new vehicle no matter what your credit situation may be as they have programs for all types! I sincerely thank you both Ryan & Dave!

Honestly after initially reading these reviews a few months back I wasn't sure about making the decision to purchase a vehicle from Good Wheels, but I'm dang sure glad I did. From start to finish, this was the easiest experience I've ever been through and the staff was phenomenal. Test drive after test drive call after call, they never got annoyed and they got me exactly what I wanted. Will buy from Good Wheels again, for sure. You have a lifetime customer in me.

I had a motorcycle for sale and they bought it off of me. Very quick to respond and great to work with. Everything went very smoothly very nice people and when we are in the market for a vehicle we will be looking here first

After a long day of going to dealerships my fianc� and I came across Good Wheels and decided to give it a shot. We were greeted by a delightful lady named Patty who helped us right away. After explaining our finances and what kind of car we were looking for Ryan helped us fine the best car for us. I highly recommend working with Good Wheels when you re looking for a car. It was such a great experience.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Thank you David and the whole team at Good Wheels for being so knowledgeable, helpful, and just going out of your way to make sure everything went smoothly and I knew exactly what I was getting. I am so happy with my 2020 Kia Telluride! I flew up from Georgia to purchase it and David could not have made it easier for me. I recommend buying from Good Wheels for sure!

Mark and his team did a fantastic job replacing my transmission in my vehicle and making sure that they did not return my vehicle until it ran to their high standards. In this case Mark was not pleased with how the car shifted and the transmission sounded and had a second transmission put in the car to ensure the vehicle ran properly, was safe, and to his standard. I am grateful for their attention to detail and would recommend Good Wheels for repair work any day!

I went to the Good Wheels at 15406 State Route 170 East Liverpool Ohio 43920, and a gentleman by the name of Dave helped me! He was so extremely nice, and made this experience the easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a car! I was in a very bad situation and very down in life and he was so understanding and so genuinely compassionate. I truly wish more people were like him! I thank you Dave from the bottom of my heart for your sincerity, and genuine kindness!! There should be many more people like you in this world! And because of you I would not hesitate to send anyone to come see you to purchase a new car! I can not thank you enough for going way above and beyond to help me!! Everybody here was very welcoming and nice. They kept in contact with me after filling out the application in order to work with me. I test drove the vehicle and everything was straight out and clean cut! I would definitely recommend them! I dealt with Kristin there and she was wonderful!

Am very happy with the service I received, the salesperson that took care of me was very honest with me concerning questions and issues I had with a vehicle I initially interested in purchasing. She was very patient with me making my decision on a vehicle, got everything processed very quickly for me. I never felt pressured at anytime to purchase a vehicle. This is my second vehicle from Good Wheels and will definitely recommend them to all my friends.

The staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful and the building was so clean. I worked with Dave and he was so understanding and explained everything down to the last detail for me and helped me understand since it was my first car loan. I d highly recommend Good Wheels for anyone!

If it wasn't for Dave I wouldn't have my car. He was super friendly and helped me find the best fit for my finical needs. I have had my car now for 2 years and he still checks in periodically with me. You can't go wrong going here and seeing Dave! 10 stars all the way!

Everyone here is very professional and quick to get anything taken care of when it comes to leasing a vehicle. I would come here first before any other place to get a new car.
