Sadie did an absolute amazing job, she helped me find everything I needed as well as change my bulbs for me which was a pain but she did it! This location is lucky to have her, she s phenomenal!!

Needed 2 cam shaft sensors. Took both out at the counter. One was different. Giy Said it's just a different supplier. Didn't fit so I took it back. Guy said it would work and plugged it into a receiver clip. Took 5 minutes to get unhooked. So I ate 25$ and went to Advance Auto and got what I needed.

Went for battery terminals and they were easy to find and I had a very easy time finding what I wanted and the staff was helpful, and friendly and helpful finding what I needed help with and showing me how to do or save money

Great, quick customer service. No talking down to woman. Got RIGHT part quickly. Very well stocked n clean store. Easy access from nice sized parking lot. Little difficult getting in n out across 4 lane roadway.

This a good auto parts business now and in the past! I have bought quality parts from AutoZone since they were Auto shack in the '80s. They continue to supply the best parts that I need for my vehicles. I needed bearings for my 2000 Craftsman mower deck and AutoZone has them believe it or not. I called tractor supply and they couldn't even find the bearing. The numbers right on it. They still have quality replacement parts for my older vehicles and they have good warranties and service.

I'm from Texas and had some issues with my windshield wipers yesterday. I took my jeep in and Dave helped me so much. He was so sweet and helped me fix the problem. Thank you so much Dave at store #1710.

Was there today to pick up a couple things. Got what I needed then stood at the register while one employee was with a customer. Then the phone rings and another employee came out answered the phone. 2 people working 2 customers and 2 phone calls. They couldn't handle it. I'll go across the street from now on.

I generally enjoy my visit to this location I go so often they know me by first name ! Never a problem in autozone ! The Mgr is super helpful i as for Dave ,Tod ,Zak normally when I go !

Stopped at East Liverpool store for a battery for my granddaughter s car. Employee named Eric I believe waited on me. He tested the battery and thought the alternator was bad. He used the store battery charger to jump battery but it wouldnt charge. He went so far as to use his own vehicle and jumper cables to try to start my car. Auto Zone should be proud of this employee

Just from a phone call I opted to use another auto parts dealer near by for all of my needs. I simply called to verify if they do check engine light readings at this location and the answer was yes but the attitude was poor and the gentleman who answered the phone seemed very annoyed.

Watch out for this place... KEEP your receipts ESPECIALLY for parts with lifetime warranties - your information mysteriously vanishes. (An expensive lesson learned...!). I officially take away the one star I HAD to give.

This autozone has the worst customer service I have ever seen!! We got here in our barely running vehicle to get parts spent 130 here and was here for 2 hours fixing our jeep. We realized we needed one more part at 9:05 and they wouldn't let us buy it because they close at 9.. so we are now stranded in their parking lot until 9 am when they open because we live over an hour away!! They are rude and not helpful at all.
