I had a hole in my van tire. My wife showed up at 8 am when they opened! they had my van in the shop and fixed it in 20 minutes! 100% reccomend them for all your tire related needs!

We had our summer tires put on in the spring. Couldn't figure out why the tires felt weird. Well, we got the winter ones put on yesterday and the mechanic said that 2 tires are ours and 2 tires belong to another vehicle. Someone is driving with 2 of our tires and we're driving with 2 of there's. So we both are driving with 2 winter and 2 summer tires. I guess we're ready for any season. Please keep an eye out to make sure all 4 tires match.

Service is good. Got a tire an out the door in minutes. Went to repair shop across road for 2 alignments. A parts inspection fee seemed ridiculous.

They worked with us to jump on our repairs and tire replacements ASAP since we were from out of town and had deadlines when we needed to leave! Super friendly and reasonable prices. Thanks a ton guys!!

I've had very good experiences with at least 5 vehicles here. The new shop is incredible and the staff on both the tire side and repair side are all very knowledgeable. We've also used them for business vehicles/trailers in the past and they have quite a wide selection of tires. Make sure to call ahead if you plan to go late afternoon. Their schedule can fill up fairly quickly. It usually works best to drop off your vehicle/loose tires, if possible. Thanks for everything!

Friendly folks were able to work me in twice, even though they were very busy. Got an oil change and tire rotation for a reasonable price. Vibration at speed brought me in the next day and they got me in right away to rebalance the tires.

Very courteous and prompt staff. Bought a set of tires from Trail Tire late summer 2019. Woke up to a flat this morning, changed the flat to the donut spare, drove to Trail Tire and they got me right in at 8am. The tech fixed the flat, and rotated the set all in approximately 40 minutes. Excellence in service!

Josh was friendly and helpful helping me get new tires on my pickup. Good solid quick service. Staff here walks by and actually speaks, whether Good Morning or whatever. Great choice to deal here!!

We got a flat tire about 20 minutes from Trail Tire on our way to Amish Country. My husband put the spare on and I called around a few places to see if someone could repair our tire. We chose to go to Trail Tire as they could get us in immediately when we got there. We had to get a new tire as ours had too big a hole to repair. So glad we went there. The shop was very nice and the guys were extremely polite and helpful. Thank you all very much!!

These guys are clean,courteous and professional.. very pleased with the work they did on my vehicle. New struts,new rear shocks, alignment and a brake job! They will do the complete package for you!!

I was on vacation and had a blowout in my RV while on the way. I decided on new all steel trailer tires and called several places. Trail Tire was by far the cheapest by at least $30 a tire. Once I arrived, Dirk looked at my tires, told me I was lucky the other didnt blow as it was ready to go any moment. He never rushed while talking to me, took his time and explained everything. Also, he allowed me to unhook and go about my business while they worked on our trailer. These guys made my trip back home much safer and more relaxing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for a minute! Thanks guys!

Super happy with the Michelin tires you guys installed on my 2017 Ford Transit van! I m an Amish taxi driver so I have to drive in varying weather conditions this winter over Christmas time there were back roads with at-least 1 foot snow drifts that I had to drive through with the van and I couldn t believe I made it through those Michelin tire gave me good traction all the way through and on New Year s Day was in southern ohio were the backroads were very icy and again the Michelin tires proved beyond any doubt what their rated for! I was able to make it up the hills on roads that were very icy that other two wheel drive vans couldn t! Thanks again Trail tire for recommending these treads to me!

They change the tires for our company vans and have always done a great job. They have plenty of tires in stock including smaller tractor tires and they can also put studs in tires. I definitely recommend them for all your tire needs.

Took them over an hour an 1/2 just to take a trailer tire off an pluck it ,if you don t have all day save yourself time an go to mt Eaton trailer ,

Busy place in Amish land. Balance and rotation. Keep 55psi front and 80psi back. I forgot to check, but last two places when they rotate, don't check pressures. People friendly enough.

Always get friendly prompt service from Trail Tire, never been hassled or feeled pressured and they are always happy to assist, went to other places for service but they either overprice their products or, take far too long, all in all trail tire is my tire shop of choice
