First off I'm going to say I drive past Toyota West to come here. So I go way out of my way for what is usually exceptional service. Lately this has not been the case. Last visit I had them do an oil change, tire rotation, engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a fog light bulb replacement. 1st if you buy tires from them you get free tire rotations, but you must tell them every time or they WILL charge you for it. I have been charged unknowingly several times. They have been lying lately about what they have done. The day before service I completely filled my washer fluid. They said the day of service it was low so they filled it completely. Lie. They said they checked my tire psi. Lie. When I got home after service I checked and one tire was 15 psi low. They did not properly reinstall the cover in the wheel well where they accessed the fog light. They did not reinstall the cabin air filter cover at all. They didn't reinstall the glove box hydrologic. They said my rear disc brakes are 4mm and need replaced. Last time I had new breaks put on all around and the front have more stopping power and topically need replaced first. I'm very reluctant to believe my breaks already need replaced. I'm getting a second opinion. My father is a Auto mechanic he did my mother's breaks the same day (before) she got an oil change here. They told her she needed new breaks. Brand new brakes needed replaced? I have been a loyal customer and felt they have always been an honest service department it's a shame this isn't the case anymore.

I've serviced my Toyotas at many other dealers and that was the first time I came to service our new 22 Rav4 Hybrid that we bought at Tansky at their service center. The service advisor was super friendly, I waited about 40 min for my service to be complete at which point my car was ready to go. They also gave it a rinse which was nice. Overall great experience.

Every time I come here to get my vehicle serviced I have to wait after all is done and paid at least 15 mns until they finally pull my car upfront after me chasing people around so I can take off. I don t know what it makes so hard to have it ready when the payment is being done! Poor organization of processes inside. Managers have to do something about it. New record today exactly 30 mns after I had to come in and ask again to get my car back! Never coming back again. Avoid!Spent 2 hours getting just tire rotation and fluids change done, and still waiting my keys and car back

I've only recently been dealing with Tansky (just got a used vehicle there earlier this year), but so far my experience with them has been good. The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. I took my car there for a routine inspection and received great service.

This was my first experience with Toyota Service. I was impressed with every aspect of my visit. The service entrance was easy to find and the entire area was very clean. I was greeted by an attendant and directed to the service desk. My service clerk was courteous and easy to understand. The waiting area had Wi-Fi, TV, coffee, cookies and very comfortable chairs. While I was waiting the sales manager and a salesman helped me with a question and subsequently make an adjustment to an extended warranty I purchased when I bought my Sienna 3 months ago. My service did not take very long and I was on my way.

Absolute 5 star customer service! Was looking to purchase a vehicle at Byers Toyota. I wanted to purchase with a payment I know was well within my means.I provided Brian from Tansky the monthly payment I was given from Byers and his exact words "We'll beat that no problem". Low and behold they did by over $100 dollars! Same vehicle. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are fully satisfied. I will recommend them to anyone!

I haven't been a customer of Tansky Toyota for very long, I bought my car about 3 years ago there, but in that short time, I've been very impressed with their service.It started when I got a great deal on my vehicle. The internet price was mistakenly listed a few thousand dollars less than the sticker price on the vehicle. Initially they didn't want to honor the internet price, but later the manager agreed to sell for that price. Some may say this was a sales tactic and they knew this, but I honestly believe it was a mistake on their part and they honored it.They also gave me a great deal on my trade in. I even told the salesperson that I believed my car was worth about $4500, but he looked it up in the computer and said he'd give me $5000 for it based on what their computer said. That was great news to me, especially since it was currently getting repaired for a bent push rod.I love my current vehicle that I purchased from them. When it's too cold for me to wash the vehicle I take in to the service bay and they run it through the car wash for me. It's not as nice as a hand wash, but it does a decent job quickly. I just took it to get washed yesterday and after it ran through the car wash, the attendant pulled it back into the service bay and got a rag and spray to get off what the car wash couldn't. That is service that will keep me coming back.

I've never been there because I bought my Toyota 86 new long distance from Georgia and had it delivered via Uship transport. Tank's staff were great and my salesman Cody was awesome even though we had to work through some difficulties in putting the deal together. My wife thoroughly loves the car and couldn't be happier with how things turned out!

The absolute worst car service I have ever experienced! My 4-runner electrical system started going crazy. They had my car for two weeks! They said the entire electrical box needed replacing and only one was in the country costing $3000. I had the extended warranty but warranty would only pay for the blown part, not the entire box. Tansky said it was miraculously fixed and made no documentation of their efforts. Unfortunately it did happen again but warranty was then expired. I had to pay $2000 at a different dealership who could diagnose the actual problem because of Tansky s shoddy business. Avoid them at all costs!update in response to Owner below: I most certainly did reach out to the Operations Manager at the dealership as well as the Service Manager. The service manager did nothing but lie about their not being able to analyze the proper problem or follow through with the Extended Warranty (which Tansky failed to find in the first. place--I had to tell them about it). Thank goodness Byers Toyota was able to figure it out, and thank goodness Toyota CEO responded with some financial help after my complaint. And by the way, Toyota headquarters (Ebony Blanks) told me that they did speak with the dealership about this particular issue.Service: Electrical

Do NOT go here. I have sent family and friends here and recently ran into my first issue that cost me $932.99. I was told by multiple people in the service department that I'd been wronged and they would back me but when I followed up I got no response for 3 months and finally was told that the conversation had never taken place saying they'd back what they told me. I will make known to everyone I know not to trust them, regardless of how they try to act honest and reliable. Don't trust salesmen, they know how to deceive those of us who trust and they don't respect our finances. OWNER: Refund was for the first bill of $588.21 that was a misdiagnosis. 2nd bill was $932.99. No third party--my credit card company. I have a VM from Paul in December confirming who was working on the letter of confirmation. Ask to hear it.

I flew into Columbus to pick up my mom's Prius. She is 93 and doesn't drive anymore. The 12 volt battery was dead. I'm not familiar with the Prius and called and spoke to Bruce. He was very helpful on the phone and made sure they replaced the battery when I got the car there even though I had no appointment and it was 4:30 on a Friday. He was great and I appreciate his help.

We chose Tansky for our OOT repair due to their high satisfaction ratings and are very satisfied customers. Our vehicle was repaired much sooner than anticipated and their analysis was accurate and honest. We wish Tansky had a location near Youngstown to use them in the future. Much appreciation to all in the Service Department

worst service department i have ever been to....ever.ordered service with a loner car.1st time i went they said "they didn't have a loner...sorry."2nd time i went they said they would have my loner, but i would have to wait an hour, because it wasn't ready yet.3rd time... they didn't have my loner AGAIN, so they tried to get me to sign up for an enterprise rent-a-car...WFT!!i ended up wasting HOURS of my time due to "clerical errors"

Bought my wifes 2012 Scion TC here years back. Called for a quote on wheel bearings. They quoted me $400 per wheel ($800 for both fronts) and that was PARTS ONLY. These bearings can be purchased for $80-$120 for a pair. The markup on these are $720 for 2. With labor would put them well over $1000. Um. I paid around $450 parts and labor for wheel bearings on my Volkswagen.

It was very good the people who work there are very nice and welcoming I have went there for oil change and waited just about 45 minutes and my car was done and at the end when they are done working on your car they give you a candy bar I thought that was cool

Called to ask about orange triangle that showed up on dash and message that said maintenance required soon. Left voicemail message. They never returned my call. I only had less than 600 miles on vehicle since I bought it at the time. Not impressed with the service.

My 64 y/o mother took her Rav 4 to the service center for a routine oil change. The service center quoted her $3,000 for an oil leak. Took the vehicle to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion and was told "without a doubt" there was NO oil leak. Extremely disappointed with Tansky!!!

Had service scheduled. Arrived to find out not allowed to wait inside (covid). They had a tent se up outside, which had no heat. It was 45 degrees! I had to cancel. Bad customer service. I'll take my 2017 Toyota local from now on.

The Service department is horrible I bought the battery last year and when it was bad I went to the service and they denied to change it . it has still seven years warranty when I bought the battery from them. When I went there to change it now they re saying that you are using it in your Honda vehicle that s why we cannot give you warranty but when I bought it they didn t say anything about it they put in my car and said that it has seven years warranty so if any problem comes within seven years they re gonna replace it. They are so unprofessional. Again I have to buy the new battery.

Had many cars serviced through here over the years and always treated like I done belong. I will only be bringing recalls (and dreading it) being told "sounds like someone could use a chocolate bar" when I had a problem with estimate sealed the fact that I won't be back.

What nice people. All our dummy lights came on. They checked the car out and the tires just wanted more air.We were traveling from Florida to NY.They didn't even charge us and they gave us candy

I have been to this sawmill toyota service morethan 2years, the service is great and really appriciate everyone who work there. Very kind and good at doing thongs right away if we have any concerns, i recommend this location for any service

Battery was under warranty. I brought it in and they said it needed to be in my car to test it and that I would have to have it towed in. This was after I called in and they said I would get at least 75% of. They gave me less than $40 off the price of a battery.

I will not recommend no one to this location they dont have good service on my car I toke my car for tiyer rotations they didn't do the work and I have got charge for that I dont trust them
