Was told my brake rotor and pads needed changing and was told it will cost $812. Just to find out when I picked it up that it was only for the rear brakes. Outrageously overpriced, the mechanic specified that my brakes needed to be changed and one would think it be for all 4 wheels. Nowhere during our phone call did they say it was only for the rear brakes. Not only that, they broke a hole on the top of my key fob and my vehicle smelled like cigarettes.

Came in to get 2 valve stems replaced and beads re seated I and was the sole person in the shop. Not a single car on the lifts or in the parking lot and the "feminine hygiene product" behind the counter tells me "you need 4 new tires as yours are going to explode" refused to just do the simple service I asked and skipped straight to the upsell. No wonder the place was a ghost town.

This place is hidden next to AAA and Giant Eagle. Needed tires ASAP for my 2004 MDX. Did the work on the spot. Excellent work and excellent professional mechanics who treat you with respect. Very, very reasonable prices that are transparent.

New tires were purchased and installer chosen through Amazon, my first time using this method and probably the last.Installer didn't have confirmation from Amazon for the payment, which delayed the start of the install as we worked together (I had to look up my order and provide the invoice information) to verify I had in-fact paid for the install.After tire install I did a walk-around of the vehicle and found 3 of the 4 tires were installed with the inside of the tire on the outside. The installer tried to convince me this was OK, but the tire pattern on the sidewall clearly didn't match and it also states on the sidewall "Inside". The manager of the facility seemed to have a good understanding of the tires, unfortunately the installer did not. They eventually confirmed they were not installed correctly and re-installed the tires correctly.Overall delayed the process by about 30 minutes, but shouldn't have happened and should have been caught before trying to send me on my way.

First visit they were to put new tires on, balance and align. I picked car up. When driving on highway I had to pull off road and into a goodyear because steering wheel was shaking and front wheels sounded terrible. Goodyear said it looks like too many weights left on car when balancing. Took it back to Tire Choice to get rebalanced/fixed. They supposedly fixed. Seemed better than it was but still off on one wheel. Took it to AAA for oil change and asked them to check it. They said front tire was put on inside out and needs dismounted, remounted and rebalanced. Totally incompetent.

Mike and his team were very helpful in getting my water pump replaced. It wasn't the easiest route because they had to deal with calling my insurance agency to help warranty the part but they got me all taken care of within two days and even offered to keep my truck safe there while I figured everything out. I'll for sure come back for any future repairs!

I always wait a while before reviewing a place, to make sure that my experience is consistent for several visits in a row. I am pleased to say that my experience has been wonderful for the last year. I get a lot of oil changes, one every two months or so, and Frank and his staff have always been friendly and courteous. I would recommend this location to anyone without hesitation. Not only have they done my bimonthly oil changes, but they ve accommodated multiple bulb changes as well as secured at least one loose piece of shielding on the bottom of my undercarriage. Their prices are fair and competitive.Edit 8/21/2023: a tech stripped my oil pan and the next service revealed the problem. The current techs alerted me to the problem and scheduled the repair promptly. Unfortunately I was charged for the repair even though a former tech had done the damage. I will still recommend this place without hesitation, but be aware that they might not cover damages that they cause.

My lug nuts were loose I asked if they could help they said they where stripped but when I went to tighten them they where just fine they told me it would be fine to drive home the tire almost fell off I rate this place with 0 stars for customer service

I had an appointment set up for a simple tire install. I pull in, wait close to 20 minutes with not a soul in sight and a kid comes in and tells me that their tech went home for the day. Not a single call, text, or email sent to me stating that my appointment would not be upheld. Absolutely ridiculous! Ended up going to the location on Hard Rd and the manager there, Jim, saved the day. Do yourself a favor, avoid this location at all costs considering that they obviously don't care about the people they serve and only care about collecting a paycheck at the end of the day.

Was overcharged for an all-wheel alignment (20%+ higher than dealership's written quote ) and treated rudely by staff.Such a shame because we took both our cars here for ALL our maintenance and repairs for probably 15 years and were treated top-notch in every respect. In fact, in years past I have posted glowing, 5-star reviews for this company at this location. Ever since the departure of manager Frank G. this place has gone downhill.

The Assistant Manager Dustin took care of me last minute without question! We called in with 10 minutes until close on a Sunday before Labor Day, and he was happy and willing to assist. With my particular tire, the Fishinger Rd manager unfortunately did not have it in stock at the time and recommended I go see another location. He said we could come back the next morning for him to personally assist, however we were middle of a cross state move with a flat tire and needed something immediately. When the Perimeter Loop store answered the phone, the fact they closed in less than 10 minutes wasn t even a factor for Dustin. Arriving to the store, he had a friendly smile and was ready to take the information for my vehicle to get started right away. The tire was perfect and a great price range as well for me, especially being a struggling single mom. Dustin had the tire changed in just under 10 minutes and had a great demeanor the entire time. His personable personality and attention to detail were in other words otherworldly. I will definitely be a return customer after this thanks to his great customer service!! Hopeful for a chance to get to work with Dustin again some day in the future!! Thank you again so much, Dustin and Tire Choice Perimeter Loop!

If you re looking for a trustworthy auto repair center, look no further. My first experience with Tire Choice was taking my car in because a service light came on in my car telling me that I had a fluid issue. I took my care to Tire Choice and they told me that my fluid level was fine, and showed me the levels personally. They then charged me nothing for my visit. They very easily could have charged me for the labor, or even could have charged me for fluid and I would not have known. But instead, they charged me nothing, and I have been a loyal customer ever since, through numerous oil changes and (most recently) through new tires. Each time I am there I am in and out extremely quickly and I receive friendly and honest service. 10/10 recommend

I highly, highly suggest you go here. They were so nice and willing to put up with all my questions. They weren t shoving offers in my face or telling me I needed other services to get my money. This is my new go-to for all things car. I m so pleased with their work, honesty, and willingness to help me understand everything. As someone who moved states away from her dad that always took care of anything that had to do with my car, I had to make sure I understood what was happening and they were patient. Overall, please visit this location! Such great customer service and a great experience!!!

I fail to see why so many people left a 5-star reviews, as the overall experience I had here was subpar. The reason for my visit to Tire Choice Auto Service Center was for a brake concern. The brakes on my vehicle was making noises that raised my concern, so I decided to take a chance on a small local repair shop that was fairly rated on most social media platforms.The original concern was Customer states to check parking brake, but the service writer failed to accurately capture this concern as he only wrote down: Customer states to check brakes. This was obvious since all the technician did was a visual inspection on the brakes. And returned to the waiting room, telling me: Your brakes look fine. So, after re-instating my original concern, the technician finally decided to remove the wheels and do an ACTUAL parking brake inspection.By this time, we had figured out that the friction material on the parking shoes had simply fell off the backing plate (not good). At the same time, Tire Choice Auto Service Center also noticed the left rear caliper was leaking brake fluid. This is something that would not been noticed if I had not requested for a REAL brake inspection. Being a smaller shop, the service writer told me that they do not have the parts onsite, so they would need to order the parts and it would arrive the following day. Thus, we made an appointment for first thing tomorrow morning to get my vehicle fixed. But when the vehicle was returned back to me, I noticed that the technician lacked the common curtesy to wash his hands or even to put on some gloves before stepping into my vehicle, as the steering wheel was covered in dirt and grease from the brake inspection.On day 2 it was a different service writer at the counter. I walked in and told him that I was here to get my brakes fixed and I have an appointment. He asked for my name and proceeded to search me up on his computer. Then moments later, he left the room without any notice and started calling someone on his cell phone. To me this is a universal sign for We forgot to the book the customer down for an appointment. Regardless, the now newly notified service writer returned to our conversation and asked for my car key.At this point, it was me and another gentleman in the waiting room. But after several minutes, I notice that my vehicle has not been touched yet while the other gentlemen s vehicle is already being serviced. So, I ask the service writer why my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot, he replied and explained that me that the other gentlemen arrived first, and I was second. So now knowing this fact, I m wondering why I had made the appointment in the first place, since it seems like they forgot to set my appointment in the first place and level of priority does not matter if you have an appointment or not. Setting appointment scheduling aside, I must put this fault on the service writer himself, as he should of have disclosed this information and set the expectation before I handed him the car key.Now fully disappointed with the overall service experience, I decided to leave the vehicle and come back later once the service is complete. A few hours later, I decided to call the shop and ask for an ETA. The service writer who is now working on my vehicle explained to me that they are shorthanded and he himself must work on my vehicle. This was not an issue to me as I can understand this is poor management and he was not responsible for any of the staffing, but the part I was disappointed on was the communication. The overall communication quality of the shop was just poor along with their terrible customer service skills (if any) was just bad. The service advisor told me that he was going to get my vehicle finished within today s time but had no ETA of when it will be finished. Right after that comment, he proceeded to hang up before I could reply. 3 hours later, the vehicle is finally finished but even after going through all this. Guess what, the steering wheel is dirty again from all the work done on the car. Overall, solid D- .

Just took my fianc� s car into the shop and, Wayne (sorry if I m not spelling your name right), the gentleman at the desk was very knowledgeable and polite. I originally took the car in to get an oil change but came to discover that there were multiple other things that needed to be fixed. Wayne and the other employee (didn t get his name) were very professional and accommodating. Wayne was thorough and looked for discounts on all of the prices and gave me quotes for all of the repairs on the vehicle. Not to mention the oil change only took about a half hour, which was great. Fantastic job guys, will be coming back to this store in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Monro Muffler! I was pulled over on the side of the highway with a smoking car when I placed a call to Monro Muffler. They had a busy day booked but understood my situation and immediately made me an appointment to make sure my car would be seen that day. After having my car towed to the shop, Frank and Cody worked with me to and updated me as they worked on my car throughout the day. They were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed during a stressful situation. They were quick and very reliable, I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

I returned to the Monro Auto service on Perimeter Loop to have my car serviced. Frank the manager continues to knock it out of the park in customer service. I did not have an appointment but he was able to fit me into his busy schedule. I am not knowledgeable regarding cars and it is highly important for me to feel confidence and trust when making expensive decisions that affect my budget and safety. Frank put me at ease once again, providing me the right details regarding the quote to allow me to make a smart decision. You cant go wrong with this team. I will be back and will choose them for my car repairs and service. GREAT JOB once again. Thank you to this MONRO team and to Frank. Outstanding Job!

The staff and service at this Monroe location is exceptional! Always thorough and friendly. Everyone at the Perimeter location gives great service and is never pushy with their recommendations. I trust Dominick with his advice on all of my cars. I highly recommend this location! Frank and his staff have earned my trust and business for life!

I have been using a different store for my car maintenance, and ended up spending way too much money over the last few years fixing the same problems over and over. I went to Monro yesterday for an oil change, and as part of their inspection they figured out the root of the problem that kept burning through my rotors. I'm very impressed. I was getting frustrated with the other place, and I will only go to Monro from now on. I came in just for an oil change and ended up needing 2 new tires because the other places that claim to rotate your tires often don't. My 1 year old tires had been worn down and were completely bald. I left for a road trip immediately after, so I really appreciate them looking out for me and making sure I was going to be safe for my trip before leaving. Someone walked in while they were finishing up with me and stormed out after only 10 min because she couldn't be bothered to wait even 15 min. They went above and beyond for me. It may take a little longer, or cost a smidge more, but it is 100% worth it. They have the most thorough inspection process I've ever seen. The manager even went out of his way to find the cheapest option for me, and the most discounts he could. Do yourselves a favor and use Monro if you value your car's health. If you can't be bothered to wait a full hour or a bit more for your maintenance, go to a quiky lube place instead.

Made an appointment. Website said they open at 730. Asked when scheduling to confirm they ll be open at 7:30, which he confirmed. I sat in their parking lot until 7:45, no one showed up. I ll take my $1500 elsewhere.

They were able to get my car in without an appointment on a Saturday. John kept me updated on what they found, the cost and what needed to be done right away and what could wait. They also gave me an estimate so I could budget for upcoming work.

I highly recommend Tire Choice Auto Service Center on Perimeter Loop Rd. I came in, distressed about some recent damage to my car from a piece of debris on the highway and Dustin was amazing and got my car fixed and ready to drive in less than 20 minutes. They didn t have to accommodate me with such short notice but they did anyways. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. These guys quite literally saved the day for me. I will be back whenever I m in Columbus again and needing service. Thank you again to Dustin & Wayne for stellar service.

Took my car in to get an issue diagnosed and was told I needed new tires. Was told over the phone that the tire set I was purchasing had a rebate offer but when I went to pick up my car I was handed a rebate offer from from the previous month and was told it would still work and if it did not to call back in to see what could be done. Tire manufacturer did not accept the rebate and when I called the shop I was told they would see what they could do and would get back to me in 10-15 minutes. It's been 5 days and still no response....Secondly, one of the new tires put on my car had a valve stem issue and would not take air during inflation. I had to take the car back next day and they had to take the tire off and fix the issue.

The guys at Monro Dublin were great. They were able to fit me in same day to do a speedy repair while I was at work. Frank the serviceman did an excellent repair job and kept me updated while I was at work of how the repair was going and went over the options I had for selection. They listened to my requests and provided great service.
