Jim was very friendly and very clear and concise about setting expectations about service time up front since I didn't have an appointment that day. He told me he would call to let me know his initial findings and he was able to get my vehicle into an open bay earlier than quoted so he called earlier than expected. He made a quality tire suggestion and I told him I would get back to him to let him know what I wanted to do. I called him back an hour or two later and let him know to go ahead and install that tire package and he said it would be ready by end of day for pickup. I was dropped off after my work shift by a coworker and the vehicle was parked outside ready to go. I went inside and paid and got my tire warranty information and was out the door in 5 to 10 minutes. Everything ran smoothly and was super convenient to me having them work on it all while I worked all day at my job down the street. I was extremely thankful they were able to get the issue resolved the same day! I had to use the affected vehicle the following day for interstate travel so it was critical to have the repairs made same day for that reason. Their prices were comparable to the prices of other local repair shops who would not be able to do the repairs same day so I feel confident I got a fair price and excellent service. The tire installer even put my wheel lock back where they found it and also reinstalled my tire stem caps I had installed on my previous tire stems, so that impressed me. I had no issues on my interstate travel with the vehicle the following two days after repairs. I am happy with my purchase and service I received by Mr. Tire and its associates.

First experience at this location and wasn't pleased. New to area so arrived a few moments before my appointment. However when I walked in they were helping someone else which normally would be fine however this lasted for over 20 minutes and finally when I was asked what I needed and advised that it was just a simple Tire check I was told that I would need to wait even with an appointment that they had something else going on. When I asked if there was another location nearby the gentleman proceeded to dial then before allowing another individual to pick up on the other end hung up the phone and looked me in the face and said that nobody would want to help me for a $29 issue on a Saturday. Well that's where he's wrong I took my business elsewhere and I was service I will not be back to Mr tire.

Josh at the Dublin location is amazing! He went above and beyond. Very kind, taught me some things about my car I didn t know. While I was here for air, he found a nail in my tire. He got me in immediately to get the nail out and patch it up for me. Thanks Josh!! I will definitely be back.

Get a written quote. I had them order a tire and when I went to pick my car up, they had charged $53 more for the tire and $5 more for install than the phone quote, plus shop fees and tire tax. After some pushback, they did issue a refund for the difference, but best to avoid any confusion.

These guys lied to me about my car. They told me my car was leaking transmission fluid. Told me that if I took it to my dealership, not to believe them if they told me nothing was wrong. Took my car to the dealership and they could not find a thing wrong with my car. I should mention my car is two years old, bought brand new in 2022 and still under warranty. I feel disappointed with my service and do not appreciate being taken advantage of. I will not be going back under any circumstances.

Jim and all of the technicians where very helpful and friendly. They explained to me what was wrong with my vechile and offered a number of solutions to help get me back on the road. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needed service on their vehicle.

Made a 3 pm appointment on Tuesday. Arrived and there were five others ahead of me. Was not the wait I expected with an appointment so I made another appointment for 8:30 am Thursday. They said it would be 30-40 minutes so I walked over to Kroger. When I got back 30 minutes later, my car was still in the parking lot and hadn't been touched yet. If you value your time, choose another establishment.

Would never recommend - It says the store opens at 7:30am but today for my 8am appt, nobody shows up until well after 8am. Once they show up, no acknowledgement or to be honest politeness can be found. Despite my better judgement, I leave my car to get the four tires that I am there for. Four hours later, I find three of my rims have been thoroughly scratched. After some debate that the rims were indeed scratched and turning down an offer for $100 off my bill, I'm told to open a ticket with corporate. Please think twice about visiting this location.

Just moved to Dublin and got a flat tire. I went to both repair stores near my residence and they could not get me in, or even take a look at my car until the next day. I explained to them that the tire was not functional, they didn t care.I came to Mr. Tire and Dave got me right in. Kudos to him and his team.

Top notch customer service at this location! Called first thing in the morning and spoke with Roy about getting a tire for my daughter's car. He was very helpful with locating the exact tire on her vehicle. They had it delivered to their location by noon and we scheduled the appointment for 1:30 to put the tire on. When we got there, we spoke with both Tim and Roy. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. We will continue to use Mr. Tire in the future. Thank you!

Roy and the team were amazing. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They even stayed late to finish working on my vehicle despite my telling them I could return the next day. The commitment to customer service and pride in their work is very apparent. I will definitely return and recommend this location to anyone in need of auto services.

Our New Go-To Mechanic! Roy was excellent to work with. We went in for an oil change, (which was already a great value) and brake inspection on our company delivery vehicle (2008 Chrysler Town & Country).To no surprise, all of our brake pads, rotors, calibers were shot. Mr. Tire (Roy) worked with our budget and empathized with us as a small business. I feel that we got a really great deal - he even bundled things and discounted as much as he could for us!We decided on a service around 10:30 AM and they had all of the work done by 12:00 Noon. Quick & Quality service is important to us, as our vehicle is crucial to our business.We came to them *stressed out* and were met with friendly, knowledgeable service (with a sense of humor). Roy was reassuring and explained things on a level we could actually understand, and he was never once condescending (as many shops & auto parts stores had been with us). I can't express how much I appreciate how they have helped us. We are a mom & pop shop and every penny counts for us. Thank you so much!!Definitely coming back here for all of our delivery van's needs!

I called Kirby on a Sunday morning and was looking for a set of tires for my wheelchair accessible van. It was kind of urgent.He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products available. He even got me in for an appointment the same day. Kirby was kind and also offered a coupon to save me some money.This is the first time I have gone here and will use this business in the future.I highly recommend Kirby and his team at Mr. Tire in Dublin!

The prices at Mr. Tire have went up rapidly as customer service has declined. I have had three disappointing visits in a row. I was called because they didn't have enough technicians to do the service, then I had to call since they did not contact me about when my car was finished, and the last visit they did not rotate tires or provide any of the other services with the oil change.

Went in for a same-day servicing of my worn out window motor. Everyone was super friendly, and they were able to solve my problem so fast! Very convenient and helpful!

Kirby was AMAZING! I thought I had a slow leak, ended up being a nail. He was able to order the tires that day and ended up being able to replace them within hours! 10/10 would recommend using Mr. Tire! Extra shout out to Kirby, he was professional and very helpful!

I had a nail in my tire this morning. I stopped in there and they were really busy but they still helped me out and fixed it. They are awesome! The guy in charge, I'm sad to say I didn't get his name, is great! I would recommend this place just because of the great experience I had with them.

I came to Mr. Tire because a rear tire on my vehicle wasn t maintaining pressure. They found a screw in the tire, patched it up, and had it back in working condition in a very short period of time. The repair cost was very affordable as well. In my experience, Mr. Tire has always done a great job of delivering quality repairs at reasonable prices, which is why I have continued to come back for many, many years. Thanks, Mr. Tire!

We were stranded on the side of the road with a busted tire in New Year s Day. I had my three kids and my dog with me. Apparently my stupid Hyundai needs special order tires that just about no one stocks. Not only did this Mr Tire in Dublin, Ohio have our tire in stock, but they were also able to replace it for us just before closing on New Year s Day. They were incredibly nice and saved us from having to stay overnight in Columbus (we were in the middle of a cross country drive to NY)! These guys are the best car place I have ever dealt with (and I have had some real clunkers in my life). Highly, highly recommend them!!

Twice we have left being so impressed with Mr. Tire s customer service, car service and efficiency. The people (specifically Ray!) explained exactly what was happening in our car, gave us multiple options for how to fix and talked with us about their recommendations. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable. Because we ve had such great experiences here, my whole family now goes here for our oil changes and any car issue!
