Would like to thank MAG and my salesman Aaron for a seamless experience buying. Found what I wanted online, drove 2 hours to complete the sale. Aaron answered all my questions and even provided extra photos of the car before I arrived. I have a new to me Infiniti Q60 to replace a much loved vehicle lost in an accident. What has been a stressful few weeks turned out great. From start to finish I was very satisfied.

My first XC60 Hybrid service experience at MAG Volvo Dublin. Great staff with pleasant greetings. Sean was awesome explaining all the details. There was a video of the car in service as well.Loaner car process was also smooth.One comment, it will be nice to get a 1st year tire rotation and alignment for free. It will improve owner experience.

I don't know what more I can say, then Phenomenal!!! Josh, my sales rep was great from the start, and I was very complicated. But he walked me thru the entire process to help me get my dream car, with all the bell and whistles, and I love it. Great job, Josh!!! Totally appreciate you and MAG Volvo!!

In a time of need, MAG Volvo REALLY stepped up! They fixed our car same day, and at a reasonable price! Customer service was fantastic! And, to top things off, they had an employee PERSONALLY drive me to my house, AND pick me up.They were thorough with the repairs, AND sent a video showing the damage with an explanation.Highly recommend this business!!

Although car maintenance and repairs are never something I look forward to, I can say MAG Volvo makes the experience easy. Nathan and Shawn were accommodating with times to repair the car and with a rental. The cost was much less than expected and they didn t pressure to do unneeded repairs. Will return here to purchase vehicles and the upkeep as well.

My wife and I recently visited MAG Volvo of Dublin to consider new cars to replace her current car. We had considered many brands but my wife mentioned that her dream car was a Volvo so we went to Volvo. We met with Josh Wright who met us upon arrival and he was very patient and made our visit very relaxed and pleasant. Once we informed him that we were searching for a car for my wife he really focused on finding her the best car for her. He asked her many question to find out exactly what she was looking for. In the end we purchased a 2024 S60 which she really loves. She has mentioned to me several times that the buying experience was great. I'm appreciative of Josh's attentions to what my wife was looking for. As a side note she actually let me take it on a business trip this week. :).... Fun car to drive.In short I'm very impressed with Josh and MAG. Great experience.Happy wife == Happy Life :)

My experience at Mag was incredible! So easy and convenient. My sales guy Josh Wright was great at communicating and knowledgeable on the Volvo brand. The general manager , Megan was welcoming , friendly , knowledgeable and worked with me on negotiations. No pressure sales tactics . Great trade in value on my Lexus. Love my new XC 60!! Easiest car purchase I have ever made.

Shopping for a car is not fun It s time consuming from deciding which type to go test drive Then test driving Then finding a sales person you re comfortable with as well as a dealership you re comfortable with (and so much more .). But when it s complete the result is AWESOME. A new car in our garage. Overall MAG Volvo KAYLEY, Megan and Bina were excellent. Kayley was persistent but not annoying. She s still on the learning curve but was informative, helpful and a joy for both Patty and me. Great job!!! And THANK YOU for everything Merry Christmas

I'm no stranger to the car buying process, owning dozens of vehicles over my driving career. I have interacted with great dealership personnel, and not so great dealership personnel. After selling my Audi and Range Rover I was on the hunt for the next best thing. I saw the Volvo XC40 about a year ago in one of my car magazines and it caught my eye, so I knew I had to put it on my short list.After spending a day test driving the Mercedes GLC, Infinity QX50, Jaguar E-Pace and finally the Volvo XC40, I knew the Volvo was my pick! The only issue I was running into was the Volvo dealerships in my area did not have great selection of the XC40. I specifically wanted the XC40 R-Design in Crystal White Metallic paint. But not only did I want this paint combination, I wanted all the packaged options including the 21 inch rims. This was a true needle in the haystack situation.After exhausting all searches, I found almost the exact match at MAG Volvo. In their stock they had just the XC40 I was searching for except for just one caveat, it had the 20 in rim option, instead of the 21 in rim option. MAG Volvo was not in my area, as they were 1 hour and 45 minutes from my home, but I am no stranger to traveling near and far for the vehicle I want.The following Saturday I decided to make the drive to MAG. Upon my arrival I started searching for the XC40 that had brought me here. I found it immediately and made my way to the XC40 quickly. Once I spent a few minutes looking it over I made my way to the Volvo showroom. After looking for a short time at the Volvos' beautifully displayed in the showroom I was greeted by Steven Fodor, Volvo Sales Associate. When he asked how he could help me I asked for Carlos Dague, Volvo Sales Manager.Carlos Dague is the gentleman I was originally put in contact with when I made a phone call to MAG Volvo. Carlos remembered me from our phone conversation and immediately started to go to work on all the details we had discussed over the phone. While Carlos was crunching numbers, Steven invited me out for a test drive. Steven gave a great demonstration of the mounds of tech that lies within Volvo vehicles. He also answered my mounds of questions that I had for him. Questions from important details about the vehicle to "Hey, will the infotainment system show me album art on the screens?". Steven was able to connect all the dots for me.During most of my past test drives, the sales associate would always take me on short routes that did not include freeway travel. Steven made sure that we went through all driving situations--city driving, side road driving, freeway driving. I was able to get a good grasp of how the XC40 performed in all varieties of driving situations. It was nice that I did not have to request all these different routes, they were all suggested by Steven.Once we returned back to the dealership post test drive, Steven continued to demo other features that matter in day-to-day life. He demonstrated and explained the cargo management system, how the power lift gate operated etc. It made for a very enjoyable and fun experience. When we returned back to the sales office Carlos had a fantastic deal that I was very pleased with! He also gathered information regarding the 21 in rim upgrade, by gathering the part numbers and pricing. Having this information allowed me to get in-touch with the Volvo dealership in my area to have the 20 in rims swapped out for the 21 in rims.In closing, if you're considering a new or pre-owned luxury car that is a Volvo please give MAG Volvo an opportunity to earn your business. Even if you do not live near the dealership I still urge you to give them a try. It was well worth my 1 hour and 45 min drive up and back to receive exceptional service that Steven and Carlos provided me. When purchasing a luxury vehicle you expect a level of expertise and service that is above the rest, and MAG Volvo provides you with just that!

Buying our first ever Volvo was the best Auto Buying experience we've ever had and we are in our 70's! The showroom is so cool. The waiting lounge for service is very comfortable, and our salesperson Jordan was so helpful. Never pushy, he had plenty to choose from. He also checked to see what was due because we wanted a different color combination. Then we noticed a different model on the showroom floor that was exactly what we wanted! We didn't have to go through all of the upsales handoffs to other people! So pleasant . We would definitely send our friends here and to Jordan.

A big shout out to Nathan and Tyler in the Service Department. They went above and beyond on an unexpected repair with our new XC60. Bina was also outstanding in answering our many questions on financing. Our experience with them was been extremely positive!

I would not recommend valet for a service appointment. My car was scheduled for pickup between 11am-12pm. No one showed up. Called several times over the course of three hours and left a message - no one picked up or returned my call.

Ty and the entire service department were GREAT! They once again delivered ahead of the promised time. The estimate came in right on target. Ty - thank you to you and your team!!However, once again the 3% credit card fee imposed by ownership is terrible. Other auto dealers haven't passed on a 3% fee. If this practice continues, I'll need to calculate this into my total ownership cost and perhaps seek another dealer/brand going forward. 5 star review for the team ... 1 star review for the ownership decision to pass on credit card fees.

We purchased our Volvo XC 90 with tremendous help and support from Carlos! My wife and our little one had been in an accident where our last car was deemed a total loss. This experience left us looking for a vehicle that prioritized safety. Carlos was extremely patient as we tested out a number of different models and supported us through the insurance settlement process. Above all else, Carlos was kind and understanding about what we were going through after the accident. We are so grateful for his help and for the support from all the staff at MAG!!

My husband and I just bought our new XC60 through MAG Volvo and had such a good experience. We worked with Kevin who was incredibly knowledgable and followed up quickly with all of our (ever-changing) requests. Once we knew exactly what we were looking for he found us the perfect vehicle and went out of their way to get it to us within a week. I appreciate the laid back atmosphere of this dealership and how accommodating Kevin and the whole team were. We will definitely be back when its time to upgrade again!

I just recently leased a 2022 xc40 recharge from MAG Volvo. The experience from beginning to end was easy and believe it or not fast. Our associate Jordan T. was knowledgeable about all the features of the car and even though it took a while to get the car, he was quick to talk to me when there was a change, quick to respond to all of my questions and he made the whole car buying process easy. I didn t have to sit and wait a long time to get the car, and I really had a great experience. The only drawback to this whole process was that there isn t a closer Volvo dealership,so we had to travel an hour out of our way. I highly recommend MAG Volvo and Jordan T, for your Volvo needs.!

My car is brand new and it's 20 days old and I have some YouTube issues. They take 3 hour to solve my problem and end of day he say it is network problem and they charge me 3 hours labor cost. Service advisor is very rude and Very bad experience.

I ve been going to MAG to get my Volvo serviced since 2017. My last visit was an unplanned service due to my engine light coming on. They fixed the problem but when I came back to pick up my vehicle and pay, I was told that there is now a 3% fee to use a credit card. My bill was over $900. Unprofessional to pass that fee on to us. They also charged me for a part that I had already paid for. Look at your invoice closely. In the future, I ll be driving further to get my service done at Byers. They don t charge a fee to use a card. And when I m in the market to buy a new vehicle I won t be going to MAG.
