Chelsea was awesome she got our car in the same morning I called. She even got me a shuttle back home that was not scheduled. She had the car inspected she informed me of what was needed, the dollar amount and the approximate time frame for the car to be ready. All were spot on or exceeded. Thank you Chelsea for amazing customer experience.

I basically bought this vehicle remotely other than showing up to sign papers. The salesperson, Joe Burdyn, was very good. He was very communicative and worked to make the deal happen. The finance lady was also very helpful and was very good at her duties.

I just purchased a CPO BMW X3 from MAG. The vehicle is excellent. My MAG representative, Jaret, offered high-level customer service and was extraordinary in answering all of my questions and in making sure the vehicle exactly what I wanted, including delivery and installation of new tires before I picked up the vehicle. I highly recommend MAG and specifically rate Jaret as the best!

Really disappointed. Submitted two different online requests to set up a time to visit and no response. Decided to just head over to the dealership (30 mins away) to take a look at the car I was interested in (2024 Atlas). I am not sure there was anyone working. Middle of the day and not a soul to be found. I stood in the showroom for several minutes and saw one person getting coffee and he went into the back area. I went out to the lot and looked at a few vehicles and didn't find anyone to assist. Wasted trip. I left. Very disappointing.

Our service advisor, Chelsea was extremely helpful in guiding us though the service process. It was one of those repairs that was not easy to navigate. The technician, Noah did a great job getting the repairs done and the car operational again. Very happy with the courteous and detailed service we received at MAG.

Adam was awesome! We were from 3 hours away. They did everything over the phone, and when we got there to purchase, it was so easy. Adam also stayed later to help us set everything up inside the vehicle. Great service!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM MAG! Service side is sinking the sales side. I was lied to and then the staff accused me of lying, instead of owning up to their mistakes. I have never been treated this poorly, especially after spending so much money at this dealership. I was charged for a rental as well, even though it was complimentary the last time. Record all of your conversations with the service folks, or they will deny their mistakes and call you a liar.

I works with Alpha in Service to assist in a complicated insurance claim. It took two months to work out completely and I was talking with Alpha daily. He was always pleasant and helpful and provided guidance on how to resolve the situation. Just overall a very positive experience which is far beyond my expectations when dealing with vehicle repair.

I booked an appoint online specifically for use of the shuttle and was called the night before my appointment to let me know the shuttle was only m-f. Please don t make appointments for shuttles available when it is not.Also I was told once I arrived that if I were to prepay for the service that it would be much cheaper but was not allowed to pre pay then. Would have been a nice courtesy to allow me to prepay then as I would have done it anyways if I knew about it before.

Great customer care by my host dealer staff, Alpha Diallo. Very comfortable waiting area, although I would have liked to have a desk to work on and more ready electric source. Also - other dealerships, even within MAG, have a customer waiting area that provides beverages and snacks. There was also just the one restroom.

Brandon was great and overall service was great. Very frustrating to a) have to pay $25 for a "loaner" and, b) have to pay a credit card surcharge. As a business owner, I understand the costs associated with credit card transactions, however that is a part of doing business and should never be added on as an additional fee.

This is my 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from the MAG Group. The experience gets better every time. VW team did an excellent job with the purchase of my new 2024 Tiguan.I will also give a shout out to the BMW and Porsche teams. Not only was buying a positive experience, but their service departments are top notch as well. Every one is very friendly, and treat me well.Thanks.

I would recommend completing a price comparison with another dealership before going to MAG Dublin. Prices at this dealership are unreasonable in relation to the services performed. I was charged $169 just to clean oil from my engine! At this rate, I should have purchased some degreaser and considered using my own elbow grease . Whenever I arrive at this dealership, I feel like I should just immediately hand them my debit or credit card and simply say, Charge me whatever works for you! While at Burger King, you can Have it your way! , at MAG Dublin it s about them Having it their way! This establishment focuses solely on increasing their coffers.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for my experience at MAG VW of Dublin. I was traveling to Columbus from Grand Rapids, MI with my 2018 VW Tiguan when it broke down 30 mins away from your shop. In an absolute panic, I called your shop and Chelsea answered and from the very beginning provided better service than I could have ever imagined. She told me to drive directly to your shop and looked into a loaner car for me (I was traveling for an Interior Design installation and had my Tiguan filled with styling items - so I couldn't just take an Uber or shuttle to my hotel). She found me a loaner car and even helped unload all of my many items from my car to the loaner car. Upon arrival, Chelsea was waiting at the door and listened to all of my concerns and the symptoms that had been happening with my car. She eased so much of my anxiety through understanding what was going on and being confident in being able to help me and fix my car. In contrast - I have taken my car to the Grand Rapids VW Dealership 3 times in the past year and spent thousands of dollars and they have not been able to fix my car... so the fact that I suddenly felt the unfamiliar feeling that someone was actually going to be able to fix my car & knowledgable about my VW was a HUGE relief. I expected to be in Columbus much longer than my original 3 day trip - but Chelsea communicated to me from the first day what she estimated was wrong and what her game plan was to fix it. The day I initially planned to drive back to Grand Rapids - my car was already perfectly (FINALLY - after a year of taking it to GR VW) fixed and I did not experience a single delay in my travels back home!! I couldn't believe it. I came back to my car being cleaned on the inside and out - a step above customer service that I have never had while owning my Tiguan. I still can't believe how incredible my experience was and continue to tell all of my friends and family about it. Thank you to everyone involved in saving the day and completely changing my perspective as a VW owner.

Ali and everyone here took great care of me. I had some bad luck before getting here with my vehicle and they helped make everything easier for me, going above and beyond (especially walking around trying to find me snacks so I wouldn't have low sugar in the middle of it all). When in this area I will always choose this dealership!

Went there to see about trading a vehicle. Staff was very rude and didn t even want to give us the time of day. Before we ever got there they were calling to remind us of their closing time because the agent we were scheduled with wanted to leave early. When we got there, everyone was very snobby and stuck up. I will never go to this place again and will be sure to tell everyone else to stay away as well.

10/23 I had an entire mouthful to say about MAG. However, I decided otherwise. In short, terrible communication from the entire team which speaks volumes, and contributed to some minor damage to my car. I will say, shop around for other dealerships to service your car. Some of these guys are decent for the most part, others seem frantic and really anxious- could be overworked. There are a few who exhibit very little tact and speak out of place with little or no intelligence. Again, shop around. 01/23/2024 To follow up, I wanted to add an additional rating of 1, anything close to 0. I had come in to have my car serviced for 100k mi. not long after my brakes were grinding. I brought this to the attention of the service department and was met with a lot of theories about why, when they are the professional experts, supposedly. I stated that when my car was serviced, it was stated on the paperwork that my rear brakes were at 9mm, and after bringing them in I was told that the reading was the outer brake pads and not the inner. I explained that the paperwork printed from my previous service was inaccurate and could have been potentially disastrous. No concern, good will, or definitive information was provided, which is absolutely disgusting to me. I paid to have my brakes and rotors replaced, was charged for a rental car, which never happened during previous service appointments only to still have issues with my brakes. The work was guaranteed with a warranty, so they say. I have called and left 4 messages over the past month to no avail. The only way a customer will receive any type of acknowledgment is from leaving a Google review. I have contacted VW America and they only submit your complaint to the dealership, and as expected given their track record they do not even possess the decency to reach out and apologize for their error. I will also state that during my 100k service my car was not topped off with fluids. I have a diesel car and the Add Blue light came on. I reached out to the service manager, and this is in writing, asked if they were going to deliver DEF or if I had to drive 30 minutes. He stated, we can deliver, but be advised it will be in a coolant container. I said, no sir! He says, we will rinse it out. I said, Sir, I have a diesel car and have not had any major issues outside of the service you guys have provided, there is no way I am going to put my car in jeopardy because you do not want to go to the service department. These are not rants but legitimate complaints surrounding safety and service. One, you have damaged my car and failed to fix it on the multiple times I have brought back to the dealership. Two, you have not made any attempts to honor the written agreement with regard to my continuing issue. Three, my roadway safety has been put at risk and compromised due to MAG VW's lack or concern, lack of integrity, and lack of knowledge. To make matters worse, the fact that MAG VW has not tried to resolve this or at least reach out reflects their modus operandi. Heed this, they are hustlers who price gouge and have no regard for you and your family's safety. Shop elsewhere.

Price I was quoted when I made the appointment was $550 for 40/50,000 mile service (minus things I didn't need). When I dropped the car off the person told me it would be $600 something and I asked why. All he could tell me was that was what it was going to be. When I picked up my car, I signed the credit card slip assuming it was the $600ish amount. Nothing was said about the cost being considerably more-- I was not verbally given a total. I didn't realize it was nearly $900 until I got home. This is bad business practice and I will never use you again unless I am desperate.
