It s important to state that we ve been trying to purchase a Macan for 3 years. We were really close to purchasing a Macan from the other dealership in town. We put in for European delivery at the other location, but for whatever reason we were mislead for a full year, claiming that our drop had occurred and that we only needed to make reservations at the last minute. When it came time to receive the car and finalize the drop, they claimed European delivery couldn t happen. In short, this other dealership lied about how the car had been registered. I actually had to call Porsche North America to find out that because the car had not been put in correctly it wasn t available for European delivery. Meanwhile we were trying to plan the ultimate European vacation.After this terrible experience that ruined a family vacation to Switzerland and Germany, I contacted MAG. They let me know European delivery had not been paused, as was constantly told to us by the other dealership. They assured me that if I was willing they could make European delivery happen.Well guess what, we just paid for our car, have plane tickets in hand and will be traveling to Germany to pick up our car. I want to give a special shout out the K. He and the staff at MAG, are so professional and really made our dreams come true. Porsche North America got us a delivery date that will enable us to pickup at Leipzig and travel throughout Germany and the Netherlands for two and a half weeks.I can t say enough about these folks and how they have helped me realize a perfect gift for my wife. Their customer service made dropping nearly 100k almost painless. Now as long as the car isn t yellow when I arrive in Germany, I ll now everything is excellent (it appears in the app just like we designed it) lol. Please MAG use me as a reference for future sales.

I don't believe in leaving poor reviews, as any one mistake, technology fluke, or staff member having a bad day can create a bad experience that doesn't necessarily reflect on the business as a whole. I truly believe that there are no mistakes - only lessons.On the same hand, whenever I come across a truly exceptional level of service, I always do my best to take the time out of my day to recognize such an experience, since I also believe we live in a world that is becoming less personal, with less of a focus on kindness and above & beyond care for other people (let alone paying customers).With that being said, I've had two ridiculously top-notch experiences with Chase Grant over at MAG Porsche. He is attentive, proactive, kind, courteous, and eager to help. Furthermore, he's one of these people who, when you meet him, the treatment you receive is one where (as I'm doing right now) it's tough to put into words - but to sum it up, you know he's going places.If you have a Porsche and you're looking for above & beyond treatment, reach out to Chase and I promise he'll take great care of you.

Convenience of location is what brought me to MAG Porsche Dublin in the first place. When the warning light came up in our car we thought our fluid sensor was broke but Matt assisted us in explaining what was wrong with my car by looking into previous records. I ended up with the exact replacement that was necessary to fix it because of Matt s excellent and honest advice and impeccable customer service. Thanks Matt and team for taking good care of our vehicle.

I visited 2 Porsche dealerships back in December, which the one by the airport had nothing available, so I drove to Dublin and low and behold the MAG Porsche Dublin dealership delivered. I was able to order a custom Porsche Macan and received it as promised in Feb 2022. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience as Shawn Sheppard was my sales representative. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable in helping me decide what options to add, and kept me posted on progress of the vehicle and delivery date. What I liked most about Shawn was his knowledge and years of experience with Porsche vehicles. Not to mention his professionalism and friendly touch. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and highly recommend Shawn as your "man." Thank you Shawn for an amazing experience as it's been awhile since I've had a new car.

We had a fantastic experience at MAG Porsche Dublin! We received superb service from our sales consultant, Andrew, from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Macan, answered all of our questions and worked with us on the price. When we left, not only did we go home with a beautiful new Porsche, we made a new friend, too! My wife and I stopped in today with no intention of buying a vehicle. The staff was attentive and we never felt pressured. We worked with Jonathan, Billy and John to build a deal that worked for us and to our surprise, we left with a new Macan. I have purchased/leased a few vehicles in my day and this was by far the best car buying experience.

Unprofessional and impolite!!! Made an appointment to build my car with one of the staff at 4pm. He called at 3:45 saying that the previous customer came in late and rescheduled our meeting to 5. I arrived at 5 and of course he wasn't there and didn't pick up the phone. I waited for 30 minutes and left. You know what's worse? He never tried to reach me after and now it's almost a week. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER.

I have never encountered such rude staff members. Sales staff lied about services and perks available to purchasers. Porsche s service department never answers their phones. You are on their time. Not the other way around. No effort is made to remotely provide service in a timely or convenient manner. They never call when software updates to known issues are released, despite asking for updated consistently. My lift gate didn t work properly for nearly the entire first year after purchase.

Even though I was buying a used Porsche (2009 Cayenne S) you would have thought I was buying a top of the line $ vehicle. I was greeted and treated with respect and professionalism and I was wearing a tank top, shorts and flip flops. Thanks Doug, Bill and Shawn, I highly recommended Midwestern Auto Group.

Shawn Sheppard was very professional, efficient, and as usual, easy to work with. The entire process of executing the diesel modification to the Cayenne and trading for a newer model Cayenne was seamless. The maintenance group should be rewarded as well for their courtesy and good work.

In all the times that I have visited this location, I always appreciate the professional standard of customer service they provide. The show rooms are always clean, the reception is always friendly, and they are very good about getting your vehicle in for service and back on the road again! They have the worst service I have ever had to deal with in the automotive industry. The mechanic did not return calls for days, they said they had only had the car a couple days after they had it for a week, they over charge so badly my insurance company doesn't want to deal with them ($500 to replace a battery?!?!), and they did not link obviously related damage to my break in, so my insurance will not cover it.I have video of someone breaking into my car during a thunderstorm, leaving the door open. You would think USAA would not give me any trouble covering the water damages, but these guys would not link many of the electrical problems to the water damage, and gouged so badly, my insurance was on the defensive from the beginning. When I got to the vehicle, the alarm malfunctioned, burning out the hood door, and fuel servos, but they said everything but the hood was unrelated. Anyone who owns a Boxster knows they all activate with the alarm, and if it is under water, it appears they can all short burning them all out. MAG Porsche said the passenger door lock, and fuel servo were not related to the water damage (but somehow the hood was) and my insurance will not cover it...Their service is terrible, and the diagnostics is incompetent or lazy and complacent. On top of it all, they left a 2 foot long screwdriver in my car... I wonder what else they missed... Nice work MAG...

Great Customer service, communication, and easy to deal with. Coming from out of state, Everything went flawless. Harvey was my sales guy and Doug was the manager. Harvey was the best sales rep I've ever had and Dough was always there when i was looking for any questions. I called 10 times, he answeres 10 times! From ordering the car to delivery, it took 7 monthes and ongoing emails and phone call was always pleasant! I Highly recomment this dealership to anybody whos interested in buying european cars! This dealer is top notch! Thank you!!

I wanted to take a few moments and share what a fantastic experience I had while purchasing my 2016 Porsche Macan S at MAG. I have been (and my wife still is) an Audi owner for the past 7 years and love them. For me, the only other brand I have wanted to own from when I was young was a Porsche. I have purchased all of my Audi vehicles from Trey Latham and over the years have become friends as well. Trey loves cars and takes personal interest in finding the exact one that meets both what you want and really what will be best for you. I will never buy a car from anyone else...he has earned my trust and loyalty. So when it was time for me to fulfill my dream of owning a Porsche, Trey was there to help since he is certified to sell Porsche as well. He introduced me to Doug Horner at MAG Porsche when I got there and was impressed with the level of service at the dealership. We went for our test drive and Trey was great about explaining all the great technology in the Macan while letting me enjoy the pure excitement of driving such a great car. The entire experience from test drive, to financing, to delivery was as relaxing as you would expect when buying a luxury auto. Trey and Doug made sure of that. I would recommend to anyone that is in the market to own their first or next Porsche that you work with Trey and Doug at MAG. First class people that deliver a first class experience. I called there a few days ago to buy a new Cayanne and spoke to a shawn Sheppard and he was very rude. He was so rude and disrespectful that i left a message for the GM Barry Lester to call me. He never did so i bought a new car from their competition. I will never buy a car from them and they should think about hiring more honest people. Shawn has no business selling such a quality car, he clearly does not know how to talk to people and should be selling carpet but, that is an insult to carpet sales people.

We stopped in spontaneously just to look at a Taycan. The new showroom is lovely and the cars are spectacular. The staff was very welcoming...maybe it is the new building! Anyway we drove away the next day in a new Taycan...it was actually fun.

Best service ever! Went for an oil change and they were going to give me a comp car wash but instead commended me about how amazingly clean my car already was and joked about how they were nervous about getting any finger prints on it. Highly recommend this group!
