Absolutely the most pleasant car buying experience ever. I was looking for specific ct4 model and black this one and one in michigan. This one was the best of both but I inquired at other dealer and got numbers, something told me I should check this one out even though it was a few thousand more I would regret it if i didn't check. This was newer and way less miles. I was amazed it came out to be about a hundred less a month and my trade was valued way better. Such a great experience! zero pressure. Glad I made the drive to you guys! Love my new ct4!

I saw this XT4 in Auto Trader. Inquired about it. I got a good response shortly after the request to see it. I had several appointments in the morning and told them I'd be there around 11:30. I was told Jason would be waiting for me. Car was out front. Jason met me at the door. The car was reified and I was off on my test drive.A very good experience.

Excellent place to deal with. We are impressed with the ease of our purchase. We worked with Dave for online, Paul directly with the purchase (2020 Audi A5 coupe) and Tony for the business end of our deal. We decided to travel 3 hours to the dealership, after phone/online negotiation. Our vehicle was ready when we arrived, after pre purchase inspection, Paul sat with us and fully explained our deal.We met with Tony for the paperwork. Each step went smoothly and we headed for home. I would highly recommend Joseph Cadillac of Dublin Ohio. Thanks Again!

I made an appointment for service and was very clear I needed my car so I would wait until the service was performed. Instead of performing the service I came to the dealership for, they insisted I leave my car overnight for diagnosis of the issue. After not hearing from them for 24 hours, while being without my car, I called to check what was going on. I was told nothing had been done to my car but they did recommend the service I came in for, plus a laundry list of other issues and suggested repairs. He also mentioned that if I gave them another couple hours, they could probably perform the service I originally came in for by the end of the day. Waste of time and shady practices. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.The information you ve posted in your reply is not accurate. I look forward to speaking with Erik. Thank you for the response though.

I had my Cadillac serviced, oil change & tire rotation yesterday. They didn't do the tire rotation.. How I know...one of my rims has a gash on it. So I check to see if my tire had been rotated. The wheel hadn't been moved. So know I'm wondering if i even got the oil change. Not satisfied with the service.Talk to Erik about the service...Ill say this I'll be back! Thanks Erik

I was supposed to have service done and told they would do their very best to have a rental car because I live an hr away. I drove there and no rental car. I explained that I had a Drs appointment tge next day so I needed a car. He said he would have a driver take me home and I feel he had no clue I was an hr away. So he told me wait. I waited maybe 30 min and was advised by my so to just get my car and leave. He also told me that he would give me 100.00 off of my bill when I made this appointment. So I ask him about it. He said well maybe 40.00 off. I got my car with no apologies whatsoever. He never said a word to me. I went with a hip problem and I told him that. I wanted to get back home an hr away. I purchased this SUV from them several years ago and very disappointed. I will not go back.Belinda PrattUPDATE:I was called from the service manager Eric regarding this issue and this was resolved with an agreement that was good and made me feel so much better. I live in Michigan and have purchased Cadillacs for years. I m not sure what s happened here in Michigan but it s forced me to find a new dealer and I am so glad I found Cadillac of Dublin. Our sales person Nicole was excellent and communicated better than we could ve ever expected. She found us the vehicle we were looking for and made the whole process too easy. So easy we bought two. Thank you to the all the great people at Joseph Cadillac of Dublin who made this Michigander feel at home 300 miles away.

Update: In response to the outrageous lie that my post is anything but factual, please note that I have documentation regarding everything I ve mentioned. Additionally, a manager from this location NEVER contacted me to discuss this matter ( that was also a lie they told)....The service department is trash. Allow me to explain.First, a little background info. I purchased my vehicle ( used, at about 3 years old with only one previous owner) from this location a few years ago. I ve had MANY issues that required expensive repairs. The first of which was almost $10,000.00 ( thankfully, I bought a premium extended warranty) Earlier this month, I took my car in to be checked for 3 specific concerns: a strange noise when I turned the wheel, an intermittent brake assist service light, and an intermittent stabilitrak service light. Even though I very clearly informed the service rep, Chuck ( an elderly gentleman with a horrendous dye job), of all three issues, he only submitted a service request for the noise problem.I picked up my car a few days after they addressed the noise issue ( I paid the roughly ~$200 diagnostic fee and they straightened out a screw that was causing the noise). They didn t do anything to address my other two concerns.As soon as I left, I called Chuck to report the continued problem. He informed me that the tech advised that the service lights would go off on their own after a few power cycles of the vehicle and to call back the following week if they did not. I failed to see the logic in that statement as I had been experiencing the problem for about a week or so, but went along with the suggestion.Needless to say, the service light issue continued. Because I was preparing for my grandmother s funeral, I wasn t able to spend the extra time to return my vehicle to the service department until the week after my initial visit.On 9/22, I took my vehicle back to the shop so that they could FINISH the diagnosis that was only partially completed the first time. I was informed that the issue was battery related and asked to pay about $500 to replace it ( I declined as Costco s batteries for my vehicle are under $200).Here s the fun part: these incompetent individuals attempted to charge me another $200 diagnostic fee. I refused to pay on the grounds that they were supposed to diagnose the problem the first time I told them about it. I was then told that they would waive the fee as a one time courtesy to me and that if I should need to use their services again in the future, I would have to pay upfront.I asked Just For Men Chuck, to show me documentation on their company s policies. At this point, Roxanne with the baritone voice decides to interject herself into the conversation and tell me that they don t have policies, however, because I had two separate issues going on with my vehicle, they would have charged me two separate diagnostic fees anyway. I tell her that, legally, that doesn t make any sense, to which the female Barry White states she s not going to argue with me ( a confusing statement as no one was speaking to her in the first place) At this point, I call a family member to inform them of the nonsense unfolding before me and I mention how the shop is behaving as if they are doing me a favor. Just For Men Chuck interjects himself into my phone conversation and tells me that they are doing me a favor. I ask for corporate s phone number and he not only gave me a number for a Canadian office, but tells me that calling corporate won t amount to anything because they are completely autonomous ( and can essentially treat me however they want to).Needless to say, I irrevocably do not recommend this place for your car maintenance needs.

Absolutely the easiest car deal I've ever experienced in my 40+ years of driving! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff were top notch! Especially Andrew! The paperwork was over with quickly and we were out the door with our new ride in no time. We found the vehicle we were looking for online, drove across Indiana and half of Ohio for the trade, nice lunch spot in Dublin and an easy drive back. I highly recommend Cadillac of Dublin!

Very Poor and unprofessional service experience at this location. The service staff is really horrible!I m sorry to use these words but that is what I experienced. I made a big mistake by purchasing a 2021 Cadillac XT4 and this thing gave me the first shock when the Check Engine light came on in a few weeks only. I took it to this Prestigious dealership for diagnosis and repairs which was my blunder. In short the dishonest and non-professional guys in the service department gave me so much headache only to change a purge pump and this very serious operation took two weeks! And how I got it fixed, oh my God! that s nerve breaking! Yes, it s true!If the service department denies any of these facts, I can share a lot of more evidence and information!!!Finally, to get rid of horrible and painful headache of keeping a Cadillac, when you have to go to this horrible place to maintain it, I simply thought it better to sell my beloved Caddy out, and that s what I did! I miss my Caddy! But I m pleased that I won t have to interact with these people anymore!At least this thought gives me peace of mind.

I just purchased my first dealership vehicle after months of researching and planning. Had this dealership not been lucky enough to have the exact vehicle I wanted, I would have left without a doubt.John Pruitt and David Rector were professional and great to work with, accommodating my work schedule and responding quickly to my emails. Unfortunately, my positive experience starts and ends there. Tony, the finance manager was rude and frankly disrespectful toward me, talking down to me because I was turned down for a loan from 2 banks due to lack of car loan history (despite the fact that I've got an excellent credit score, a mortgage, student loans, have never missed a single payment, and have a steady income to cover the additional car payment). He spoke down to me as though I was lesser-than or too low class to be in this facility, despite the fact that I could have purchased this vehicle with cash that day. He acted as though I was a liar when I said I would have to leave the deal on the table because he made an error and it caused my planned monthly payment to go up by $100 a month without any explanation. His exact phrases were "Over a quarter percent?" and "Well they rejected you outright." Both said with the most disgusted tone. My husband told me later that if I didn't want this car and research it so long, he would have walked out at that moment. I've felt disgusted since this whole interaction. Learn some professionalism and respect. You're not better than your customers, Tony.This vehicle was very poorly detailed because there are pebbles, dog hair, dust, dirt, and overspray stains all throughout this car, even after they allegedly cleaned it out a second time. It smells like dog, which they "fixed" by spraying air freshener. I looked past this because I enjoy detailing my vehicles so I am willing to fix it RIGHT myself rather than leaving it to them. To really seal the deal: I purchased the car on Tuesday night and on Friday afternoon the "Service Required" warning came up. You couldn't pay me to go back to Cadillac of Dublin.

Paul gave us excellent personal service. There is no pressure and no upsale attempts. We were very close to deciding, but we had another appointment the next day. we decided to buy a different brand. Joseph Cadillac treated us so well that we felt guilty for NOT buying from them. I definitely recommend this dealership and Paul to anyone interested in a Cadillac.

I would like to start from the beginning with my salesman Jason Vanover he was great from the moment he greeted me and my granddaughter to test drive a couple 2019's but, then we ended up purchasing a 2023! Through the entire time of process up until me purchasing my car and still has been great answering questions! He was very respectful, polite and made sure that I was happy and answered any questions I had and if he couldn't, he got answers... very quick! He is awesome at responding and communicates very well!!! He was even replying to me in the evening after hours and on his day off. Telling me it was no problem, that says a lot right there! Then my husband and I came back to purchase it, he once again greeted us with a smile & great courtesy again. ( I just want to add that I got an Employee GM discount) meaning that they can't mark up or make $ from me and he still treated me with the same respect and courtesy as if I was paying the full asking price of the vehicle, That says a lot because I have been treated differently in the past purchasing a new vehicle, I would also like to add that we got the same courtesy from the gentleman in the finance office also. Over all it was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to my family and friends!!! :)

All I can say is keep driving on past this dealership. Horrible customer service. This dealership just keeps going down hill. The best thing that could happen is that it was bought up and they cleaned house on who works there. Like I said keep driving by head to Easton where the Cadillac name means something.

I want to give a shout-out to the customer service manager - Erik and his team for turning my experience around completely. I felt like my concerns were heard, and that's really all I wanted. Erik and his team went above the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of. They worked on my cadillac quickly, and brought it back sparkling new. We had a great buying experience at Cadillac of Dublin. Our sales consultant answered all of our questions. We quicky negotiated a price. We returned a few days later to pick the car up after the car was treated for cigarette smell. The financing was very quick as well. We love our new Cadillac.
