The team at Discount Tire is friendly and knowledgeable about tires. Had a great experience the last time I was there. They met me at the door for my appointment and when I returned they saw me coming and had the paperwork and keys ready to head out. Great experience all around.

Recently visited. Purchased 4 new tires which included mount and balance. The next day I had to return because tires were not balanced correctly and car had a terrible shimmy. They did accommodate me quickly to fix the issue but it would have been nice to have it done right the first time.

The work that is completed at the shop is very good. However, don t be fooled by the idea an appointment - that is total and complete lie. My appointment was 11:30..scheduled in advance by more than a week 1:46pm .still not done. Simple tire balance and rotation? I mean just dont have appointments if they mean absolutely nothing.

Overall customer service was good and I appreciate the care of the vehicles. That being said every time I ve been here it s an unreal wait time. This particular time I brought my fianc� s car in for a tire repair. Something you don t exactly make an appointment for when you walk out and find a tire flat in your driveway. Showed up at 11:40am on a Saturday, was told they had a long line ahead I understood and expected as much being the weekend. Expected time of completion was 2pm. My vehicle was passed up by appointments for 2pm, 215pm etc. I m not sure if management is very poor at scheduling the proper staffing for a Saturday or if they just need more staff but for a garage that can comfortably handle 6 cars at once (ignoring the closed door at the end of the shop that would make it potentially 8) they never had more than 3 cars being worked on at any time. Got my car back approximately 4pm even though their system messaged me at 340pm to say it was complete, A little more than 4 hours from start to finish. Personally I find this unacceptable something definitely needs to change here. I will be looking to other locations within my area hoping for better results as this isn t the first time I ve had a ridiculous wait time for a vehicle at this location.

I love this place! The staff is so amazing and friendly I always have a great experience! Curtis, and the manager Joe are not only knowledgeable but very caring. They really took the time to give me the best service and affordable options. I will continue to do with business with them and recommend this location to everyone!

Excellent service. I ran over a nail and was losing air in my tire. I didn t see any same-day appointments available online, so called and was told to swing by anyway. Their free tire repair service plugged the hole and I was on my way with my full tire in less than 2 hours. For a same-day walk in, I was very impressed with their ability to help, and at no cost! The staff is also incredibly friendly. I will come back with any tire issues I may encounter in the future :)

It has been a long time since I received the level of service that we had from Joe at this location on Sawmill Rd. We had an issue that required special assistance from the dealer we purchased from. Not only did Joe speak with my wife on site, he called and spoke to me as well so we understood everything we needed to understand. I will continue bringing my car to this location! Great job!

I had no intention of leaving a review but the staff at the sawmill rd location delivered some truly next level service. I bought my son new wheels for Christmas and he went there to have them installed today. Long story short, the techs found an issue with one of his tires that couldn t have been seen until the tire was off the rim. They worked with him to get him safely back on the road at no additional cost and it s hard to put into words how grateful and relieved he was to be driving with his slick new wheels. I wish I knew the names of the guys who helped him because people w like that deserve recognition.Thanks again guys and we ll see you the best time we need service!

Jason s customer service is unmatched. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He is very focused on pleasing customers. 10/10! Will never take my tires anywhere else but HERE!

Update: Got my tires and wheels, under the 5 day window that was tacked on to the story below. Great wheels and tires as well as fast and friendly service. I recommend for sure and to just make sure what you want, is EXACTLY what you want. Not sure about the exchange policy here, but if it's good, that would be the fifth star. Either way, great experience overall.Ordered new wheels and tires for my 2020 Model 3 and they had the tires in stock, but needed to order the wheels. They told me, as well as the site, that the turn around time is 1-5 business days. Well, something didn't feel right, so I called them on the 3rd or 4th business day and was reassured all was fine.I still didn't feel right about it, so I called on this the 5th business day and found out that my wheels somehow fell off the order or something, so now I'm a week behind schedule. Normally I wouldn't care, but I had a service appointment for my car that I had made for AFTER the new wheels and tires would be on. Because of this I had to cancel my appointment that I had to schedule a week+ out. Otherwise they would have charged me for cancelling within 24hrs.Discount says they're working it out for me me as best they can and I definitely believe them, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't looking at rims and tires, elsewhere in the meantime.I'll update if everything with discount tire works out for me and makes me a repeat customer.

These guys are the best in tires; I've been a customer of the chain for over 20 years. I just learned they also service commercial vehicles, so they replaced 2 tires on my truck.Great prices, service, and guarantee.

If your a female avoid this shop. They sold me.the incorrect size rims and tires and i was dumb and didnt check. Now i am stuck with having to replace the rims and tires to get what the vehicle calls for. I couldnt be more upset but it was my own fault for not inspecting the tires . They treat women like they dont matter. I would avoid this place.

After having a bad experience with nice wheels at other places, I took a wheelset here to have tires swapped. They were very careful with the wheels, and not a single mark on them. It's nice to have a place not just throw around and trash nice wheels when they install tires. Prices were reasonable too.

TPMS light came on when my car was still in my driveway. I drove it (slowly) to Discount Tire for a free air pressure check. All four of my tires were immediately checked and filled to the proper pressure by a very pleasant service technician who wished me a happy Thanksgiving and I left. I have always trusted Discount Tire to provide excellent customer service.

This location is excellent. I m always a pain about requesting they hand torque the lug nuts (Toyota lugs are made of butter these days) and they re always super cool about it. The guys here are friendly and quick about getting me in and out. This is one place I don t stress about taking my car to. Shoutout to Joe, Caleb and Cole. Those guys are always great.

I don t typically do reviews but I felt I needed to do this one. I took my Acadia there for a nail in the tire to be repaired. It s a Wednesday where they do first come first serve. I dropped it off at 3 and came back at 5:30. I had to wait a little bit but no big deal. I just wanted to give appreciation to Joseph who was the only one working the front desk. He was very courteous, helpful and making sure to take care of everyone that was coming in. He is a hard working individual, as well as, personable! You could tell he was stressed and getting tired but everyone who came in the door he did his best to help them!! I really appreciate those who work hard and do their job the best they can regardless of how crazy it gets!! Discount Tire, Joseph is a great employee and you are lucky to have him!!!

Could not believe how friendly they were! I brought my husband s car in because it had a nail in the tire, and they patched up for free! It was done way faster than they initially thought, and I could not be happier with the results.

I went here after buying a used car, because there was a vibration that I thought (hoped) were tires since they were super cheap. After getting the Continentals installed the manager and one of the techs (maybe shop chief) commented on the car and how they also have one. They told me about how aftermarket wheels can cause flat spots because of how they fit on the car. Basically you should use bushings in between the wheel and wheel hub to avoid an improper wheel alignment when mounting and bolting it down. That was 15k ago and the car runs smooth as can be. In my opinion it was above and beyond tires. It was also making sure I knew about my current situation and how to maximize the life of the tires. I cannot thank them enough for expanding my knowledge and helping me out. I offered to buy them lunch because I just really appreciated them and the crazy good service, but they declined. Said it was just them looking out. This is a great place.

They promised me a free tire repair (for a nail in my left front tire), and they didn t renege on it, using it as a false pretense for a sales pitch for a new tire(s).They gave me a FREE, Quality TIRE-REPAIR !!!I did tip the guy $10 cash for doing the job, but it was well worth it.

I am very disappointed after visiting this location. My vehicle had a vibration at highway speeds so I went to Discount Tire to get them fixed. They confirmed the new tires were defective and we ordered a new set which will be in the next day. So far things are good. I go to my vehicle and noticed 4 new scratches in the driver s side fender, with in a foot of the same tire they removed from my vehicle and deemed defective. I spoke with the store manager Raymond, he immediately denies that any one there could have done this, and proceeds to motion how they remove tires from the vehicle. Raymond told me that it must have been from a car in the parking lot. After asking him what the next step would be, he replied with the remark that I am "making him" submit a claim to the corporate office. I replied that I am not making him, I am asking him. His attitude and demeanor was very off putting, as it was clear he wanted nothing to do with my complaint. After taking all of my information, he simply said "Thank you". I would not say Thank you is the appropriate response. I am not thankful that my car was damaged. I would have expected an "I am sorry" or some empathy. I can see why there are multiple complaints for rude and inconsiderate staff at this location. I do not believe they are doing it intentionally; they simply lack the training and skill set needed to handle these situations.

I ve been taking my vehicles and tires to them for years now and always have had a great experience. So helpful all of the time and extremely courteous. Today, I had a unique situation and had some work done, left and decided to come back to complete and optional service. Jason helped me the entire day and when I arrived again he took care of it all himself to avoid me waiting. He didn t have to do that and I didn t expect it but that s what going the extra mile is all about, thank you Jason and Discount Tire!

We live in Kansas and was driving through Columbus on the way home. Discovered very low pressure on the drivers-side rear tire. But my wife and I are over 80 and no longer change my own tires. I needed help to install the spare.Discount Tire rescued us. Had us on the way in 30 minutes. And they charged us nothing!Absolutely remarkable service. We were greatly blessed by it.

A friend's car was towed here due to a flat tire. They were the fastest and nicest people. The waiting room was very clean and the prices were very reasonable.
