Took my 500x in today for service because of a rattle in the front end and an oil change. My Fiat was diagnosed and repaired quickly. This is an outstanding service department, ESPECIALLY the awesome detailing Steve completed on my car. It's a 2017 and now looks BRAND NEW again. I would highly recommend this dealership because of the Service Manager, Alex Greenland, and his Excellent Customer Service. You will not find a better group of professionals, the detailing from Steve is icing on the cake!

Matt Cogdil got me in for an oil change today. It was quick and easy! I will definitely keep coming to him for all my services on my Jeep!

Alex Greenland did a great job with my service. I was happy for the free wash afterward. Some things to improve: 1)Fix the light in the ladies restroom, 2) offer sugar free and tea options at the drink center in the waiting room.

The service was very good. I needed some special parts which they ordered and got efficiently. They installed the parts and everything worked very well. Matthew was an excellent service representative.

I guess I'd say I brought my Fiat in for inspection because it was going crazy with all the warning lights going off and on and driving badly. Very quickly Alex Greenland came out with a smile and let me know my air intake was packed with peanuts!!! Alex the service manager at Crown Fiat was very helpful in finding a part we needed and although it took a while to receive the part he secured a loaner vehicle that we enjoyed driving in the meantime. Awesome customer service.
