Josh Ward is the best! I never dread going in for service. He's reliable, friendly, professional and is always looking out for my best interest. He even helped me take out and reinstall my carseat in the loaner I used. Cant say enough good things, thanks Josh!

Wow! My first service visit at Crown Chrysler Jeep went so smoothly. Nick Stewart checked in my car and set me up at a desk so I could work on my lesson plans while I waited. My car was finished so quickly I actually wished I had more time to enjoy the space.Great service and a great deal. Very happy!

Service here for my Jeep has been nothing short of excellent. I've had a good amount of repairs for my jeep over the years and always come back here due to its excellent customer service. Billy Petikas has helped me everytime I come in and could not recommend him enough. He is very personable and does a great job of explaining and breaking everything down for me with respect to what was done, cost, dealing with extended car warranties, etc. He is very responsive with updates on my Jeep when it is in and shoots you straight about everything. Because of Billy's excellent customer service, I keep going back to Crown of Dublin even after moving to the other side of town. Definitely recommend taking your Jeep in for service especially if you have an extended warranty of any kind.

Fast service. Another dealer had my 2020 Ram for 50 days and gave it back to me with the check engine light still on. They replaced the catalytic convertor and that may not have even been a problem. CROWN had my truck back to me in 24 hours and found a recall (high pressure fuel pump) that had been improperly performed at the previous dealer. I don't leave bad reviews so I'm not going to mention who the other deal was. Crown is my new dealer despite being 20 minutes further away.

I got very quick service from service adviser Josh Ward. He greeted me when I arrived and was very friendly and efficient. He got the necessary paper work ready and told me he would get my car in right away. The car was done in a timely manner as I was waiting there. Josh got me out quickly. Wes was a pleasure to work in and really helped me get back on the road! Had a couple small parts of the car that I wanted touched up on before driving and these guys took care of me no problem! Extremely satisfied with the flexibility and ease of my purchase! Shoutout to Josh W as well in service keeping me updated throughout the process and the detailing team on shining it up and popping out a tiny dent in the door for me!

Josh Ward was very helpful with getting a service appointment re-scheduled sooner than originally planned. I explained I was going out of town for the weekend, and really needed the service to be done as it was a long trip. He understood, got me in and took care of the problem correctly the first time. Nick Stewart did a great job setting me up for the dreaded corrosion claim effecting most Jeep Wrangler JLs. Hard to find a decent dealership willing to help you with the issue. Nick was open about the long process with Jeep Corporate, but very helpful to start my claim and document it. This was my sixth dealership trying to find someone to help. Crown and Nick were the only ones willing to help. Nice to find a dealership service department that actually wants to get you taken care of.

Some recent issues with my Jeep brought me into Crown Chrysler in Dublin. Although dealing with car issues is never ideal, I had a wonderful experience working with Nickolas Stewart. He was very honest and transparent & kept me updated throughout. Very happy with the service I received!

Josh Ward always does his best to keepme abreast of my vehicles condition. Not only immediate needs but items that may become an issue in the future. This is very important to me as we pull a trailer 2 to 4 months of the year and I can make servicing decisions before being out on the road. Thanks Josh

Placing the appointment was fast once the parts arrived. The folks who greeted me, dropped what they were doing to show this first timer where to go and Josh was awesome, fast friendly and informative. Very honest and upfront dealership. I dropped off my Jeep to get the horn replaced they fixed it and labor and parts costs are reasonable. Unlike other Jeep dealership I went to (the one by Georgesville Rd) that always try to sell you other things or some other things need repair/maintain, this place do exactly what I asked them to do. I will go to them again.

I worked with Nickolas Stewart at crown Chrysler of Dublin, overall experience was a 10/10. Him and his team figured out what was wrong with my jeep the very next day and had me back on the road in no time. I was kept in the loop every step of the way by Nickolas and reassured my car was in good hands!

My experience is always the same. I contact Dustin Litteral tell him what I believe needs to be done and request that he check to see if anything else is needed. We then set up a time for me to bring in the vehicle. Everything s taken care of perfectly. Then I get my vehicle when promised.

Billy and his team helped take care of me in an expedient manner. I bought my used 1500 from a dealership in Kentucky, and it had a few issues. Hands down the best service of any dealer I've ever experienced! I've taken both my 2015 Ram 1500 Sport and 2022 Jeep Compass here and service has been phenomenal no matter the issue. Unfortunately, I had a lot of different things happen between the 2 vehicles, but the reps are always courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to get to the bottom of things while also being fair! Crown offers complimentary shuttle service too and it's been a life saver all the times I've needed to take my vehicles in.

Billy Petikas was easy to work with. I had work done under warranty on my lifted Jeep Gladiator. No fus about the lift and tires. Way better service than the dealership I originally purchased from.

Dustin Litteral went above and beyond to ensure his service team diagnosed the problem with my Jeep Cherokee and to keep me advised of the necessary part delivery and to get my Jeep into the service queue once the part came in. My service man at Crown was Dustin Litteral, and I was very happy with the information and updates I received from him about any potential repairs needed on my vehicle, and just the conversations in general. My vehicle didn t have any issues once towed to them, so although I m not sure what happened, I would definitely go back to Crown (bought 2 vehicles there) should any problems arise in the future.

We are very happy with Crown service and Josh Ward was great when we had our Jeep in recently for repairs. He explained everything thoroughly and even gave us a loaner vehicle when repairs could not be completed before the weekend.
