I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision. They got me an appointment in a timely manner and my car was completely finished in a week as promised. Heath did a great job of keeping me informed and up to date throughout the entire time. I would highly recommend Caliber if you need any auto body repairs.

Nobody enjoys the thought of dropping their vehicle off for body repair for an unknown amount of time. But Trent and his team really made this experience extremely easy! I got updates every Tuesday and Thursday on the repairs, the timeline he provided me was very accurate and I never once felt like I was not going to see my car again. Great professional staff and they even detailed my car! I was SHOCKED haha, it smelled so good and I drove off like I just bought it at the dealership all over again. Very pleased with my recent experience at Caliber. Everyone from the front desk employee to those who answered my phone calls to Patrick who handled my repair was wonderful. Patrick was very professional and courteous. He kept me informed on the status of my Buick and was easy to get in touch with. This experience far exceeded my expectations.

Great experience at Caliber Collision.They are committed to customer service and satisfaction. My car looks like new and, in addition, my interior was detailed upon my pickup. I'm a very happy customer and would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

The new manager is amazing! And the job was perfect, the communication flawless and all went so smooth. The only concern I would have is: why they claim they do not accept many insurance companies? Is that a normal practice?

Caliber was an all around great experience. They were great about keeping me informed on the status of my car and what was going on. When I got my car back, I was extremely pleased with the repairs. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family for any of their car repair needs!

I chose this shop because so many people mentioned the good communication. This was not my experience. My car's repairs were supposed to take 2 weeks and because of a backordered part it took 7.5. In the 5 extra weeks I waited, I received multiple automated messages with new estimated completion dates, so I would get my hopes up and the day would come and I would be excited to pick up my car. I'd hear nothing, so I'd call in the afternoon only to be told that the part was still on order (it didn't arrive, then it was backordered, then it arrived damaged, etc. etc.). Everyone I spoke to was polite, but I really wished the communication would have been more straightforward. The automated messages honestly made things worse. At one point they offered me a rental car but didn't ask me where I wanted to pick it up and then gave me the wrong reservation number. By the time I had all the information I needed, I was told my car would almost certainly be ready the next day (a Friday) so I didn't bother getting a rental for one day. On Friday (once again) I was told it wasn't ready. I was promised Monday at that point, and was able to pick it up on Monday. They did discount my deductible, which I appreciate, and the work looks excellent. They really just could have done a much better job communicating, given that they had my car so much longer than they originally estimated.Service: Body & Trim

Don't take your car here. They wouldn't even write an estimate to turn into Hyundai North America to have a manufacturer paint defect replaced. A body shop not wanting business, let alone money from a major corporation. Not a great first impression whatsoever.The lady at the front desk was very nice and polite, I won't let that part go unnoticed.Looks like another body shop with professional business practices will get the business.

I had some body work done on my car here due to damage on the outside from the thieves who stole my car. Getting my car stolen was probably the worst experience of my life and Caliber Collision made everything easy for me at a time where my life was difficult, and the end result of the body work could not have been better. My car came out looking as good as new again. They obtained the exact color of my car and it was applied flawlessly. I am writing this review about 6 months after my visit and there are no imperfections/ bubbling or anything weird going on with the paint. Also, as a courtesy, they detailed the interior of my car and washed/ waxed the exterior. I never asked them to do that, so it was a really nice and unexpected surprise. To top it all off, Jess and Don were an absolute pleasure to work with and really knew how to deliver excellent customer service. They were both very helpful, informative, and friendly. Also worth mentioning, they work directly with Enterprise car rental in Dublin, so someone from Enterprise drove my rental directly to Caliber Collision. That was extremely nice, considering I didn't need to call an Uber and spend money to take me to Enterprise. A million thanks to the team at Caliber Collision for making my experience seamless/ hassle free and for restoring my car to its original condition. I love when I can leave a good review for a place, so here we go! From the very first phone call with Caliber until my car was eventually totaled I had a great experience through what was a stressful time. We worked with CJ and he was so great, answered all our questions and always kept us in the loop. Should we ever need another repair, we will definitely be coming back!

I definitely recommend this location! They have very respectful staff who are also very knowledgeable! I brought my car in for an estimate and the staff was really enjoyable to be around and work with they took their time to explain what they were doing and explain how the whole estimate process works! And they answered every single question I had and they are just all around very helpful and amazing staff!

I have had a great experience at Caliber Collision! Trent, specifically, did a great job keeping me informed on repair updates! My car looked as good as new when I picked it up. An added bonus was I could leave my rental car there for caliber to take care of. Overall amazing experience, and would go back if I ever needed to after an unfortunate event.

I got a scratch on my rear bumper from someone at Meijer. I stopped in at caliber and talked to Patrick about an estimate. He immediately saw that it was a small scuff on it. He was very pleasant as he went inside and got a rag and it wiped right off. I highly recommend caliber collision and will tell everyone to go there.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This particular Caliber is horrible. My car had a minor repair. When I went to pick my car up, the gap between the door and finder was off, the color didn t match, my door didn t unlock with the button on the handle. After taking off work twice because they said the car was repaired, but it wasn t. The technician couldn t fix it. Mind you, I was told the gaps were correct. They ended up sending my car to another location who fixed it on the first try. The location who fixed my car told me a part was broken behind the fender preventing it from having the proper gaps. Avoid this location at ALL cost.

Trent at Caliber Collision was honest and kind. Even when I didn't like the answers he explained it well and made sense out of a difficult situation. He communicated well via email. He went above and beyond to the very end of a long and complicated job.

The stress of having to be out of my car was hard enough on my family but we received regular updates letting us know when we would get my car back. That certainly made things easier for all of us. I had an amazing experience with caliber collision, they are extremely kind and helpful especially in a stressful situation such as (someone hitting my car). I worked closely with Trent who was so nice and communicative, I knew every step of the way where my car was on the process of getting fixed and they returned my car SO CLEAN it literally looked brand new. 10/10 recommend going to caliber!Service: Body & Trim

Everyone at this shop was friendly and helpful. My car needed to be repaired after being hit by someone else. Once Caliber became my shop of choice, they were easily the best part of the repair process.
